1Study on Potential and Countermeasures of Artificial Precipitation Enhancement in Fuxin Region显示文摘To exploit cloud water resources to increase precipitation on the ground effectively,according to the principles of artificial precipitation enhancement,based on historical data of weather and precipitation from Fuxin National Basic Meteorological Stations from 1981 to 2010,the distribution characteristics of cloud water resources,potential and countermeasures of artificial precipitation enhancement in Fuxin region of Liaoning Province were studied. The results show that the annual average quantity of cloud water resources in the air over Fuxin region over the past 30 years was 285. 6 × 10~8m^3,but the annual average precipitation was only 471.8 mm( amounting to 47.2 ×10~8m^3 of water resources),accounting for only16. 5% of total quantity of cloud water resources in the air; 12 times of artificial precipitation enhancement operation experiments were carried out by using the weather models and technical indicators suitable for artificial precipitation enhancement in Fuxin region,and the artificial precipitation efficiency was 18. 3% on average,5. 2% higher than before,and the annual average precipitation could increase by 2. 5 × 10~8m^3 approximately. 2Solidification Behavior of in situ TiB_(2)/Cu Composite Powders during Reactive Gas Atomization显示文摘2wt%TiB_(2)/Cu composite powders were fabricated in situ by reactive gas atomization.The fabricated composite powder exhibits high sphericity,and the powder sizes range from 5μm to 150μm.The morphology of the Cu matrix and the distribution of the TiB2 particles in the composite powders vary with the powder size.The critical transitions of interface morphologies from dendritic-to-cellular and cellular-to-planar interfaces occurs when the composite powder sizes decrease to 34μm and 14μm,respectively.Compared with pure Cu droplets,the composite droplets undergo critical transition of the interface morphologies at a smaller droplet size corresponding to a higher cooling rate because the existence of TiB2 particles can cause instability in the advancing solidification front and heterogeneous nucleation.With decreasing powder size,the extent of the TiB_(2) particle interdendritic segregation decreases as the result of enhanced engulfment of TiB2 particles by the advancing solidification front.姜伊辉 ZHANG Mingshu LI Yufa HE Jiangtan CAO Fei 梁淑华 2021Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,2:2

4Multivalent Aptamer-modified DNA Origami as Drug Delivery System for Targeted Cancer Therapy显示文摘In spite of great development in nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems(DDSs)for improved therapeutic efficacy,it remains challenging for effective delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs to targeted tumor cells.In this work,we report a triangle DNA origami as targeted DDS for cancer therapy.DNA origami shows excellent biocompatibility and stability in cell culture medium for 24 h.In addition,the DNA origami structures conjugated with multivalent aptamers enable for efficient delivery of anticancer drug doxorubicin(Dox)into targeted cancer cell due to their targeting function,reducing side effects associated with nonspecific distribution.Moreover,we also demonstrated that the multivalent aptamer-modified DNA origami loading Dox exhibits prominent therapeutic efficacy in vitro.Accordingly,this work provides a good paradigm for the development of DNA origami nanostructure-based targeted DDS for cancer therapy.CAO Mengyao SUN Yueyang XIAO Mingshu LI Li LIU Xiaohui JIN Hong PEI Hao 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,2:1
