| 1 | Facile synthesis of ultrathin metal-organic framework nanosheets for Lewis acid catalysis显示文摘Ultrathin metalorganic framework (MOF) nanosheets are attracting great interest in catalysis due to their unique and intriguing two-dime nsional (2D) features. Although many progresses have been achieved, it is still highly desirable to develop novel strategies for controllable synthesis of the well-defined ultrathin MOF nanosheets. Herein we report a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)-assisted route to synthesize the ultrathin Ni-MOF nanosheets characteristic of 1.5 nm in thickness, in which PVP is reacted with 2-aminoterephthalic acid (H2BDC-NH2) via formation of C=N bon d, followed by coord inatio n with Ni2+ io ns to form the ultrathi n MOF n anosheets. | 2 | Highly conductive dodecaborate/MXene composites for high performance supercapacitors显示文摘With the increasingly prominent energy and environmental issues,the supercapacitors,as a highly efficient and clean energy conversion and storage devices,meet the requirements well.However,it is still a challenge to enhance the capacitance and energy density of supercapacitors.A novel and highly conductive dodecaborate/MXene composites have been designed for high performance supercapacitors.The surface charge property of MXene was modified by a simple ultrasonic treatment with ammonium ion,and the dodecaborate ion can be inserted into the inner surface of MXene by electrostatic adsorption.Due to the unique icosahedral cage conjugate structure formed by the B-B bond and the highly delocalized three-dimensionalπbond structure of the electrons,the negative charge is delocalied on the whole dodecaborate ion,which reduces the ability to bind to cations.Therefore,the cations can move easily,and the dodecaborate can act as a“lubricant”for ion diffusion between the MXene layers,which significantly improves the ion transfer rate of supercapacitors.The dodecaborate/MXene composites can achieve an extremely high specific capacitance of 366 F.g^-1 at a scan rate of 2 mV.s^-1,which is more than eight times higher than that of MXene(43 F1-)at the same scan rate.Our finding provides a novel route on the fabrication of the high performance supercapacitors. | Zhenxing Li Chang Ma Yangyang Wen Zhiting Wei Xiaofei Xing Junmei Chu Chengcheng Yu Kaili Wang Zhao-Kui Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,1: | 7 |

| 4 | SNObase,a database for S-nitrosation modification显示文摘S-Nitros(yl)ation is a ubiquitous redox-based post-translational modification of protein cysteine thiols by nitric oxide or its derivatives,which transduces the bioactivity of nitric oxide(NO)by regulation of protein conformation,activity,stability,localization and pro-tein-protein interactions.These years,more and more S-nitrosated proteins were identified in physiological and pathological processes and the number is still growing.Here we developed a database named SNO-base(http://gffzz0fe23e43c53446d5hbc9q65nfc00b6pvq.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn),which collected S-nitrosation targets extracted from literatures up to June 1st,2012.SNObase contained 2561 instances,and provided information about S-nitrosation targets,sites,biological model,related diseases,trends of S-nitrosation level and effects of S-nitrosation on protein function.With SNObase,we did functional analysis for all the SNO targets:In the gene ontology(GO)biological process category,some processes were discovered to be related to S-nitrosation(“response to drug”,“regulation of cell motion”)besides the previously reported related processes.In the GO cellular component category,cytosol and mitochondrion were both enriched.From the KEGG pathway enrichment results,we found SNO targets were enriched in different diseases,which suggests possible significant roles of S-nitrosation in the progress of these diseases.This SNObase means to be a database with precise,comprehensive and easily accessible information,an environment to help researchers integrate data with comparison and relevancy analysis between different groups or works,and also an SNO knowledgebase offering feasibility for systemic and global analysis of S-nitrosation in interdisciplinary studies. | Xu Zhang Bo Huang Lunfeng Zhang Yuying Zhang Yingying Zhao Xiaofei Guo Xinhua Qiao Chang Chen | 2012 | Protein & Cell2012,3,12: | 2 |
