| 1 | Late Cretaceous-Cenozoic exhumation history of Tiantangzhai region of Dabieshan Orogen: Constraints from (U-Th)/He and fission track analysis显示文摘Integrated fission track and (U-Th)/He analysis is carried out on 6 apatite and 6 zircon samples from a near vertical section in The Tiantangzhai region at the core of the present Dabieshan orogen. The result shows that the region experienced cooling/exhumation during the Late Cretaceous and Early Tertiary period. Age-elevation relationships for different dating systems and different minerals suggest a pulse of rapid exhumation at ~110 Ma before present, preserved in the structurally highest samples. At lower elevations, ages begin to decrease with decreasing elevation, suggesting lower exhumation rates since 90 Ma. Two periods of different exhumation rates are identified since 90 Ma. | 5 | Modelling of low-temperature exhumation rate in Dabie Mountain based on (U-Th)/He and fission-track thermochronological data显示文摘While the high-temperature exhumation process in the Dabie Mountain has been well documented, the low-temperature exhumation of this area since Cretaceous, especially since Late Cretaceous, is relatively less studied. Low-temperature thermochronology provides one of the important approaches to solve this problem. Based on the data of fission track and (U-Th)/He analysis of apaptites and zircons from the granitoid and metamorphic rocks in the Dabie Mountain, this paper applies Mancktelow’s and Braun’s methods to estimating the exhumation rates and to drawing the regional differential exhumation pattern since Cretaceous, especially since Late Cretaceous by taking into consideration factors such as heat transport, heat advection, topography and heat production, which could influence geothermal field in the shallow crust. Since Cretaceous, the exhumation rate (0.08-0.10 km/Ma) in the region around Tiantangzhai and in the south of Tanlu fault zone is larger than the rate (0.04-0.07 km/Ma) in other areas of the Dabie Mountain. | 6 | The Southward Extension of Cathaysia Block: Evidence from Zircon UPb Dates of Borehole Volcanics in the Northern South China Sea显示文摘Five Paleogene volcanics sampled from the northern South China Sea were analyzed via LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating,including basalt and andesite from Borehole SCSV1 and volcanic agglomerate from Borehole SCSV2,respectively.A total of 162 zircon U-Pb dates for them cover an age range from Neoarchean to Eocene,in which the pre-Paleocene data dominate.The Paleogene dates of 62.5±2.2 Ma and 42.1±2.9 Ma are associated with two igneous episodes prior to opening of South China Sea basin.Those pre-Paleocene zircons are inherited zircons mostly with magmatogenic oscillatory zones,and have REE features of crustal zircon.Zircon U-Pb dates of 2518–2481 Ma,1933– 1724 Ma,and 1094–1040 Ma from the SCSV1 volcanics,and 2810–2718 Ma,2458–2421 Ma,and 1850 –993.4 Ma from the SCSV2 volcanics reveal part of Precambrian evolution of the northern South China Sea,well comparable with age records dated from the Cathaysia block.The data of 927.0±6.9 Ma and 781±38 Ma dated from the SCSV2 coincide with amalgamation between Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks and breakup of the Rodinia,respectively.The age records of Caledonian orogeny from the Cathaysia block are widely found from our volcanic samples with concordant mean ages of 432.0±5.8 Ma from the SCSV1 and of 437±15 Ma from the SCSV2.The part of the northern South China Sea resembling the Cathaysia underwent Indosinian and Yanshannian tectonothermal events.Their age signatures from the SCSV1 cover 266.5±3.5 Ma,241.1±6.0 Ma,184.0±4.2 Ma,160.9±4.2 Ma and 102.8±2.6 Ma,and from the SCSV2 are 244±15 Ma,158.1±3.5 Ma,141±13 Ma and 96.3±2.1 Ma.Our pre-Paleogene U-Pb age spectra of zircons from the borehole volcanics indicate that the northern South China Sea underwent an evolution from formation of Precambrian basement,Caledonian orogeny,and Indosinian orogeny to Yanshannian magmatism.This process can be well comparable with the tectonic evolution of South China,largely supporting the areas of the northern South China Sea as part of southward extension of the Cathaysia. | XU Changhai QUE Xiaoming SHI Hesheng ZHOU Zuyi MA Changqian | 2013 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2013,87,5: | 5 |
| 7 | Clinicopathological features of giant cell carcinoma of the pancreas显示文摘BACKGROUND: Giant cell carcinoma of the pancreas (GCCP) as a tumor of high malignancy, large size, and inflammatory reaction occupies 2.1%-12.8% of all cases of pancreatic malignancies. This study was to analyze cases of GCCP collected in 8 years at our hospital in an attempt to describe some features of GCCP in Chinese people. METHODS: The clinicopathological features of 19 patients who had been pathologically diagnosed as having GCCP from 1021 patients with pancreatic malignancies collected by Pancreatic Disease Research Group (PDRG) of Chang- hai Hospital were retrospectively analyzed compared with those of 96 patients with common pancreatic carcinoma (PC) who were randomly selected from 1002 patients with pancreatic carcinoma. The differences of location, clinical symptoms, imagings, laboratory test, operation and the prognosis of these two groups were defined. RESULTS: Tumors in the head of the pancreas were found in 8 patients (42.1%), and those in the body or tail of the pancreas in 11 (57.9%). The initial symptom was abdomi- nal pain in most patients (57.9%). Abdominal pain (73.7%), dyspepsia (63.2%), weight loss (36.8%) but jaun- dice were common at the time of diagnosis. The abnormal rates of routine laboratory tests in the GCCP group were lower than those in the common PC group. The assay of tumor markers between the groups of GCCP and common PC was approximately the same. The sensitivity and accu- racy of ultrasonography, spiral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging were considerably high. Large carcinoma in stage was seen in 9 patients or 47.4% of the GCCP group, a rate higher than that in the common PC group. Osteoid formation was found microscopically in some patients, and poorly differentiated tumor cells were found in most patients. The 1-year survival rate was 17.6%, which was lower than that in the common PC group. CONCLUSION: The clinicopathological features of GCCP are different from those of common PC. | 9 | Detection of K-ras gene mutation at codon 12 by pancreatic duct brushing for pancreatic cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the diagnostic value of endoscopic pancreatic duct brushing in detecting mutationof the K-ras gene at codon 12 in cytologic specimens from patients with pancreatic cancer.METHODS: Thirty-five patients treated at Changhai Hospital, Shanghai between 1999 and 2001 wereenrolled. Their cells obtained by pancreatic duct brushing during endoscopic retrogradetholangiopancreatography (ERCP) were suspended with phosphate buffer solution (PBS). DNA of thecells was extracted and mutation of the K-ras gene at codon 12 detected by means of PCR-SSCP.RESULTS: The K-ras gene mutation rate of pancreatic cancer was 70%, which was higher than that ofchronic pancreatitis (14%, P<0.05). K-ras gene mutation was not found in patients with pancreaticcystorcarcinoma and duodenum carcinoma. As to the location of pancreatic cancer, no significantdifference was observed between the head, the body and tail. | 14 | Reservoir-forming conditions and key exploration & development techniques for Xushen gas field in Northeast China显示文摘Exploration and development of volcanic gas reservoirs is a world-class problem,and less experience can be learned at home and abroad.Through study of reservoir-forming conditions of Xushen gas field,four sets of hydrocarbon source rocks,mainly mudstone and coal seam of Shahezi Formation,are identified in this gas field;its cap rocks are mudstone in Member 2 of Denglouku Formation,and Member 1 and Member 2 of Quantou Formation.By simulating reservoir-forming history,four filling periods of the Xushen gas field are determined,and the most favorable exploration targets are crater areas with structural highs,large thickness and good physical properties.On the basis of diagenetic mechanism study,the criteria of sequence series,lithology identification and reservoir types of gas reservoirs have been established;the volcanic rock bodies have been carefully depicted and the distribution laws of effective reservoirs of gas pools have been figured out.Based on evaluating reservoir-permeability characteristics of reservoirs,the gas well productivity characteristics(mainly type II,III and IV wells)have been identified,and the optimum design technology for volcanic gas reservoir development has been developed.The gas reservoirs in all blocks of Xushen gas field are classified into three types:singlebody gas reservoir model,disconnected multi-body gas reservoir model and interconnected multi-body gas reservoir model.Stimulation technologies,including multi-layer fracturing of vertical well,staged fracturing of open-hole horizontal well and volume fracturing,have been developed.According to gas well production performance,pressure change,well-controlled reserves and spatial distribution of volcanic bodies,combined with numerical simulation and prediction of gas reservoirs,the evaluation method of residual potential of volcanic gas reservoirs has been formed.Key technologies for effective exploration and development of complex volcanic gas reservoirs have been established and perfected,and bring good development effect.The research results can provide guidance and reference for exploration and development of similar gas reservoirs. | Fenglan Wang Yongzhuo Wang Xuemin Zhou Changhai Yin Ping Shu Baojun Cao Yingkang Zhu | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,2: | 1 |
