1A multi-dimensional tabu search algorithm for the optimization of process planning显示文摘Computer-aided process planning(CAPP) is an essential component of computer integrated manufacturing(CIM) system. A good process plan can be obtained by optimizing two elements,namely,operation sequence and the machining parameters of machine,tool and tool access direction(TAD) for each operation. This paper proposes a novel optimization strategy for process planning that considers different dimensions of the problem in parallel. A multi-dimensional tabu search(MDTS) algorithm based on this strategy is developed to optimize the four dimensions of a process plan,namely,operation sequence(OperSeq),machine sequence(MacSeq),tool sequence(ToolSeq) and tool approach direction sequence(TADSeq),sequentially and iteratively. In order to improve its efficiency and stability,tabu search,which is incorporated into the proposed MDTS algorithm,is used to optimize each component of a process plan,and some neighbourhood strategies for different components are presented for this tabu search algorithm. The proposed MDTS algorithm is employed to test four parts with different numbers of operations taken from the literature and compared with the existing algorithms like genetic algorithm(GA),simulated annealing(SA),tabu search(TS) and particle swarm optimization(PSO) . 2Influence of applied load on wear behavior of C/C-Cu composites under electric current显示文摘Using carbon fiber needled fabrics with Cu-mesh and graphite powder as the preform, Cu mesh modified carbon/carbon(C/C-Cu) composites were prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) with C_3H_6 and impregnation-carbonization(I/C) with furan resin. C/C composites, as a comparison, were also prepared.Their microstructures and wear morphologies were observed by optical microscopy(OM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), respectively. Wear behavior of C/C and C/C-Cu composites under different applied loads were investigated on a pin-on-disc wear tester. The results show that Cu meshes are well dispersed and pyrolytic carbon is in rough laminar structure. Both C/C and C/C-Cu composites had good wear properties. The currentcarrying capacity of C/C-Cu composites increases and the arc discharge is hindered as the applied load increases from 40 N to 80 N. Both C/C and C/C-Cu composites had good wear properties. The mass wear rate of C/C-Cu composites under 80 N was only 4.2% of that under 60 N. 6Flow Characteristics of Grains in a Conical Silo with a Central Decompression Tube Based on Experiments and DEM Simulations显示文摘Grains are widely present in industrial productions and processing,and are stored in silos.In the silo,auxiliary structures are added to achieve efficient production.However,little effort has been devoted to the influence of the internal structure of the silo on the granular flow.In this work,a silo with a central decompression tube is studied through experimental measurements and discrete element methods.Then,the influences of the central decompression tube on the flow behavior of grains and wall pressure are analyzed.Results show that the grains are in mass flow in the silo without a central decompression tube,while the grains are in funnel flow in the silo with a central decompression tube.Moreover,regardless of whether there is a central decompression tube in the silo,the maximum pressure appears at the top of the conical silo.In the lower part of the silo,the wall pressure of the silo with a central decompression tube is lower than that of the silo without a central decompression tube.Therefore,a silo with a central decompression tube is more conducive to grain storage and discharge than a silo without a central decompression tube.Huinan Sun Siqiang Wang Zhuoqing Zhang Chaoyong Xia Xu Chen 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,6:3
7Northward Shift in Landfall Locations of Tropical Cyclones over the Western North Pacific during the Last Four Decades显示文摘This study analyzes landfall locations of tropical cyclones(TCs)over the western North Pacific during 1979–2018.Results demonstrate that the landfall locations of TCs over this region have shifted northward during the last four decades,primarily due to the shift of landfalling TC tracks,with the decreasing/increasing proportion of westward/northward TC tracks.In particular,the northward shift of the landfalling TCs was not related to their formation locations,which have not markedly changed,whereas'no-landed'TCs have significantly shifted northward.TC movement was significantly and positively correlated to the zonal component of the steering flow,while the correlation between TC movement and the meridional component of the steering flow was relatively unobvious.The westward steering flow in the tropical central Pacific that occurred around the formation and early development of the westward TCs was significantly weakened,which was unfavorable for their westward movement,thereby,causing the higher proportions of northward moving tracks.This weakened westward flow was related to the northward shift of the subtropical high ridge,which was caused by significant weakening of the southern part of the subtropical high.The vertical wind shear,sea surface temperature,and convective available potential energy also showed that the northern region of the western North Pacific became more favorable for TC development,whereas the upper divergence,low-layer relative vorticity,and accumulated water vapor content were not obviously related to the northward shift of TCs.Ting CHEN Shumin CHEN Mingsen ZHOU Chaoyong TU Aoqi ZHANG Yilun CHEN Weibiao LI 2022Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,2:3
8Rapid Climatic Change during Past 60 ka Recorded in NE Indian Ocean and Its Correspondence from South China Land显示文摘According to the marine records from the Bay of Bengal, northeastern Indian Ocean, and the continental records from the South China, the authors make a detailed discussion in this paper about the correlation between them and their implication of rapid climatic change. The marine records show its good response to the high latitudes both for cold events and for warm ones while the continental records mainly mirror those cold Heinrich events corresponding to the North Atlantic but bear strongly a local color in reflecting warm events.
