1Application of Pb isotopic tracing technique to constraining the source of Pb in the West Lake Longjing tea显示文摘This paper dealt with the Pb contents and Pb isotopic composition of the West Lake Longjing tea. The results showed that in the tea leaves, from young leaf →old leaf →tea limb, the Pb contents tend to increase gradu-ally from 1.63 →4.84 →6.07×10-6, wich revealed that the Pb was accumulated gradually in the tea. After cleaned, the Pb contents of tea leaves were significantly reduced. This indicated that the deposits on the surface of tea leaves made a great contributuion to Pb contents. The survey results for soils in the relevant tea gardens showed that soil from the Longjing tea garden has higher Pb contents, with an average level of 49.6×10-6, two times those of common soils (24×10-6) in China. Results of the systematic analysis for tea, tea garden soil and the samples with the relevant background of the Pb isotopic composition displayed that the Pb isotopic ratio of tea is 206Pb/207Pb=1.164±0.005 (2σ). The ratio of 206Pb/207Pb for the soil gradually decreased from residue phase, soil dilute acid extract phase, and then to urban topsoil, i.e., 1.175 →1.171 →1.170. The 208Pb/(206Pb+207Pb) ratios also show a similar variation trend. 206Pb/207Pb ratios in the samples with the relevant background were: vehicle exhaust, 1.124; coal-combustion, 1.156; atmosphere, 1.168; and water, 1.166. Comparative studies have shown that Pb pollution is popular in the environ-mental media (soil, atmosphere, water) in Hangzhou. With the aggravation of Pb pollution, the Pb isotopic composi-tion gradually changed from the natural background (soil residues) to the direction of automobile exhaust. This phe-nomenon could illustrate that the pollution source was the vehicle exhaust, while the coal-combustion contributed little to environmental pollution in Hangzhou. The Pb of the Longjing tea came mostly from soluble phase Pb in the polluted soil. 3One-step synthesis of thermally stable artificial multienzyme cascade system for efficient enzymatic electrochemical detection显示文摘Recently,metal-organic framework(MOF)-based multienzyme systems integrating different functional natural enzymes and/or nanomaterial-basedartificial enzymes are attracting increasing attention due to their high catalytic efficiency and promising application in sensing.Simpleand controllable integration of enzymes or nanozymes within MOFs is crucial for achieving efficient cascade catalysis and high stability.Here,we report a facile electrochemical assisted biomimetic mineralization strategy to prepare an artificial multienzyme system for efficient electrochemicaldetection of biomolecules.By using the G0x@Cu-MOF/copper foam(G0x@Cu-MOF/CF)architecture as a proof of concept,efficientenzyme immobilization and cascade catalysis were achieved by in situ encapsulation of glucose oxidase(GOx)within MOFs layer grown onthree-dimensional(3D)porous conducting CF via a facile one-step electrochemical assisted biomimetic mineralization strategy.Due to thebio-electrocatalytic cascade reaction mechanism,this well-designed GOx@Cu-MOF modified electrode exhibited superior catalytic activityand thermal stability for glucose sensing.Notably,the activity of GOx@Cu-MOF/CF still remained at ca.80%after being incubated at 80℃.In sharp contrast,the activity of the unprotected electrode was reduced to the original 10%after the same treatment.The design strategypresented here may be useful in fabricating highly stable enzyme@MOF composites applied for efficient photothermal therapy and otherplatform under high temperature.Xiqing Cheng Jinhong Zhou Jiayu Chen Zhaoxiong Xie Qin Kuang Lansun Zheng 2019Nano Research2019,12,12:3
4Water discharge changes of the Changjiang River downstream Datong during dry season显示文摘Based on hydrometric data and extensive investigations on water-extracting projects, this paper presents a preliminary study on water discharge changes between Datong and Xuliujing during dry season. The natural hydrological processes and human factors that influence the water discharge are analyzed with the help of GIS method. The investigations indicate that the water-extracting projects downstream from Datong to Xuliujing had amounted to 64 in number by the end of 2000, with a water-extracting capacity up to 4,626 m 3 /s averaged in a tidal cycle. The water extraction from the Changjiang River has become the most important factor influencing the water discharge downstream Datong during dry season. The potential magnitude in water discharge changes are estimated based on historical records of water extraction and a water balance model. The computational results were calibrated with the actual data. The future trend in changes of water discharge into the sea during dry season was discussed by taking into consideration of newly built hydro-engineering projects. The water extraction downstream Datong in dry season before 2000 had a great influence on discharges into the sea in the extremely dry year like 1978-1979. It produced a net decrease of more than 490 m 3 /s in monthly mean discharges from the Changjiang into the sea. 7Power transformer fault diagnosis considering data imbalance and data set fusion显示文摘Improving the accuracy of transformer dissolved gas analysis is always an important demand for power companies.However,the requirement for large numbers of fault samples becomes an obstacle to this demand.This article creatively uses a large number of health data,which is much easier to obtain by power companies,to improve diagnosis accuracy.Comprehensive investigations from the view of both data set and methodology to deal with this problem are presented.A data set consists of 9595 health samples and 993 fault samples is used for analysis.The characteristics of the data set and the influence of the health data on diagnostic accuracy are discussed.The performance of many state‐of‐art algorithms that handle the imbalanced prob-lem is evaluated.Meanwhile,an efficient fault diagnosis algorithm named self‐paced ensemble(SPE)is presented.In SPE,classification hardness is proposed to include the data characteristic in the classification.This method can guarantee the diversity of the data set and keep high performance.According to the experiment results,the superior of SPE is confirmed and also proves that involving more health samples can improve transformer diagnosis when fault data are limited.Yang Zhang Hong Cai Chen Yaping Du Min Chen Jie Liang Jianhong Li Xiqing Fan Xin Yao 2021High Voltage2021,6,3:1

18Ultrasensitive quantification of trace amines based on N-phosphorylation labeling chip 2D LC-QQQ/MS显示文摘Trace amines(TAs)are metabolically related to catecholamine and associated with cancer and neurological disorders.Comprehensive measurement of TAs is essential for understanding pathological processes and providing proper drug intervention.However,the trace amounts and chemical instability of TAs challenge quantification.Here,diisopropyl phosphite coupled with chip two-dimensional(2D)liquid chromatography tandem triple-quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-QQQ/MS)was developed to simultaneously determine TAs and associated metabolites.The results showed that the sensitivities of TAs increased up to 5520 times compared with those using nonderivatized LC-QQQ/MS.This sensitive method was utilized to investigate their alterations in hepatoma cells after treatment with sorafenib.The significantly altered TAs and associated metabolites suggested that phenylalanine and tyrosine metabolic pathways were related to sorafenib treatment in Hep3B cells.This sensitive method has great potential to elucidate the mechanism and diagnose diseases considering that an increasing number of physiological functions of TAs have been discovered in recent decades.Xiqing Bian Yida Zhang Na Li Menglin Shi Xiaolin Chen Hui-Lu Zhang Jie Liu Jian-Lin Wu 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,3:0
19Donkey whey proteins ameliorate dextran sulfate sodium-induced ulcerative colitis in mice by downregulating the S100A8-TRAF6-NF-κB axis-mediated inflammatory response显示文摘Donkey milk has a variety of physiological functions, including antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Donkey whey proteins(DWPs), as the main functional component in donkey milk, its inhibitory effect on colitis is still unclear. In this study, the inhibitory effect and potential mechanism of DWPs on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis were investigated. Firstly, the DWPs and bovine milk whey proteins(BWPs)were characterized using proteomics. Then, we administered DWPs and BWPs to mice with colitis via oral gavage. The results of immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry indicated that DWPs increased T regulatory cell accumulation and increased the abundance of the cluster of differentiation 205+(CD205+)macrophages compared to those with BWPs and in model groups. In addition, DWPs exhibited a more remarkable ability to inhibit pro-inflammatory proteins(S100A8, TRAF6, and NF-κB)expression and inflammatory secretion than BWPs. In addition, DWPs significantly decreased NF-κB and CD86 levels more than BWPs or the negative control in both LPS-stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells or cell lines.
