1Macroscopic electromagnetic synergy network-enhanced N-doped Ni/C gigahertz microwave absorber with regulable microtopography显示文摘To achieve excellent electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption properties,the microstructure design of the absorber is critical.In this work,six kinds of N-Ni/C nanostructures with different morphologies were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method and high temperature carbonization by adjusting the types of nickel salts and reaction solvents.The EMW absorption performance of six different morphologies of N-Ni/C nanostructures was compared and analyzed.Among them,it is found that the nanoflowerlike N-Ni/C composite has excellent dielectric loss and magnetic loss synergistic effect due to its polycrystalline structure,and can obtain excellent EMW absorption performance.The minimum reflection loss value at a thickness of 1.9 mm is-59.56 dB at 16.88 GHz,and the effective absorption bandwidth value reaches 6.0 GHz at a thickness of 2.2 mm.Our research shows that different morphologies and multiple lattice structures of nanostructures with the same composition have a significant influence on EMW absorption performance,which provides new research ideas for developing high-performance EMW absorbing materials.Yuelei Pan Qianqian Zhu Jiahui Zhu Yuhang Cheng Bowen Yu Zirui Jia Guanglei Wu 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:5

3Synthesis of Cr-Al_2O_3 Cermet Selective Surfaces Coated by SnO_2 Thin Film by Air Plasma Spraying显示文摘High efficient Cr-Al2O3 cermet selective surfaces coated by sol-gel SnO2 thin film for high-temperature application were synthesized by air plasma spraying(APS),followed further heat and polish treatment.The phase composition and micro morphology of coating samples were characterized by X-ray diffractions(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and roughmeter respectively.The solar absorptance(α)and thermal emittance(ε)were determined by optical spectrum instrument.The results show that Cr-Al2O3 cermet coating has a high absorptivity nearly 0.90.But unfortunately,the emissivity of these coatings is nearly 0.50 because of the big thickness and coarse surface prepared by APS technique.However,once coated SnO2 thin film,the composite coatings exhibit excellent selective absorbing property of α=0.89 and ε=0.12.Thus,SnO2 thin film plays a significant role in decreasing the emissivity of coatings as antireflection layer.And furthermore,the optical performance shows that more metal content and smooth surface are favorable for the selective absorbing property.Moreover,the coatings have excellent bond strength with stainless steel substrate and thermal shock resistance at high temperature.Zhu Zhenqi,Cheng Xudong,Li Guanglei School of Materials Science and Technology,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:1

6Polymorphic cerium-based Prussian blue derivatives with in situ growing CNT/Co heterojunctions for enhanced microwave absorption via polarization and magnetization显示文摘In this paper,the structure evolution of cerium cobaltohexanoate(Ce[Co(CN)6],Ce-Co Prussian blue analog(PBA))has been realized by solvent catalysis at room temperature.The hexagonal bipyramidal microcrystals of Ce-Co PBA can be gradually transformed into dendrites by different proportions of ethanol(EtOH)and water.At the same time,the porous dendrites CeO_(2)/Co@carbon nanotub(CNT)with oxygen-rich vacancies(OVs)can be obtained by annealing Ce-Co PBA at 700℃.The microstructure study shows that carbon nanotubes will be catalyzed after annealing at high temperature,and the cobalt metal particles encapsulated in carbon nanotubes will be anchored in the matrix,regulating the impedance matching and multi-polarization suppression of the material,and its unique structure,vacancies,and strong interface effect make the material exhibit excellent electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption performance.When the matching thickness is 2.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of the composite is-51.68 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL<-10 dB)is 7.76 GHz.These results show that the prepared CeO_(2)/Co@CNT composite has excellent EMW absorption properties.It is expected to be a candidate material for EMW absorption.Jixi Zhou Xinmeng Huang Di Lan Yuhang Cheng Fengyi Xue Chenyu Jia Guanglei Wu Zirui Jia 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
7Technique research of embedded event receiver for BEPC-II显示文摘Purpose The event receiver is an important component of the BEPC-II timing system.It receives event codes from the event generator and then generates triggers and interrupts.The currently applied event receiver is implemented in a single FPGA board,which has to work in conjunction with a single-board computer and an external bus chassis.With the rapid development of System-on-Chip(SoC)technology,combining them in one SoC is more efficient,more integrated,and cheaper.Thereby,an embedded event receiver based on ZYNQ SoC is proposed.Methods and Results In this paper,some key techniques of embedded event receiver have been researched.These techniques have been implemented in an embedded event receiver prototype named ER-Z.And the function test results show that ER-Z has the ability to receive event codes and handle them through interrupts while attaching timestamps with event clock precision.The performance test results show that the average interrupt latency is less than 30μs and the average AXI-Lite read latency is less than 170 ns.Zhao Zhang Zhi Liu Sinong Cheng Ge Lei Yuliang Zhang Peng Zhu Guanglei Xu Lin Wang 2023Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2023,7,1:0
