| 1 | Lithospheric seismic fabrics of Sulu ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt显示文摘Calibration of seismic reflectors appearing in the crust of the Chinese continent sci- entific drilling site can be completed through the correlation studies between direct evidences, such as the drill cores, and geophysical signatures; therefore the interpretation of geophysical data could produce reliable results of crustal structure and composition. On the other hand, there are two Cenozoic volcanoes close to the scientific drilling site; analyzing composition of xenoliths existent in the volcanoes and evaluating their seismic velocities can also offer information about the mantle and lower crust. After the calibration via cores and well-logging data, the seismic re- flectors appearing in the UHP belt can be caused by lithological changes within the UHP rock slice, ductile shearing rock-suites, and later fracture zones. Among these sources, ductile shearing resulted in displacement and detachment of original rock-sheets, producing some rock-interbeds of several hundred meters thick that are named the ductile shearing rock-suites. A suite consists of mylonized gneiss and eclogite slices that underwent shearing, becoming the major mechanism responsible to generate regional strong reflections. The UHP rock-slice is characterized by complicated structures and high density, high seismic velocity and high electri- cal resistivity, its thickness is usually less than 11 km. Velocity and density of the gneiss-layer beneath gradually tend to normal with increasing depth. Based on the xenoliths we can infer that the middle crust contains a lot of gneisses, and the lower crust consists of different granulites. The lithospheric mantle has multi-layer structures and consists mainly of spinal lherzolite and harzburgite, implying late Mesozoic lithospheric thinning. The seismic fabrics with different ori- gins were possible products of different geodynamic processes. For instance, the UHP rock-slice was produced by the UHP metamorphic process and the exhumation of subducted supercrustal rocks after the Triassic collision between the Yangtze and Sino-Korean cratons; whilst the ductile shearing rock-suites resulted from shearing deformation processes during the subduction and exhumation. The normal velocity below the UHP rock-slice was correlated with Mesozoic exten- sion processes in the area. | 2 | Development of Light Cycle Oil(LCO) Hydrocracking Technology over a Commercial W-Ni Based Catalyst显示文摘Because of its high density and low cetane number, the light cycle oil(LCO) containing heavy aromatics(60%—80%) can hardly be transformed through the conventional hydro-upgrading technology. In this report, a novel LCO hydrocracking technology(FD2G) was proposed for the utilization of LCO to manufacture high value-added products. Through the ingenious combination of hydroprocessing catalyst and the hydrocracking process, the high octane gasoline and the ultra-low sulfur diesel(ULSD) blendstocks were produced simultaneously. The influence of catalyst type, reaction temperature, pressure, respectively, on the research octane number(RON) of produced gasoline was studied in a fixed bed hydrogenation reactor. It indicated that high reaction temperature and medium pressure would favor the production of highoctane gasoline through the conversion of bi-aromatic and tri-aromatic hydrocarbons. The typical results of FD2 G technology on commercial units showed that it could produce clean diesel with a sulfur content of less than 10 μg/g and clean gasoline with a research octane number(RON) of up to 92. | 3 | Hydrogen production from steam reforming of methanol over CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3 catalysts: Catalytic performance and kinetic modeling显示文摘A series of CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3, CuO/ZnO/ZrO_2/Al_2O_3 and CuO/ZnO/CeO_2/Al_2O_3 catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation and characterized by N_2 adsorption, XRD, TPR, N_2O titration and HRTEM. The catalytic performances of these catalysts for the steam reforming of methanol were evaluated in a laboratory-scale fixed-bed reactor at 0.1 MPa and temperatures between 473 and 543 K. The results showed that the catalytic activity depended greatly on the catalyst reducibility and the specific surface area of Cu. An approximate linear correlation between the catalytic activity and the Cu surface area was found for all catalysts investigated in this study.Compared to CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3, the ZrO_2-doped CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3 exhibited higher activity and selectivity to CO,while the CeO_2-doped catalyst displayed lower activity and selectivity. Finally, an intrinsic kinetic study was carried out over a screened CuO/ZnO/CeO_2/Al_2O_3 catalyst in the absence of internal and external mass transfer effects. A good agreement was observed between the model-derived effluent concentrations of CO(CO_2) and the experimental data. | 4 | Mapping Toll-Like Receptor Signaling Pathway Genes of Zhikong Scallop(Chlamys farreri) with FISH显示文摘Toll-like receptor(TLR) signaling pathway plays a pivotal role in the innate immune system. Studies on TLR signaling pathway genes in Zhikong scallop(Chlamys farreri) have mainly focused on sequence analysis and expression profiling, no research has been carried out on their localization. The chromosomal position of TLR signaling pathway genes can be valuable for assemblying scallop genome and analysizing gene regulatory networks. In the present study, five key TLR signaling pathway genes(Cf TLR, Cf Myd88, Cf TRAF6, Cf NFκB, and Cf IκB) containing bacterial artificial chromosomes(BACs) were isolated and physically mapped through fluorescence in situ hybridization on five non-homologous chromosome pairs, showing a similar distribution to another five model species. | 7 | Glutathione S-transferase genes in scallops and their diverse expression patterns after exposure to PST-producing dinoflagellates显示文摘The glutathione S-transferases(GSTs)are a superfamily of enzymes that function in cellular protection against toxic substances and oxidative stress.Bivalves could accumulate high concentration of paralytic shellfish toxins(PSTs)from harmful algae.To understand the possible involvement of GSTs in protecting bivalves during PST accumulation and metabolism,the GST genes were systemically analyzed in two cultured scallops,Azumapecten farreri and Mizuhopecten yessoensis,which were reported for PST deposition during harmful algae bloom.A total of 35 and 37 GSTs were identified in A.farreri(AfGSTs)and M.yessoensis(MyGSTs)genome,respectively,and the expansion of the sigma class from the cytosolic subfamily was observed.In both scallop species,sigma class GSTs showed higher expression than other members.The high GSTs expression was detected mainly during/after larvae stages and in the two most toxic organs,hepatopancreas and kidney.After ingesting PST-producing dinoflagellates,all the regulated AfGSTs in the hepatopancrcas were from the sigma class,but with opposite regulation pattern between Alexandrium catenella and A.minutum exposure.In scallop kidneys,where PSTs transformed into higher toxicity,more AfGSTs were regulated than in the hepatopancreas,and most of them were from the sigma class,with similar regulation pattern between A.catenella and A.minutum exposure.In M.yessoensis exposed to A.catenella,MyGST-σ2 was the only up-regulated MyGST in both hepatopancreas and kidney.Our results suggested the possible diverse function of scallop GSTs and the importance of sigma class in the defense against PSTs,which would contribute to the adaptive evolution of scallops in marine environments. | Jiarun Lou Jie Cheng Xiaogang Xun Xu Li Moli Li Xiangchao Zhang Tingting Li Zhenmin Bao Xiaoli Hu | 2020 | Marine Life Science & Technology2020,2,3: | 2 |
