2Preheating method of lithium-ion batteries in an electric vehicle显示文摘To improve the low-temperature charge-discharge performance of lithium-ion battery,low-temperature experiments of the charge-discharge characteristics of 35 Ah high-power lithium-ion batteries have been conducted,and the wide-line metal film method for heating batteries is presented.At-40℃,heating and charge-discharge experiments have been performed on the battery pack.The results indicate the charge-discharge performance is substantially worse in cold climates,and can be significantly improved by heating the battery pack with a wide-line metal film.Pulse charge-discharge experiments show that at-40℃ambient temperature,the heated battery pack can charge or discharge at high current and offer almost80%power.Zhiguo LEI Chengning ZHANG Junqiu LI Guangchong FAN Zhewei LIN 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,2:2
3China's battery electric vehicles lead the world:achievements in technology system architecture and technological breakthroughs显示文摘Developing new energy vehicles has been a worldwide consensus,and developing new energy vehicles characterized by pure electric drive has been China's national strategy.After more than 20 years of high-quality development of China's electric vehicles(EVs),a technological R&D layout of“Three Verticals and Three Horizontals”has been created,and technological advantages have been accumulated.As a result,China's new energy vehicle market has ranked first in the world since 2015.To systematically solve the key problems of battery electric vehicles(BEVs)such as“driving range anxiety,long battery charging time,and driving safety hazards”,China took the lead in putting forward a“system engineering-based technology system architecture for BEVs”and clarifying its connotation.This paper analyzes the research status and progress of the three core components of this architecture,namely,“BEV platform,charging/swapping station,and real-time operation monitoring platform”,and their key technological points.The three major demonstration projects of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,and the intelligent and connected autonomous battery electric bus project are discussed to specify the applications of BEVs in China.The key research directions for upgrading BEV technologies remain to be further improving the vehicle-level all-climate environmental adaptability and all-day safety of BEVs,systematically solving the charging problem of BEVs and improving their application convenience,and safeguarding safety with early warning and implementing active/passive safety protection for the whole life cycle of power batteries on the basis of BEVs'operation big data.BEVs have acquired new technological features such as intelligent and networked technology empowerment,extensive integration of control-by-wire systems,a platform of chassis hardware,and modularization of functional software.Hongwen He Fengchun Sun Zhenpo Wang Cheng Lin Chengning Zhang Rui Xiong Junjun Deng Xiaoqing Zhu Peng Xie Shuo Zhang Zhongbao Wei Wanke Cao Li Zhai 2022Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2022,1,1:2

10Prediction of M–A Constituents and Impact Toughness in Stir Zone of X80 Pipeline Steel Friction Stir Welds显示文摘This study explored a strategy for predicting the proportion of martensite–austenite(M–A)constituents and impact toughness of stir zone(SZ)on X80 pipeline steel joints welded by friction stir welding(FSW).It is found that the welding forces,including the traverse force(F_(x)),the lateral force(F_(y))and the plunge force(F_(z)),are the key variables related to the change of welding parameters and influence remarkably the characteristics of M–A constituents and impact toughness of SZ.The impact toughness of SZ is commonly lower than that of the base material due to the formation of lath bainite and coarsening of austenite.The characteristics of M–A constituents in SZ are sensitive to the variation of welding parameters and respond well to the change of welding forces.The proportion of small island M–A constituents increases with the decrease in rotational speed and the increase in Fz.The increase in the amount of island M–A constituents is beneficial to improve the impact toughness of SZ.Based on the above findings,a machine learning(ML)model for predicting the M–A constituents and impact toughness is constructed using the force features as the input data set.The force data-driven ML model can predict the M–A constituents and impact toughness precisely and exhibits higher accuracy than ML built with welding parameters.It is believed that the high accuracy is achieved because the force features include more details of FSW process,such as the heat generation,material flow,plastic deformation,and so on,which govern the microstructural evolution of SZ during FSW.Xueli Wang Xin Ji Bin He Dongpo Wang Chengning Li Yongchang Liu Wei Guan Lei Cui 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,4:1
