| 3 | THERMAL FATIGUE AND FRACTURE MECHANICS ANALYSIS OF GREY CAST IRON显示文摘The in-phase and out-of-phase thermal fatigue,the C-P type and P-C type isothermal fa-tigue of grey cast iron were experimentally studied.The fatigue life was evaluated analyticallyby using the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics method(mainly J integral).The results of ex-periments and calculations showed that the lifes of in-phase and C-P type fatigue are longerthan that of out-of-phase and P-C type fatigue respectively within the same strain range.This is in contrast to the results of other materials such as low carbon steel.On the other hand,the predicted lifes are consistent with experimental results.This suggests that J integral as amechanics parameter for characterizing the thermal fatigue strength of grey cast iron and themechanics model and the calculation method developed here are efficient.A parameterΔW1 was proposed from energy aspect to characterize the capacity of crack propagation.The isothermal fatigue life is the same as the thermal fatigue life for identical ΔW1 values. | GUO Chengbi ZHOU Weisheng Dalian Institute of Technology,Dalian,Liaoning,China Professor,Dept.of Shipbuilding,Dalian Institute of Technology,Dalian,Liaoning,China | 1989 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)1989,2,3: | 1 |

| 5 | The Clinical Value of Detecting the Level of Exfoliated Cells in Pleural Effusion by Flow Cytometry in the Differential Diagnosis of Non-显示文摘Objective:To explore the value of flow cytometry(FCM)in detecting the level of exfoliated cells in pleural effusion in the differential diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer and benign lung diseases.Methods:Clinical data of patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were hospitalized in Hebei hospital from June 2019 to March 2022 were collected.A total of 98 patients were included,and 63 patients with alveolar lung disease were screened during the same period,and the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:Compared with alveolar lung disease group,FCM detection and analysis showed that the level of exfoliated cells in the pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients was 99(3-969)/100,000,and patients with alveolar lung disease was 4(0~19)/100,000.Additionally,compared with the alveolar lung disease group,the level of exfoliated cells in the pleural effusion of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)was significantly increased(P<0.001).The diagnostic efficacy of FCM for detecting pleural fluid exfoliated cells in non-small cell lung cancer was assessed using ROC curves and using 95%CI(-11.1,-13.2)with a sensitivity of 0.75 and specificity of 0.94,and the diagnostic efficacy of FCM for detecting pleural fluid exfoliated cells in alveolar lung disease was assessed using 95%CI(-11.1,-13.2)with a sensitivity of 0.71 and specificity of 0.87.Conclusion:Flow cytometry has a wider range of clinical applications,simple operation,low cost,and high sensitivity,which makes it of great significance in disease diagnosis. | Yang Yu Yiyang Li Chengbi Tong Xiaomeng Zheng Chao Yang | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,3: | 0 |

| 7 | Organoclay/thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer nanocomposites.Part VI:Effects of intercalated organoclay on nanocomposite morphology,thermal and rheological properties显示文摘A study of a typical intercalated structure of a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP)with organoclay was performed to elucidate the influence of intercalated organoclay on the TLCP molecules,especially on their liquid crystallinity,thermal and rheological properties.The intercalated structures were confirmed in TLCP and organoclay formed molecular interactions with TLCP molecules in the system.Such intercalated structures caused the glass transition temperature of the nanocomposite to become invisible in thermal measurement and also caused loss of liquid crystallinity.The TLCP molecules inside the organoclay galleries showed higher thermal stability and transition temperatures,but the orderly structure of the TLCP molecules outside the galleries was destroyed by the organoclay,causing the TLCP to display lower thermal stability and transition temperatures than pristine TLCP.At 185℃,where TLCP is in the nematic phase,the nanocomposite had three orders of magnitude higher viscosity in the linear viscoelastic region than that of TLCP,with chain mobility and relaxation time slowed due to the intercalated effects in the nanocomposite.Steady shear altered the domain sizes and oriented the highly anisotropic organoclay layers or tactoids along the shear direction. | Youhong Tang Ping Gao Lin Ye Chengbi Zhao Wei Lin | 2010 | International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2010,1,3: | 0 |
| 8 | Influence of Heparin on Fibrinogen Assay by Clauss Method显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of heparin on fibrinogen detection by Clauss method.Methods:A normal plasma pool(NPP)of 20 healthy people was prepared with 3.2%sodium citrate anticoagulant.For experimental group 1,samples containing different concentrations of heparin were prepared.For experimental group 2,samples of experimental group 1 were diluted twice.For experimental group 3,samples of experimental group 1 were diluted 4 times.For the control group,samples of normal saline with the same volume as heparin in experimental group 1 were prepared.The fibrinogen contents of experimental group 1,experimental group 2,experimental group 3,and control group were detected by Clauss method and prothrombin time(PT)-derived method,and the fibrinogen detection results of different groups were analyzed.Results:The trend of fibrinogen detected by Clauss method and PT-derived method in experimental group 1 was different;there was significant difference between the results of experimental group 1 and the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the results of experimental group 2 and the control group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the results of experimental group 3 and the control group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the results of experimental group 2 and experimental group 3(P>0.05);the relative deviation between experimental group 1 and the control group was higher in high-concentration heparin sample.Conclusion:Heparin affects fibrinogen detection by Clauss method,and the effect can be reduced by sample dilution. | Yanan Meng Yan Wang Yankui Shi Yueyang Chen Chengbi Tong | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,3: | 0 |
