1Atomistic simulation of dynamical and defect properties of multiferroic hexagonal YMnO_3显示文摘Atomistic simulation has been performed to investigate the dynamical and defect properties of multiferroic hexagonal YMnO3 with newly developed interaction potentials. Dynamical calculation reveals that phonon vibrations of hexagonal YMnO3 are quite different from those of orthorhombic YMnO3. Defect calculation finds that O Frenkel is the most probable intrinsic disorder, and Mn antisite defect is favorable to exist, especially for Mn ions entering the Y2 sites. It is also found that holes prefer to localize at O2sites rather than at Mn3+ sites, while the electron can be localized at the Mn3+ site. 2Synthesis of an ordered porous carbon with the dual nitrogen-doped interfaces and its ORR catalysis performance显示文摘Both nitrogen-doping feature and pore structure are critical factors for developing nitrogen-doped carbons based catalysts with a high performance toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Herein,a simple one-step CVD of acetylene and acetonitrile vapor method using silanized SBA-15 as a template has been developed to synthesize an ordered porous carbon(OPC) with dual nitrogen-doped interfaces.The optimized sample as prepared with the CVD of 4 h at 750℃ contains two types of ordered mesopores that one type is the ordered cylindrical pores inheriting from the pores of SBA-15 and has a pore width of4.0~5.0 nm,the other type is the ordered quasi-hexagonal pores with a width of 3.0~4.0 nm produced by etching the pore walls of SBA-15.These two types of pores whose pore walls are built by the nitrogen doped carbon layers resulted by the CVD and thus it actually makes the dual nitrogen-doped interfaced OPC(DN-OPC).Meanwhile,DN-OPC contains a few of micropores and a large SSA of 1430 m~2/g.This dualordered pores and dual nitrogen-doped interfaces cannot only facilitate mass transport but also utilize the active sites of DN-OPC for ORR.Therefore,as metal-free ORR catalyst,DN-OPC exhibits a good activity close to commercial Pt/C catalyst,and an excellent durability and methanol tolerance.Hongwei Zhao Yanqiu Zhang Li Lixiang Xin Geng Haiming Yang Weimin Zhou Chengguo Sun Baigang An 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:2
3Specific Regulation of m^(6)A by SRSF7 Promotes the Progression of Glioblastoma显示文摘Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 7(SRSF7),a known splicing factor,has been revealed to play oncogenic roles in multiple cancers.However,the mechanisms underlying its oncogenic roles have not been well addressed.Here,based on N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)co-methylation network analysis across diverse cell lines,we find that the gene expression of SRSF7 is positively correlated with glioblastoma(GBM)cell-specific m^(6)A methylation.We then indicate that SRSF7 is a novel m^(6)A regulator,which specifically facilitates the m^(6)A methylation near its binding sites on the mRNAs involved in cell proliferation and migration,through recruiting the methyltransferase complex.Moreover,SRSF7 promotes the proliferation and migration of GBM cells largely dependent on the presence of the m^(6)A methyltransferase.The two m^(6)A sites on the mRNA for PDZ-binding kinase(PBK)are regulated by SRSF7 and partially mediate the effects of SRSF7 in GBM cells through recognition by insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 2(IGF2BP2).Together,our discovery reveals a novel role of SRSF7 in regulating m^(6)A and validates the presence and functional importance of temporal-and spatial-specific regulation of m^(6)A mediated by RNA-binding proteins(RBPs).Yixian Cun Sanqi An Haiqing Zheng Jing Lan Wenfang Chen Wanjun Luo Chengguo Yao Xincheng Li Xiang Huang Xiang Sun Zehong Wu Yameng Hu Ziwen Li Shuxia Zhang Geyan Wu Meisongzhu Yang Miaoling Tang Ruyuan Yu Xinyi Liao Guicheng Gao Wei Zhao Jinkai Wang Jun Li 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,4:1

5Effects of internals and distributors on the distribution and growth of bubbles in the conventional gas-solid fluidized bed显示文摘The effects of internals and gas distributors on the local dynamics of the bubbles in the conventional gas-solid fluidized bed were studied.Mesh-type internals with different opening areas(50%,70%and 90%)and different arrangements(two-layer and four-layer);and a sintered plate with a smaller pore size(1μm)and a perforated plate with a larger pore size as distributors were investigated.Differential pressure drops and local solids holdups were measured under various superficial gas velocities to compare the performances of the different types of internals and distributors.The instantaneous solids holdup signals from the optical fibre probe were used to further examine the local bubble dynamics in detail.Smaller bubbles were found,with the installation of internals or using the sintered plate,resulting in lower pressure drops and a higher bed expansion.Internals with reduced opening area or distributor with smaller pore size further leads to a higher changeover rate between the bubbles and dense phase,both axially and radially,and hence a better gas-solid contacting and an earlier transition to the turbulent flow regime of the bed.Haidong Zhang Zeneng Sun Chengguo Liu Shurui Dong Yuanyuan Shao Jesse Zhu 2021Particuology2021,19,2:0

7Hierarchical pomegranate-structure design enables stress management for volume release of Si anode显示文摘Si is a promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries owing to its high theoretical capacity.How-ever,large stress during(de)lithiation induces severe structural pulverization,electrical contact failure,and unstable solid-electrolyte interface,which hampers the practical application of Si anode.Herein,a Si-based anode with a hierarchical pomegranate-structure(HPS-Si)was designed to modulate the stress variation,and a sub-micronized Si-based sphere was assembled by the nano-sized Si nanospheres with sub-nanometer-sized multi-phase modification of the covalently linked SiO_(2-x),SiC,and carbon.The sub-micronized HPS-Si stacked with Si nanospheres can avoid agglomerates during cycling due to the high surface energy of nanomaterials.Meanwhile,the reasonable pore structure from SiO_(2) reduction owing to density difference is enough to accommodate the limited volume expansion.The Si spheres with a size of about 50 nm can prevent self-cracking.SiO_(2-x),and SiC as flexible and rigid layers,have been syner-gistically used to reduce the surface stress of conductive carbon layers to avoid cracking.The covalent bonding immensely strengthens the link of the modification with Si nanospheres,thus resisting stress effects.Consequently,a full cell comprising an HPS-Si anode and a LiCoO_(2) cathode achieved an energy density of 415 Wh kg^(-1) with a capacity retention ratio of 87.9%after 300 cycles based on the active ma-terials.It is anticipated that the hierarchical pomegranate-structure design can provide inspiring insights for further studies of the practical application of silicon anode.Fang Di Zhenxing Wang Chong Ge Lixiang Li Xin Geng Chengguo Sun Haiming Yang Weimin Zhou Dongying Ju Baigang An Feng Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,26:0
8Study on Holocene Paleoearthquakes in Xizhang Trench on the Jiaocheng Fault Zone,Shanxi Province显示文摘Xizhang trench is located 10 km northwest of Taiyuan city,Shanxi Province,in front of a NNW-trending scarp of 4.6m height on the northern segment of the Jiaocheng fault zone.The dimensions of the trench are 108m in length,8m in width,and 10m in depth.There are 18 horizons revealed in the trench.The upper strata are sandy loam;the upper strata of the downthrown block of the fault are gravels,the lower ones are an interbed of brown loam and sandy loam.The strata on the upthrown block of the fault are sandy loam containing gravel.The trench shows 3 fault planes,and the upper offset point on the fault plane is 1.5m below the ground surface,the newest dislocated stratum is(3.74±0.06)ka BP.The trench reveals a lot of deformation traces,such as fault planes,dislocated strata,colluvial wedges and formation tilting.The relationship between strata and faults in the trench shows that 3 paleoearthquake events have occurred at the Jiaocheng fault zone since the Early Holocene,they are about(3.74±0.06)~(3.06±0.26)ka BP,(8.35±0.09)ka~(3.74±0.06)ka BP,and(10.66±0.85)~(8.35±0.09)ka BP.The average interval among the events is 2.6~3.6ka.The minimum coseismic vertical displacements of the 3 events are 3.0m,2.5m and 3.2m,respectively.The significance of Xizhang trench is that the Jiaocheng fault used to be active thousands of years ago,though there is no M≥7.0 earthquake recorded in historical documents.Evidence of new Jiaocheng fault zone activity during the Holocene is important for the earthquake safety assessment of Taiyuan city in the future.Xie Xinsheng Zhao Jinquan Jiang Wali An Weiping Li Zihong Zhang Dawei Cheng Xinyuan Gao Shuyi Wang Chunhe Sun Changbin Yan Chengguo 2008Earthquake Research in China2008,22,4:0
9A Case of Secondary Glaucoma due to Bilateral Anterior Chamber Shallowing Caused by Marfan′s Syndrome显示文摘Purpose:To report the clinical manifestations and treatment of a case of secondary glaucoma evolving from bilateral anterior chamber flattening caused by Marfan′s syndrome. Methods:The ophthalmic and systemic features,B-scan and UBM characteristics were recorded.Therapy and efficacy were analyzed. Results:Marfans syndrome,in this case,caused bilateral iris-lens diaphragm anterior dislocation,anterior chamber flattening, pupillary block, angle closure,and finally resulted in persistent increased intraocular pressure (IOP). After undergoing pars plana vitrectomy and lensectomy combined with anterior chamber reformation, the visual acuity of the patient's right eye increased from 6/150 to 6/7.5.(best-corrected) and that of the left eye was improved from 6/100 to 6/10 (best-corrected). The IOP of the right eye fell to 18 mm Hg, and the left eye to 12 mm Hg.
