1Reliability Assessment of Interconnected Power Systems with HVDC Links Considering Frequency Regulation Process显示文摘With various components and complex topologies,the applications of high-voltage direct current(HVDC)links bring new challenges to the interconnected power systems in the aspect of frequency security,which further influence their reliability performances.Consequently,this paper presents an approach to evaluate the impacts of the HVDC link outage on the reliability of interconnected power system considering the frequency regulation process during system contingencies.Firstly,a multi-state model of an HVDC link with different available loading rates(ALRs)is established based on its reliability network.Then,dynamic frequency response models of the interconnected power system are presented and integrated with a novel frequency regulation scheme enabled by the HVDC link.The proposed scheme exploits the temporary overload capability of normal converters to compensate for the imbalanced power during system contingencies.Moreover,it offers frequency support that enables the frequency regulation reserves of the sending-end and receiving-end power systems to be mutually available.Several indices are established to measure the system reliability based on the given models in terms of abnormal frequency duration,frequency deviation,and energy losses of the frequency regulation process during system contingencies.Finally,a modified two-area reliability test system(RTS)with an HVDC link is adopted to verify the proposed approach.Chengjin Ye Libang Guo Yi Ding Ming Ding Peng Wang Lei Wang 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,2:2
2Study on Fungi Belonging to Fusarium Link in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region显示文摘[Objective]This paper was to identify fungi belonging to Fusarium Link. [Method] The fungal species, distribution and the diseases caused by Fusarium Link in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were determined by the methods of field investigation, collection, isolated culture and identification.[Result]Nine species of fungi belonging to Fusarium Link were identified, including F. avenaceum, F. concolor, F. culmorum, F. graminearum, F. moniliforme, F. nivale, F. oxysporum, F. solani, and one unnamed species. 3The effects of fertilization on the trait-abundance relationships in a Tibetan alpine meadow community显示文摘Aims Comparisons of the trait-abundance relationships from various habitat types are critical for community ecology,which can offer us insights about the mechanisms underlying the local community assembly,such as the relative role of neutral vs.niche processes in shaping community structure.Here,we explored the responses of trait-abundance relationships to nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)fertilization in an alpine meadow.Methods Five fertilization treatments(an unfertilized control and additions of N,P,K and NPK respectively)were implemented using randomized block design in an alpine Tibetan meadow.Species relative abundance(SRA),plant above-ground biomass and species richness were measured in each plot.For 24 common species,we measured species functional traits:saturated height,specific leaf area(SLA)and leaf dry matter content(LDMC)in each treatment but seed size only in the unfertilized control.Standard major axis(SMA)regression and phylogenetically independent contrasts(PICs)analysis were used to analyse species trait-abundance relationships in response to different fertilization treatments.Important Findings Positive correlations between SRA and saturated height were raised following N,P and NPK fertilizations,which indicated an increase in light competition in these plots.In P fertilized plots,SRA was also positively correlated with LDMC because tall grasses with a nutrients conservation strategy often have a relative competitive advantage in capturing limited light and soil nutrients.In K fertilized plots,neither the trait-abundance relationships nor above-ground biomass or species richness significantly differed from that in the control,which suggests that K was not a limiting resource in our study site.These significant correlations between species traits and relative abundance in fertilized treatment suggest that trait-based selection plays an important role in determining species abundance within local communities in alpine meadows.Xiaolong Zhou Youshi Wang Pengfei Zhang Zhi Guo Chengjin Chu Guozhen Du 2016Journal of Plant Ecology2016,9,2:1

8The Metasequoia genome and evolutionary relationships among redwoods显示文摘Redwood trees(Sequoioideae),including Metasequoia glyptostroboides(dawn redwood),Sequoiadendron giganteum(giant sequoia),and Sequoia sempervirens(coast redwood),are threatened and widely recognized iconic tree species.Genomic resources for redwood trees could provide clues to their evolutionary relationships.Here,we report the 8-Gb reference genome of M.glyptostroboides and a comparative analysis with two related species.More than 62%of the M.glyptostroboides genome is composed of repetitive sequences.Clade-specific bursts of long terminal repeat retrotransposons may have contributed to genomic differentiation in the three species.The chromosomal synteny between M.glyptostroboides and S.giganteum is extremely high,whereas there has been significant chromosome reorganization in S.sempervirens.Phylogenetic analysis of marker genes indicates that S.sempervirens is an autopolyploid,and more than 48%of the gene trees are incongruent with the species tree.Results of multiple analyses suggest that incomplete lineage sorting(ILS)rather than hybridization explains the inconsistent phylogeny,indicating that genetic variation among redwoods may be due to random retention of polymorphisms in ancestral populations.Functional analysis of ortholog groups indicates that gene families of ion channels,tannin biosynthesis enzymes,and transcription factors for meristem maintenance have expanded in S.giganteum and S.sempervirens,which is consistent with their extreme height.As a wetland-tolerant species,M.glyptostroboides shows a transcriptional response to flooding stress that is conserved with that of analyzed angiosperm species.Our study offers insights into redwood evolution and adaptation and provides genomic resources to aid in their conservation and management.Fangfang Fu Chi Song Chengjin Wen Lulu Yang Ying Guo Xiaoming Yang Ziqiang Shu Xiaodong Li Yangfan Feng Bingshuang Liu Mingsheng Sun Yinxiao Zhong Li Chen Yan Niu Jie Chen Guibin Wang Tongming Yin Shilin Chen Liangjiao Xue Fuliang Cao 2023Plant Communications2023,4,6:0
