1Diagenetic fluids evolution and genetic mechanism of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘The reservoirs of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in Sichuan Basin have the characteristics of low compositional maturity, low contents of cements and medium textural maturity. The general physical properties of the reservoirs are poor, with low porosity and low permeability, and there are only a few reservoirs with medium porosity and low permeability in local areas. Based on the diagenetic mineral association, a diagenetic sequence of cements is established: early calcites (or micrite siderites) →first quartz overgrowth→chlorite coatings→dissolution of feldspars and debris→chlorite linings→ second quartz overgrowth (quartz widen or filled in remain intergranular pores and solution pores)→dissolution→third quartz overgrowth (quartz filled in intergranular and intragranular solution pores)→intergrowth (ferro) calcites→dolomites→ferro (calcites) dolomites→later dissolution→veins of quartz and calcites formation. Mechanical compaction is the main factor in making the reservoirs tight in the basin, followed by the second and third quartz overgrowth. In a long-term closed system, only feld-spars and some lithic fragments are dissolved by diagenetic fluids, while intergranular cements such as quartz and calcit are not dissolved and thus have little influence on the porosity of the Xujiahe Formation. This is the third factor that may have kept the sandstones of Xujiahe Formation tight finally. 2Geologic characteristics, controlling factors and hydrocarbon accumulation mechanisms of China’s Large Gas Provinces of low porosity and permeability显示文摘Based on the analysis of the geological characteristics and controlling factors, we analyzed the formation mechanism of different types of gas reservoirs. The main characteristics of gas provinces with low porosity and permeability are mainly as follows: large area, low abundance, small gas pools and large gas provinces; widely distributed excellent hydrocarbon source rocks with closely contacted source-reservoir-cap association; development mainly in large continental depressions or in paralic shallow-river delta systems; many kinds of traps coexisting in large areas, dominantly para-layered lithologic, digenetic and capillary pressure traps; double fluid flow mechanisms of Darcy flow and non-Darcy flow; complicated gas and water relations; and having the resource distribution of highly productive 'sweet spots', banding concentration, and macroscopically large areas integrated. The main controlling factors of large sandstone gas provinces with low porosity and permeability are stable dynamic backgrounds and gentle structural frameworks which control the extensive distribution of alternate (interbedded) sandstones and mudstones; weak hydropower of large gentle lake basins controlling the formation of discontinuous, low porosity and permeability reservoirs in shallow-water deltas; regionally differential diagenesis and no homogeneous digenetic facies controlling the development of favorable reservoirs and digenetic traps; and weak and dispersive reservoir-forming dynamic forces leading to the widely distributed small traps with low abundance. 3Promoted effect of zinc–nickel bimetallic oxides supported on HZSM-5 catalysts in aromatization of methanol显示文摘Zn/ZSM-5(NZ2) and Zn/Ni/ZSM-5(NZ3) as the catalysts for methanol to aromatics(MTA) were synthesized by a simple ultrasonic impregnation. The textural and acid properties of all catalysts were characterized using XRD, HRTEM, NH_3-TPD, Py-IR, XPS, XRF and TG techniques. The XRD and HRTEM results showed that the basic zeolite structures were not affected much with the incorporation of Zn and Ni species. However, great changes have taken place in acid properties. The Py-IR and XPS results indicated that the Zn-Lewis acid sites(ZnOH^+ species), which have stronger interaction with the zeolite framework compared with ZnO species, were generated at the expense of B acid sites with the incorporation of zinc species. Moreover, the product analysis results showed that the incorporation of zinc species promoted the primary aromatization by enhancing the dehydroaromatization and suppressing the cracking and subsequent H-transfer reaction. Furthermore, the addition of Ni species well inhibited the loss of zinc species by converting partial ZnO species to ZnOH^+ species, and thus improved the aromatization activity and catalyst stability. The catalytic performance results showed that the NZ3 possess higher conversion of methanol in a longer time and lower average rate of coke formation compared with NZ2. 4Characteristics of the Seismic Waves from a New Active Source Based on Methane Gaseous Detonation显示文摘Active seismic sources are critical for obtaining high resolution images of the subsurface.For active imaging in urban areas,environment friendly and green seismic sources are required.In present work,we introduce a new type of green active source based on the gaseous detonation of methane and oxygen.When fired in a closed container,the chemical reaction,i.e.gaseous detonation,will produce high pressure air over 150 MPa.Seismic waves are produced when high pressure air is quickly released to impact the surroundings.The first field experiment of this active source was carried out in December,2017 in Jingdezhen,Jiangxi Province,where a series of active sources were excited to explore their potential in mine exploration.In current work,we analyzed the seismic waves recorded by near-field accelerators and a dense short-period seismic array and compared them with those from a mobile airgun source,another kind of active source by releasing high pressure air into water.The results demonstrate that it can be used for high resolution near surface imaging.Firstly,the gaseous detonation productions are harmless CO2 and water,making it a green explosive source.Secondly,the dominant seismic frequencies are 10-80 Hz and a single shot can be recorded up to 15 km,making it suitable for local structure investigations.Thirdly,it can be excited in vertical wells,similar to traditional powder explosive sources.It can also act as an additional on-land active source to airgun sources,which requires a suitable water body as intermediate media to generate repeating signals.Moreover,the short duration and high frequency signature of the source signals make it safe with no damage to nearby buildings.These make it convenient to excite in urban areas.As a new explosive source,the excitation equipment and conditions,such as gas ratio,sink depth and air-releasing directions,need further investigation to improve seismic wave generation efficiency.WANG Weitao WANG Xiang MENG Chuanmin DONG Shi WANG Zhigang XIE Junju WANG Baoshan YANG Wei XU Shanhui WANG Tao 2019Earthquake Research in China2019,33,2:6
5Pseudomonas aeruginosa:pathogenesis,virulence factors,antibiotic resistance,interaction with host,technology advances and emerging therapeutics显示文摘Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.aeruginosa)is a Gram-negative opportunistic pathogen that infects patients with cystic fibrosis,burn wounds,immunodeficiency,chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder(COPD),cancer,and severe infection requiring ventilation,such as COVID-19.P.aeruginosa is also a widely-used model bacterium for all biological areas.In addition to continued,intense efforts in understanding bacterial pathogenesis of P.aeruginosa including virulence factors(LPS,quorum sensing,two-component systems,6 type secretion systems,outer membrane vesicles(OMVs),CRISPR-Cas and their regulation),rapid progress has been made in further studying host-pathogen interaction,particularly host immune networks involving autophagy,inflammasome,noncoding RNAs,cGAS,etc.Furthermore,numerous technologic advances,such as bioinformatics,metabolomics,scRNA-seq,nanoparticles,drug screening,and phage therapy,have been used to improve our understanding of P.aeruginosa pathogenesis and host defense.Nevertheless,much remains to be uncovered about interactions between P.aeruginosa and host immune responses,including mechanisms of drug resistance by known or unannotated bacterial virulence factors as well as mammalian cell signaling pathways.The widespread use of antibiotics and the slow development of effective antimicrobials present daunting challenges and necessitate new theoretical and practical platforms to screen and develop mechanism-tested novel drugs to treat intractable infections,especially those caused by multi-drug resistance strains.Benefited from has advancing in research tools and technology,dissecting this pathogen’s feature has entered into molecular and mechanistic details as well as dynamic and holistic views.Herein,we comprehensively review the progress and discuss the current status of P.aeruginosa biophysical traits,behaviors,virulence factors,invasive regulators,and host defense patterns against its infection,which point out new directions for future investigation and add to the design of novel and/or alternative therapeutics to combat this clinically significant pathogen.Shugang Qin Wen Xiao Chuanmin Zhou Qinqin Pu Xin Deng Lefu Lan Haihua Liang Xiangrong Song Min Wu 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,7:5
6Evolution of a coastal upwelling event during summer 2004 in the southern Taiwan Strait显示文摘A coastal upwelling event in the southern Taiwan Strait (STWS) was investigated using intensive cruise surveys (four repeated transects in a month) and satellite data in July and early August 2004.The extensive upwelling-associated surface cold water was first observed in early July (~2.0×10 4 km 2) along the STWS coast.Then,the cold surface water reduced in size by ~50% with decreased chlorophyll concentrations after 15 days,indicating the weakening of the upwelling event.At the end of July,the cold surface water disappeared.The temporal variations of the surface cold water and the 3-D hydrography around Dongshan Island are thought to be mainly attributed to the weakened upwelling-favorable southwestern wind,the asymmetric spatial structure of the wind field and the intrusion of warm water from the northern South China Sea.ZHANG Caiyun HONG Huasheng HU Chuanmin SHANG Shaoling 2011Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,1:4
7A first-principles investigation into the hydrogen bond interaction in β-HMX显示文摘A theoretical study of structural and electronic properties of β-HMX crystal is performed using density-functional theory(DFT). The total density of states(TDOS) is presented. The atomic orbit projected density of state(PDOS) from the p-type orbit of C,N,O and the s-type orbit of H is discussed. The study by analyzing the PDOS shows that the structure of β-HMX crystal possesses C-H···O intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen-bonding. There exists a hydrogen bonding between H5 -1s and O12 -2p orbits,between H19 -1s and O28 -2p orbits of intra molecules,and between H19 -1s and O24 -2p orbits of inter molecules. 10Effects of surface states over core-shell Ni@SiO_2 catalysts on catalytic partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas显示文摘In the present work, core-shell Ni@Si O2 catalysts were investigated in order to evaluate the relevance of catalytic activity and surface states of Ni core as well as Ni nanoparticles size to catalytic partial oxidation of methane(POM). The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption,H2-TPR, XRD, TEM and XPS techniques. The catalytic performance of the core-shell catalysts was found to be dependent on the surface states of catalyst, which influenced the formation of products. It was considered that carbon dioxide formed on the oxidized nickel sites(Ni O)and carbon monoxide produced on the reduced sites(Ni). The surface states of active metal in the dynamic were influenced both by the size of Ni core and the porosity of silica shell. However, the catalytic activity would be debased when the size of Ni core was under a certain extent,which can be ascribed to the fact the carbon deposition increased with the increasing content of Ni O. 17Removal of Hg^0 with sodium chlorite solution and mass transfer reaction kinetics显示文摘The absorption behavior of Hg0 was studied experimentally by using sodium chlorite solution(NaClO2) as the absorbent in a bubble reactor.Primary influencing factors on removal efficiency of Hg0 such as NaClO2 concentration,pH,reaction temperature and the concentration of Hg0 were investigated.The results indicated that 72.91% of Hg0 removal efficiency could be achieved in acidic NaClO2 solution.The removal mechanism of Hg0 was proposed by analyzing of Hg2+ concentration in ab-sorption solution after reaction and comparing the electrode potentials between NaClO2 species and Hg2+/Hg0.The experimental results of mass transfer-reaction kinetics on oxidation of Hg0 by NaClO2 solution showed that with the increase of NaClO2 concentration and the decrease of pH value,the enhancement factor(E) and ratio of KG(Hg0)/kG(Hg0) increased and the liquid phase mass transfer resistance decreased,which is benefit to the mass transfer adsorption reaction.Although the increase of reaction temperature could improve the enhancement factor(E),but the ratio of KG(Hg0)/kG(Hg0) decreased;as a result,the liquid phase mass transfer resistance increased,therefore,the reaction rate for removal of Hg0 decreased.Yi Zhao SongTao Liu Jie Yao XiaoYing Ma ChuanMin Chen 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,5:1

20Evolution of AVS video coding standards:twenty years of innovation and development显示文摘Ever since the founding of the Audio and Video Coding Standard(AVS)Workgroup of China in 2002,it has been dedicated to advancing and innovating the digital audio-video industry with highly efficient and economical encoding/decoding technologies.Three representative generations of video coding standards have been finalized and published,consistently improving the coding performance in the past two decades.The series of AVS standards establish solid foundations for ubiquitous video applications in the areas including acquisition,coding,production,delivery,integrated system,public service,general screen content,and mixed reality media.Along with the standardization process,an extensive amount of studies have been carried out on efficiency-aware designation,algorithm optimization,and hardware implementation of these innovative video coding techniques.This paper explains how those developed techniques provide a lasting impact on the video coding community,extensively,technologically,and systematically.In particular,we provide a comprehensive survey of the three generations of the standards,and timely and in-depth summarize the efforts of the AVS video coding standards in the twenty years.The rate-distortion performance comparisons,in particular in terms of the 8K ultra-high-definition(UHD)contents,reflect the elegant design of the state-of-the-art AVS3 standards.We have also elaborated on a variety of well-established and promising applications,including commercial level real-time 8K encoder,high-frame-rate decoder chip for cell phone,and live streaming solution for sports.In addition,the China Central Television(CCTV)of China Media Group(CMG),the state television of China,has officially launched the first 8K broadcasting channel(CCTV-8K)since 2021 using AVS3.Given the significant success realized by the AVS standards,it is envisioned that a new era of 8K UHD video is arriving.Siwei MA Li ZHANG Shiqi WANG Chuanmin JIA Shanshe WANG Tiejun HUANG Feng WU Wen GAO 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,9:1
