| 1 | The Surface Coating of Commercial LiFePO_4 by Utilizing ZIF-8 for High Electrochemical Performance Lithium Ion Battery显示文摘The requirement of energy-storage equipment needs to develop the lithium ion battery(LIB) with high electrochemical performance. The surface modification of commercial LiFePO_4(LFP) by utilizing zeolitic imidazolate frameworks-8(ZIF-8) offers new possibilities for commercial LFP with high electrochemical performances.In this work, the carbonized ZIF-8(C_(ZIF-8)) was coated on the surface of LFP particles by the in situ growth and carbonization of ZIF-8. Transmission electron microscopy indicates that there is an approximate 10 nm coating layer with metal zinc and graphite-like carbon on the surface of LFP/C_(ZIF-8) sample. The N_2 adsorption and desorptionisotherm suggests that the coating layer has uniform and simple connecting mesopores. As cathode material, LFP/C_(ZIF-8) cathode-active material delivers a discharge specific capacity of 159.3 m Ah g^(-1) at 0.1 C and a discharge specific energy of 141.7 m Wh g^(-1) after 200 cycles at 5.0 C(the retention rate is approximate 99%). These results are attributed to the synergy improvement of the conductivity,the lithium ion diffusion coefficient, and the degree of freedom for volume change of LFP/C_(ZIF-8) cathode. | 2 | Initial carbon release characteristics, mechanisms and denitrification performance of a novel slow release carbon source显示文摘External carbon source addition is one of the effective methods for the treatment of wastewater with low carbon to nitrogen ratio(C/N). Compared with fast-release liquid carbon sources, slow-release solid carbon sources are more suitable for the denitrification process. A novel slow-release solid carbon source(corncob-polyvinyl alcohol sodium alginatepoly-caprolactone, i.e. CPSP) was prepared using corn cob(CC) and poly-caprolactone with polyvinyl alcohol sodium alginate as hybrid scaffold. The physical properties and carbon release characteristics of CPSP and three other carbon sources were compared. CPSP had stable framework and good carbon release performance, which followed the second order release equation. The formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid released from CPSP accounted for 8.27% ± 1.66 %, 56.48% ± 3.71 %, 18.46% ± 2.69% and 16.79% ± 3.02% of the total released acids respectively. The start-up period of CPSP was shorter than that of the other carbon sources in denitrification experiment, and no COD pollution was observed in the start-up phase(25–72 h) and stable phase(73–240 hr). | 4 | Analysis on virus resistance and fruit quality for T4 generation of transgenic papaya显示文摘Molecular biological characterization,fruit char-acters,and nutrients were analyzed for T4 generation of transgenic papaya.All transgenic papaya plants with the mutated replicase(RP)gene from papaya ringspot virus(PRSV)showed high resistance or immunity against PRSV in the field.The RP transgene can be steadily inherited to,and expressed at RNA level,the progenies.The growth char-acteristics of transgenic papaya were much better than non-transgenic papaya in the field.The non-transgenic papaya seedlings began to show typical symptoms caused by PRSV after being inoculated with PRSV.They died quickly and never grew to produce fruit.The adult trees developed yellow leaves and produced smaller fruits and were doomed to a slow death after some time,while most of transgenic papaya plants(about 91.8%)did not show any symptoms caused by PRSV,and produced more,bigger,and high quality fruits.Compared with non-transgenic plants,the fresh fruit length of T4 gen-eration of transgenic papaya increased 2.6%-5%,and the diameter decreased 0.6%-1.5%.The flesh thickness of fresh fruit increased 12%-15%,which made it fitter for eating.Although the fresh fruit quality changed,there was no sig-nificant difference between transgenic and non-transgenic papaya.The quality characteristics of dry fruit including the contents of water,lipid,N,protein,reduced sugar,vitamin A,vitamin C,and carotene in the T4 generation of transgenic papaya were all the same as their non-transgenic parents.This means that transgenic plants and non-transgenic plants are substantially equivalent,and the transgene has no effect on dry fruit quality.In this study,we found that vitamin A and vitamin C in red-fleshed papaya were 1.4-1.8 and 1.78-2.07 times more than the yellow-fleshed ones,respectively,while N and protein were only 84.2%-92.1%and 82.1%-98.9%of the yellow-fleshed ones. | WEI Xiangdong LAN Congyu LU Zhijing YE Changming | 2007 | Frontiers in Biology2007,2,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Weight Data Fusion Based on Mutual Support Applied in Large Diameter Measurement显示文摘The on-line diameter measurement of larger axis workpieces is hard to achieve high precision detection,because of the bad environment of locale,the problem to amend the measuring error by non-uniform temperature field,and the difficulty to collimate and locate by usual method. By improving the measurement accuracy of larger axis accessories,it is useful to raise axis and hole's industry produce level. Because of the influence of complex environment in locale and some influential factors which are hard excluded from the large diameter measurement with multi-rolling-wheels method,the measurement results may not support or even contradict each other. To the situation,this paper puts forward a mutual support deviation distinguish data fusion method,including mutual support deviation detection and weight data fusion. The mutual support deviation detection part can effectively remove or weaken the unexpected impact on the measurement results and the weight data fusion part can get more accurate estimate result to the detected data. So the method can further improve the reliability of measurement results and increase the accuracy of the measurement system. By using the weight data fusion based on the mutual support (DFMS) to the simulation and experiment data,both simulation results and experiment results show that the method can effectively distinguish the data influenced by unexpected impact and improve the stability and reliability of measurement results. The new provided mutual support deviation distinguish method can be used to single sensor measurement and multi-sensor measurement,and can be used as a reference in the data distinguish of other area. | 9 | CgVeA, a light signaling responsive regulator, is involved in regulation of chaetoglobosin A biosynthesis and conidia development in Chaetomium globosum显示文摘Cytochalasans,with diverse structures and pharmacological activities,are a class of compounds containing isoindolinone moieties fused to the tricyclic or tetracyclic ring system.Chaetoglobosin A(cheA),mainly produced by Chaetomium globosum,is the most abundant cytochalasan.However,limited understanding of transcriptional regulation of morphological development and cheA biosynthesis in C.globosum has hindered cheA application in agriculture and biomedical field.This study examined the regulatory role of CgVeA gene in C.globosum.CgVeA had significant effect on secondary metabolites production in C.globosum,similar to that reported in other filamentous fungi.Inactivation of CgVeA caused an obvious decrease in cheA production from 51.32 to 19.76 mg/L under dark conditions.In contrast,CgVeA overexpression resulted in a dramatic increase in cheA production,reaching 206.59 mg/L under light conditions,which was higher than that noted under dark condition.The RT-qPCR results confirmed that CgVeA,as a light responsive regulator,positively regulated cheA biosynthesis by controlling the expression of core genes of the cheA biosynthetic gene cluster and other relevant regulators.Electrophoretic mobility shift assays proved that CgVeA directly regulated LaeA,cheR,and p450,and indirectly regulated PKS.Moreover,CgVeA had a significant effect on the regulation of asexual spores production.When compared with wild-type C.globosum,CgVeA-silenced and CgVeA overexpression mutants presented remarkable differences in sporulation,irrespective of light or dark condition.Besides,CgVeA expression was speculated to negatively regulate spore formation.These findings illustrated the regulatory mechanism of a hypothetical global regulator,CgVeA,in C.globosum,suggesting its potential application in industrial-scale cheA biosynthesis. | Zhengran Wang Shanshan Zhao Kai Zhang Congyu Lin Xin Ru Qian Yang | 2022 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Effect of six-month standardized tertiary rehabilitation program on the activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia显示文摘BACKGROUND:At present,there are many studies on the rehabilitation therapy of stroke patients with hemiplegia,but there is deficiency of corresponding standardized rehabilitation program. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of standardized tertiary rehabilitation on the activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia within 6 months after attack. DESIGN:A clinical observation. SETTING:Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Huashan Hospital of Fudan University. PARTICIPANTS:Eighty-two outpatients and inpatients with acute stroke were selected from the Department of Neurology,Shanghai Huashan Hosptial from January 1999 to June 2003,including 49 males and 33 females,40-80 years of age,with a mean age of(65±11) years old. Inclusive criteria:According to the diagnostic standards for cerebrovascular diseases set by Fourth National Academic Meeting for Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995,the patients were diagnosed as new attack of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage,and confirmed by CT or MRI to be initial patients;They should be accorded with the following conditions,including within 1 week after stabilization of life signs,Glasgow coma score > 8 points,40-80 years of age,with disturbance of limb function. Informed consents were obtained from all the patients or their relatives. Exclusive criteria:Patients were excluded due to active liver disease,liver and kidney malfunction,congestive heart failure,malignant tumor,history of dementia,failure in respiratory function,tetraplegia;cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage for more than 3 weeks;unable to be followed up due to in other cities and provinces;psychiatric history;deafness and muteness. According to the will of the patients or their relatives,the patients who accepted the standardized rehabilitation program were enrolled as the treatment group(n =42),and the others as the control group(n =40). Approval was obtained from the ethical committee of the hospital. METHODS:All the patients were given routine therapies of internal medicine after admission. According to the conditions of Brunnstom recovery 6-phase evaluation,the patients in the treatment group were trained with the pre-designed comprehensive standardized rehabilitation program for corresponding period. At early period(within about 1 month after attack),the patients received rehabilitative interventions in the Department of Emergency or Department of Neurology,once a day,45 minutes for each time,5 times a week;At middle period(about 1-3 months after attack),the patients received rehabilitative interventions in the rehabilitation ward or center,once to twice a day,30-45 minutes for each time,4-5 days a week;At late period(about 3-6 months after attack),the patients received rehabilitative intervention mainly assisted by rehabilitation physician in the community,relatives and volunteers,3-4 times a week,and they were followed in the house or outpatient department once every two weeks. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The patients were evaluated blindly by the same rehabilitation physician using scale of modified Barthel index at admission and 1,3 and 6 months after attack respectively. RESULTS:Totally 82 patients with acute stroke were enrolled,and 3 cases in the treatment group missed,including 2 cases died at 1 month after admission,and 1 case refused the follow up 10 days later,all the others were involved in the analysis of results. The scores of modified Barthel index at corresponding time points after admission in the treatment group were all obviously higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01),and the score differences were also obviously higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The activities of daily living at admission and 1,3 and 6 months after admission in the treatment group were 22.50%,46.43%,75.95% and 89.52% of that of normal people respectively,and those in the control group were 17.09%,25.77%,43.38% and 55.00% respectively. The activities of daily living at admission and 1,3 and 6 months in the treatment group were 131.66%,180.17%,175.08% and 162.76% of those in the controlgroup. As compared with at admission,the percentage of the score difference to the total score at the ends of the 1st,3rd and 6th months were 23.93%,53.45% and 67.02% in the treatment group,while 8.67%,25.36% and 36.98% in the control group. | 14 | Effects of antibiotics on corncob supported solid-phase denitrification: Denitrification and antibiotics removal performance, mechanism, and antibiotic resistance genes显示文摘Solid-phase denitrification(SPD)has been used in wastewater treatment plant effluent to enhance nitrate removal,and antibiotics co-existing in the effluent is a common environmental problem.In this study,it was systematically investigated the effect of single trace sulfamethoxazole(SMX)/trimethoprim(TMP)and theirmixture on microbial denitrification performance,the antibiotics removal,and antibiotics resistance genes(ARGs)in corncob supported SPD system.The average denitrification rate was improved by 46.90%or 61.09%with single 50μg/L SMX or TMP,while there was no significant inhibition with mixed SMX and TMP.The abundance of dominant denitrifiers(Comamonadaceae family and Azospia)and fermentation bacteria(Ancalomicrobium)were consistent with the denitrification performance of different antibiotics groups.Single SMX and TMP achieved relatively higher denitrification gene and enzyme abundance.Mixed SMX and TMP improved the denitrification gene copies,but they reduced the key denitrification enzymes except for EC 1.7.7.2.Additionally,the removal efficiency of TMP(56.70%±3.18%)was higher than that of SMX(25.44%±2.62%)in single antibiotic group,and the existence of other antibiotics(i.e.SMX or TMP)had no significant impact on the TMP or SMX removal performance.Biodegradation was the main removal mechanism of SMX and TMP,while sludge and corncob adsorption contributed a little to their removal.SMX had the risk of sulfanilamide resistance genes(SRGs)dissemination.Furthermore,network analysis indicated that Niveibacterium and Bradyrhizobium were the potential hosts of SRGs,which promoted the horizontal transmission of ARGs. | Yanjie Zhang Weiyang Dong Congyu Li Haiyan Wang Huan Wang Yu Ling Guokai Yan Yang Chang | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,8: | 0 |
| 15 | Mn-MOF derived manganese sulfide as peroxymonosulfate activator for levofloxacin degradation: An electron-transfer dominated and radical/nonradical coupling process显示文摘Recently,transitionmetal sulfides have attractedmuch attention due to their better catalytic capacities as peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activator than their metal oxide counterparts.However,the systematic studies on PMS activation using transition metal sulfides are still lacking.In this work,manganese sulfide(MnS)materials were synthesized via a MOFs-derived method and utilized for PMS activation to degrade levofloxacin(LVF)in water for the first time.As expected,MnS exhibited remarkable LVF degradation efficiency by PMS activation,whichwas distinctly higher than Mn_(2)O_(3).The results of quenching experiments,electro spin resonance identification and electrochemical tests indicated that electron-transfer progress was the dominant mechanism inα-MnS/PMS system.Meanwhile,the presence of ^(1)O_(2) and radicals further became the removal of LVF byα-MnS/PMS system into a radical/nonradical coupling process.The superior electrical conductivity ofα-MnS thanα-Mn_(2)O_(3) was revealed by DFT calculations,which resulted in the higher catalytic capacity ofα-MnS.The result of XPS also indicated the S species in MnS accelerated the recycle of Mn(IV)/Mn(II)and then promoted the generation of radicals.Furthermore,the influence of various environmental conditions on LVF removal and the reusability ofα-MnS were also investigated,which demonstrated the high application potential ofα-MnS/PMS system.Finally,six possible pathways of LVF oxidation in the system were proposed based on the identified byproducts and their ecotoxicity was evaluated with ECOSAR method.This work promotes the fundamental understanding of PMS activation byα-MnS and provides useful information for practical application of manganese sulfide in water treatment. | Xiaolin Han Wei Zhang Shuai Li Congyu Cheng Qi Yu Qilong Jia Lei Zhou Guangli Xiu | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,8: | 0 |

| 18 | Detection of the foreign object positions in agricultural soils using Mask-RCNN显示文摘Objects in agricultural soils will seriously affect the farming operations of agricultural machinery.At present,it still relies on human experience to judge abnormal Gounrd-penetrting Radar(GPR)signals.It is difficult for traditional image processing technology to form a general positioning method for the randomness and diversity characteristics of GPR signals in soil.Although many scholars had researched a variety of image-processing techniques,most methods lack robustness.In this study,the deep learning algorithm Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network(Mask-RCNN)and a geometric model were combined to improve the GPR positioning accuracy.First,a soil stratification experiment was set to classify the physical parameters of the soil and study the attenuation law of electromagnetic waves.Secondly,a SOIL-GPR geometric model was proposed,which can be combined with Mask-RCNN's MASK geometric size to predict object sizes.The results proved the effectiveness and accuracy of the model for position detection and evaluation of objects in soils;then,the improved Mask RCNN method was used to compare the feature extraction accuracy of U-Net and Fully Convolutional Networks(FCN);Finally,the operating speed of agricultural machinery was simulated and designed the A-B survey line experiment.The detection accuracy was evaluated by several indicators,such as the survey line direction,soil depth false alarm rate,Mean Average Precision(mAP),and Intersection over Union(IoU).The results showed that pixel-level segmentation and positioning based on Mask RCNN can improve the accuracy of the position detection of objects in agricultural soil effectively,and the average error of depth prediction is 2.87 cm.The results showed that the detection technology proposed in this study integrates the advantage of soil environmental parameters,geometric models,and artificial intelligence algorithms to provide a high-precision and technical solution for the GPR non-destructive detection of soils. | Yuanhong Li Chaofeng Wang Congyue Wang Xiaoling Deng Zuoxi Zhao Shengde Chen Yubin Lan | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,1: | 0 |
| 19 | Coherent link between a Ti:sapphire comb and a 1.5μm laser via nonlinear interaction in photonic crystal fiber显示文摘Optical clock networks have distinct advantages for the dissemination of time/frequency,geodesy,and fundamental research.To realize such a network,the telecom band and optical atomic clocks have to be coherently bridged.Since the telecom band and optical atomic clocks reside in a distinct spectral region,second-harmonic generation is usually introduced to bridge the large frequency gap.In this paper,we introduce a new method to coherently link a 1550 nm continuous wave laser with a Ti:sapphire mode-locked laser-based optical frequency comb.By coupling the 1550 nm continuous wave laser light and the Ti:sapphire comb light together into a photonic crystal fiber,nonlinear interaction takes place,and new comblike frequency components related to the 1550 nm laser frequency are generated in the visible region.Consequently,we can detect beat notes between two combs in the visible region with a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 40 dB in a resolution bandwidth of300 kHz.With this signal,we realize an optical frequency divider for converting the frequency of optical clocks in the visible region to the telecom band at 1.55μm.An out-of-loop measurement shows that the additional noise and uncertainty induced in optical frequency conversion are 5×10^(-18)at 1 s averaging time and 2.2×10^(-19),respectively,which are limited by the uncompensated light path fluctuation but fulfill precision measurement using state-of-the-art optical clocks. | YUAN YAO HAOSEN SHI GUANG YANG BO LI CONGYU WANG HONGFU YU LONGSHENG MA YANYI JIANG | 2024 | Photonics Research2024,12,2: | 0 |
