160 Years of Development of the Journal of Integrative Plant Biology显示文摘In celebration of JIPB's 60 th anniversary,this paper summarizes and reviews the development process of the journal.To start,we offer our heartfelt thanks to JIPB's pioneer Editors-in-Chief who helped get the journal off the ground and make it successful.Academic achievement is the soul of academic journals,and this paper summarizes JIPB's course of academic development by analyzing it in four stages:the first two stages are mostly qualitative analyses,and the latter two stages are dedicated to quantitative analyses.Most-cited papers were statistically analyzed.Improvements in editing,publication,distribution and online accessibility-which are detailed in this paper-contribute to JIPB's sustainable development.In addition,JIPB's evaluation index and awards are provided with accompanying pictures.At the end of the paper,JIPB's milestones are listed chronologically.We believe that JIPB's development,from a national journal to an international one,parallels the development of the Chinese plant sciences.Jinzhong Cui Ping He Fenghong Liu Jingjing Tan Lingfeng Chen Joshua Fenn 2012Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2012,54,10:5

8Rapid and durable oxygen reduction reaction enabled by a perovskite oxide with self-cleaning surface显示文摘The growth of electrochemically inert segregation layers on the surface of solid oxide fuel cell cathodes has become a bottleneck restricting the development of perovskite-structured oxygen reduction catalysts.Here,we report a new discovery in which enriched Ba and Fe ions on the near-surface of Nd_(1/2)Ba_(1/2)Co_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(3-δ)spontaneously agglomerate into dispersed Ba_(5)Fe_(2)O_(8) nanoparticles and maintain a highly active and durable perovskite structure on the surface.This unique surface selfcleaning phenomenon is related to the low average potential energy of Ba_(5)Fe_(2)O_(8),which is grown on the near-surface layer.The electrochemically inert Ba_(5)Fe_(2)O_(8) segregation layer on the near-surface of the perovskite catalyst achieves self-cleaning by regulating the formation energy of enriched metal oxides.This self-cleaned perovskite surface exhibits an ultrafast oxygen exchange rate,high catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction,and good adaptability to the actual working conditions of solid oxide fuel cell stacks.This study paves a new way for overcoming the stubborn problem of perovskite catalyst surface deactivation and enriches the scientific knowledge of surface catalysis.Shengli Pang Yifan Song Meng Cui Xin Tang Chao Long Lingfeng Ke Gongmei Yang Ting Fang Yong Guan Chonglin Chen 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,8:0
9Generating Markov Logic Networks Rulebase Based on Probabilistic Latent Semantics Analysis显示文摘Human Activity Recognition(HAR)has become a subject of concern and plays an important role in daily life.HAR uses sensor devices to collect user behavior data,obtain human activity information and identify them.Markov Logic Networks(MLN)are widely used in HAR as an effective combination of knowledge and data.MLN can solve the problems of complexity and uncertainty,and has good knowledge expression ability.However,MLN structure learning is relatively weak and requires a lot of computing and storage resources.Essentially,the MLN structure is derived from sensor data in the current scene.Assuming that the sensor data can be effectively sliced and the sliced data can be converted into semantic rules,MLN structure can be obtained.To this end,we propose a rulebase building scheme based on probabilistic latent semantic analysis to provide a semantic rulebase for MLN learning.Such a rulebase can reduce the time required for MLN structure learning.We apply the rulebase building scheme to single-person indoor activity recognition and prove that the scheme can effectively reduce the MLN learning time.In addition,we evaluate the parameters of the rulebase building scheme to check its stability.Shan Cui Tao Zhu Xiao Zhang Liming Chen Lingfeng Mao Huansheng Ning 2023Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,5:0
10Establishment of green graphite industry:Graphite from biomass and its various applications显示文摘Resource-and energy-efficient biomass exploitation for green graphite production is one of the most effective strategies for satisfying graphite demand while minimizing energy consumption and carbon emissions.This study investigated green graphite production from biomass waste and its applications to establish a green graphite industry.Biomass pyrolysis and catalytic graphitization of biochar were studied first to produce green graphite.The optimized green graphite exhibited a reversible capacity of 264 mA h/g and 97%capacity retention over 100 cycles in a half-cell.Green graphite electrodes with a resistivity lower than 5μΩm were fabricated by using organic fraction bio-oil as a green binder.Other green graphite applications,including printing,conductive printing,pencils,and refractories,were also achieved.The overall process of graphite anode and electrode synthesis from biomass waste and short-rotation energy crops was modeled.Approx.95 kg of battery graphite or 109 kg of metallurgical graphite electrodes can be produced per ton of biomass with low primary energy consumption and carbon footprint.Prominently,the modeling result and life cycle assessment demonstrated that,for the production of battery graphite from biomass waste,net-negative-CO_(2)emissions(−0.57 kg CO_(2)-eq/kg graphite powders)with net-negative-primary energy consumption(−28.31 MJ/kg graphite powders)was achieved.Ziyi Shi Shule Wang Yanghao Jin Lingfeng Zhao Shiwei Chen Hanmin Yang Yuxiao Cui Rikard Svanberg Chuchu Tang Jianchun Jiang Weihong Yang PäGJösson Tong Han 2023SusMat2023,3,3:0
