1CONSENSUS CONTROL FOR LEADER-FOLLOWING MULTI-AGENT SYSTEMS WITH MEASUREMENT NOISES显示文摘This work is concerned with consensus control for a class of leader-following multi-agentsystems (MASs).The information that each agent received is corrupted by measurement noises.Toreduce the impact of noises on consensus,time-varying consensus gains are adopted,based on whichconsensus protocols are designed.By using the tools of stochastic analysis and algebraic graph theory,asufficient condition is obtained for the protocol to ensure strong mean square consensus under the fixedtopologies.This condition is shown to be necessary and sufficient in the noise-free case.Furthermore,by using a common Lyapunov function,the result is extended to the switching topology case.Cuiqin MA Tao LI Jifeng ZHANG 2010Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2010,23,1:23
2Establishment of the model of white blood cell membrane chromatography and screening of antagonizing TLR_4 receptor component from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz显示文摘A model of white blood cell membrane chromatography (WB-CMC) was established to screen active component from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. The component can antagonize Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and inhibit inflammatory reaction. In the model of WB-CMC, cell membrane stationary phase (CMSP) was prepared by immobilizing the rabbit white blood cell membrane (WBCM) onto the surface of silica carrier and taxinol was used as a model molecule. The active component which can act on WBCM and its receptor (such as TLR4) as an effective target in A. macrocephala was determined by using a replacement experiment. The anti-inflammatory effects of the active component were tested by using pharmacological methods in vivo. The results indicated that the re-tention characteristics of atractylenolide I as active component was similar to that of taxinol in the model of WB-CMC. And so, atractylenolide I acted on the WBCM and TLR4 and its anti-inflammatory activity was related with antagonizing TLR4. Therefore, the interaction between the active component and WBCM and its receptor can be simulated by the model of WB-CMC in vitro. 3Satellite Constellation Design with Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm for Regional Terrestrial Satellite Network显示文摘Constellations design for regional terrestrial-satellite network can strengthen the coverage for incomplete terrestrial cellular network. In this paper, a regional satellite constellation design scheme with multiple feature points and multiple optimization indicators is proposed by comprehensively considering multi-objective optimization and genetic algorithm, and 'the Belt and Road' model is presented in the way of dividing over 70 nations into three regular target areas. Following this, we formulate the optimization model and devise a multi-objective genetic algorithm suited for the regional area with the coverage rate under simulating, computing and determining. Meanwhile, the total number of satellites in the constellation is reduced by calculating the ratio of actual coverage of a single-orbit constellation and the area of targets. Moreover, the constellations' performances of the proposed scheme are investigated with the connection of C++ and Satellite Tool Kit(STK). 5Nasal delivery of broadly neutralizing antibodies protects mice from lethal challenge with SARS-CoV-2 delta and omicron variants显示文摘Multiple new variants of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)have constantly emerged,as the delta and omicron variants,which have developed resistance to currently gained neutralizing antibodies.This highlights a critical need to discover new therapeutic agents to overcome the variants mutations.Despite the availability of vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the use of broadly neutralizing antibodies has been considered as an alternative way for the prevention or treatment of SARS-Co V-2 variants infection.Here,we show that the nasal delivery of two previously characterized broadly neutralizing antibodies(F61 and H121)protected K18-h ACE2 mice against lethal challenge with SARS-Co V-2 variants.The broadly protective efficacy of the F61 or F61/F121 cocktail antibodies was evaluated by lethal challenge with the wild strain(WIV04)and multiple variants,including beta(B.1.351),delta(B.1.617.2),and omicron(B.1.1.529)at 200or 1000 TCID_(50),and the minimum antibody administration doses(5-1.25 mg/kg body weight)were also evaluated with delta and omicron challenge.Fully prophylactic protections were found in all challenged groups with both F61 and F61/H121 combination at the administration dose of 20 mg/kg body weight,and corresponding mice lung viral RNA showed negative,with almost all alveolar septa and cavities remaining normal.Furthermore,low-dose antibody treatment induced significant prophylactic protection against lethal challenge with delta and omicron variants,whereas the F61/H121 combination showed excellent results against omicron infection.Our findings indicated the potential use of broadly neutralizing monoclonal antibodies as prophylactic and therapeutic agent for protection of current emerged SARS-Co V-2 variants infection.Jia Lu Qiangling Yin Rongjuan Pei Qiu Zhang Yuanyuan Qu Yongbing Pan Lina Sun Ding Gao Cuiqin Liang Jingwen Yang Wei Wu Jiandong Li Zongqiang Cui Zejun Wang Xinguo Li Dexin Li Shiwen Wang Kai Duan Wuxiang Guan Mifang Liang Xiaoming Yang 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,2:4
6Bipartite Consensus of Discrete-Time Double-Integrator Multi-Agent Systems with Measurement Noise显示文摘The effects of measurement noise are investigated in the context of bipartite consensus of multi-agent systems. In the system setting, discrete-time double-integrator dynamics are assumed for the agent, and measurement noise is present for the agent receiving the state information from its neighbors. Time-varying stochastic bipartite consensus protocols are designed in order to lessen the harmful effects of the noise. Consequently, the state transition matrix of the closed-loop system is analyzed, and sufficient and necessary conditions for the proposed protocol to be a mean square bipartite consensus protocol are given with the help of linear transformation and algebraic graph theory. It is proven that the signed digraph to be structurally balanced and having a spanning tree are the weakest communication assumptions for ensuring bipartite consensus. 7Heuristic Computing Methods for Contact Plan Design in the Spatial-Node-Based Internet of Everything显示文摘To satisfy the increasing demands of high-speed transmission, high-efficiency computing, and real-time communications in the high-dynamic and heterogeneous networks, the Contact Plan Design(CPD) has attracted continuous attention in recent years, especially for the spatial-node-based Internet of Everything(IoE). In this paper, we study the NP-hardness of contact scheduling and the attenuation of atmospheric precipitation in the spatial-node-based IoE. Two heuristic computing methods for contact plan design are proposed by comprehensively considering the time-varying topology, the intermittent connectivity, and the adaptive transmission in different weather conditions, which are named Contact Plan Design-Particle Swarm Optimization(CPD-PSO) and Contact Plan Design-Greedy algorithm with the Minimum Delivery Time(CPD-GMDT) separately. For the population-based algorithm, CPD-PSO not only solves the CPD problem with a limited-resource condition, but also dynamically adjusts the search scope to ensure the continuous searching capability of the algorithm. For the CPD-GMDT that makes CP decisions based on the current state, the algorithm uses the idea of greedy algorithm to schedule Satellite-Platform Links(SPLs) and Inter Satellite Links(ISLs) respectively using the strategies of optimal matching and load balancing. The simulation results show that the proposed CPD-PSO outperforms Contact Plan Design-Genetic Algorithm(CPD-GA) in terms of fitness and delivery time, and CPD-GMDT presents better overall delay than Fair Contact Plan(FCP).Cuiqin Dai Qingyang Song 2019China Communications2019,16,3:3
8Synthesis and Properties of Dendritic Long-Chain Esters as Crude Oil Flow Improver Additives显示文摘The efficiencies of 6 kinds of macromolecules with dendritic structure in improving the flow properties of crude oil were investigated. The dendritic additives were synthesized using low-generation dendritic poly(amidoamine) and alkyl longchain acrylic esters as starting materials, and their structures were characterized by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis. The effects on the pour point and rheological properties of crude oil samples were studied. Efficiencies of dendritic long-chain esters were not only influenced by the alky chain length, but also by the generation of dendrimer. The longer the alkyl chain of dendritic long-chain ester was, the better the effect in the reduction of pour point and apparent viscosity was. Efficiencies of 1.5 generation dendritic long-chain ester with 8 branched chains for the reduction of pour point and apparent viscosity were superior to those of 0.5 generation dendritic long-chain ester with 4 branched chains. 14Connection availability based protection algorithm in wireless-optical broadband access network显示文摘The hybrid Wireless-Optical Broadband Access Network(WOBAN)provides a new and promising architecture for broadband access network by combining the beneficial properties of wireless and optical access technologies.To avoid huge data loss,WOBAN needs to be designed with a high availability guarantee.The purpose of this paper is to protect the Passive Optical Network at the back-end using the backup radios in Wireless Mesh Network at the front-end.The proposed protection scheme is based on a connection availability model.First,we assigned several backup Optical Network Units(ONUs)for each primary ONU not satisfying the availability requirement of primary optical connection.Under the availability requirement of backup optical connection,each backup ONU needed to reserve the residual capacity as the backup capacity to fully protect the traffic demand of its primary ONU.Then,we selectively deployed the additional radio interfaces as the backup radios for the wireless routers in the front-end under the availability requirement of backup wireless connection,in order to establish the wireless-backup-path between each pair of primary and backup ONUs.Each backup radio on the wireless-backup-path will retain the backup radio capacity for rerouting traffic,so as to decrease the possibility of traffic block in case of failure.We aimed to design efficient heuristic algorithms and yield suboptimal solutions for minimizing the consumption of backup ONU capacity and the cost of backup radios.Simulation results demonstrate the advantage of the proposed scheme compared to previous works.LIU YeJun GUO Lei YU YinPeng LI Bing XIANG Peng DAI CuiQin 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,4:1

17Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes Modified with Silylated-salicylaldimine Co(II) and Pd(II) Complexes as Precatalysts in Ethylene Oligomerization显示文摘MWCNTs-Co(II) and Pd(II) were prepared through grafting silylated-salicylaldimine Pd(II) and Co(II) on multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) for ethylene oligomerization. The structures of the two MWCNTs-supported catalysts were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses(TGA) and nitrogen adsorption and desorption. And the influence of the supported pattern on the catalytic properties for ethylene oligomerization was investigated. The results revealed that the silylated-salicylaldimine complexes were grafted on the inner and outer surfaces of the carbon nanotubes and the pore size and BET surface area of MWCNTs decreased. Compared with the homogeneous catalysts, the two MWCNTs-supported catalysts had higher selectivity for hexene and 1-hexene in the presence of diethylaluminum chloride(DEAC) with a small molecule size due to confinement effect. MWCNTs-Pd exhi-bited higher activity and higher selectivity for C8+ olefin compared to MWCNTs-Co due to electronic factors. 18In Vivo Efficacy of Neuropeptide S on the Expression of Cytokines Indeced by Influenza A Virurs in Ducks显示文摘Neuropeptide S(NPS)is involved in severe pathological processes.Direct evidence showed NPS regulates the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines in pigs.This study investigated the effect of NPS on the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in ducks with H9N2 infection via intramuscular injection with NPS or NPS receptor(NPSR)antagonist.The ducks received 15 nM NPS or 10 nM NPSR antagonist in saline.Samples were collected to analyze the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,IFN-α,NPS,and the H9N2 gene NP by RT-PCR and real time RT-PCR;samples were fixed to observe the histopathological changes by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Serial blood samples were collected(every 30 min,starting 1 h before injections and lasting until 2 h after injections)to measure the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,and IFN-αby ELISA.Semiquantitative RT-PCR confirmed that the expression of NPS mRNA was increased in H9N2 infection group.Morphological data showed NPS treatment could reverse the pathological changes in the duck bursa induced by H9N2 infection.Both the results of real time quantitative RT-PCR and ELISA methods showed NPS and NPSR antagonist treatments could significantly regulate the expression of IFN-α,but not of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α;meanwhile,the levels of increased IFN-α and decreased NP were further prompted by NPS,and NPSR antagonist revered.Conclusion,NPS is involved in the innate immunity response to H9N2 infection via the IFN-αpathway in ducks in vivo.These results indicate NPS affects the immune homeostasis and provides an alternative for anti-H9N2 drugs.Ma Yijie Jiang Zongpei Zhang Tianhua Huang Cuiqin Yang Guihong 2019Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2019,11,3:0
