| 1 | Endovascular therapy for Acute ischemic Stroke Trial (EAST): study protocol for a prospective, multicentre control trial in China显示文摘Background and purpose:5 recent trials have shown the benefit of endovascular treatment for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to large vessel occlusion of the anterior circulation.This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Solitaire thrombectomy in patients with moderate-to-severe stroke in the Chinese population,which has a high prevalence of intracranial atherosclerosis.Methods and analysis:This multicentre prospective control study will involve 17 stroke centres in China,and plans to recruit 150 patients in the intervention group,and 150 patients in the medical group,in which patients meet enrolment criteria but refuse intervention.Patients with AIS due to large vessel occlusion indicated for treatment with Solitaire stent retriever within 12 hours of symptom onset,and who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,will be enrolled in this study.The primary efficacy endpoint is functional independence as defined by a modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score≤2 at 90 days or by functional improvement as defined by mRS,using shift analysis.The procedural efficacy endpoint is arterial recanalisation of the occluded target vessel measured by a modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction(mTICI)score equal or superior to 2b right following the use of the study device.The primary safety endpoint is symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)within 24±3 hours postprocedure.Ethics and dissemination:The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee at the coordinating centre and by the local Institutional Review Board of each participating centre.Trial registration number:NCT02350283. | Zhongrong Miao Xiaochuan Huo Feng Gao Xiaoling Liao Chunjuan Wang Ya Peng Yibin Cao Shengli Chen Meng Zhang Changchun Jiang Xiaoxiang Peng Cunfeng Song Liping Wei Qiyi Zhu Zaiyu Guo Li Liu Hang Lin Hua Yang Wei Wu Hui Liang Anding Xu Kangning Chen Xingquan Zhao Yuesong Pan Hao Li Liping Liu Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang EAST investigators | 2016 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2016,1,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Impulsivity-related right superior frontal gyrus as a biomarker of internet gaming disorder显示文摘Background Internet gaming disorder(IGD)is a mental health issue that affects individuals worldwide.However,the lack of knowledge about the biomarkers associated with the development of IGD has restricted the diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.Aims We aimed to reveal the biomarkers associated with the development of IGD through resting-state brain network analysis and provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of IGD.Methods Twenty-six patients with IGD,23 excessive internet game users(EIUs)who recurrently played internet games but were not diagnosed with IGD and 29 healthy controls(HCs)performed delay discounting task(DDT)and Iowa gambling task(IGT).Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)data were also collected.Results Patients with IGD exhibited significantly lower hubness in the right medial orbital part of the superior frontal gyrus(ORBsupmed)than both the EIU and the HC groups.Additionally,the hubness of the right ORBsupmed was found to be positively correlated with the highest excessive internet gaming degree during the past year in the EIU group but not the IGD group;this might be the protective mechanism that prevents EIUs from becoming addicted to internet games.Moreover,the hubness of the right ORBsupmed was found to be related to the treatment outcome of patients with IGD,with higher hubness of this region indicating better recovery when undergoing forced abstinence.Further modelling analysis of the DDT and IGT showed that patients with IGD displayed higher impulsivity during the decision-making process,and impulsivity-related parameters were negatively correlated with the hubness of right ORBsupmed.Conclusions Our findings revealed that the impulsivity-related right ORBsupmed hubness could serve as a potential biomarker of IGD and provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of IGD. | Pengyu Zhang Yu Pan Rujing Zha Hongwen Song Cunfeng Yuan Qian Zhao Yi Piao Jiecheng Ren Yijun Chen Peipeng Liang Ran Tao Zhengde Wei Xiaochu Zhang | 2023 | General Psychiatry2023,36,4: | 1 |

| 13 | 3-9 Mechanical Properties Studies on High-energy Kr-ion Irradiated Corrosion Layer Fe3O4显示文摘The RAFM (Reduced Activation Ferritic/Martensitic) steel is considered as one of the promising candidatestructural materials for LFRs (Lead alloy-cooled Fast Reactors) and ADS (Accelerator Driven Sub-critical system),and its compatibility with liquid metal and radiation-resistant properties have been extensively studied because ofthe requirements of reliability and safety of the blanket[1]. A number of corrosion experiments of RAFMs (Eurofer97, T91 and 316L, etc.) in liquid LiPb alloy have been investigated, and the corrosion results show that these Febasedsteels suffered more serious corrosion attack from 480 to 550 ?C, and the corrosion layer is made of the oxidelayer (Fe3O4 and CrxFe3?xO4) at steels' surface. Generally speaking, during the stage degeneration of material, theformation of corrosion layer is one of the important features of the process[2]. Cracking, blistering, embrittlementand other changes in materials may be induced by corrosion layers, and the corrosion layers have independentcompositions, structures and radiation-resistant properties with distinguished from the alloy matrix. In a word, inorder to further clarify the applicability of Fe-based structural materials in nuclear facilities, we should study notonly the RAFM steel itself but also its corrosion layer (Fe3O4, mainly).
