1Stenting for symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis in China:1-year outcome of a multicentre registry study显示文摘background and purpose A multicentre prospective registry study of individually tailored stenting for a patient with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS)combined with poor collaterals in China showed that the short-term safety and efficacy of stenting was acceptable.However,it remained uncertain whether the low event rate could be of a long term.We reported the 1-year outcome of this registry study to evaluate the long-term efficacy of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Methods Patients with symptomatic ICAS caused by 70%-99% stenosis located at the intracranial internal carotid,middle cerebral,intracranial vertebral or basilar arteries combined with poor collaterals were enrolled.Balloon-mounted stent or balloon plus self-expanding stent were selected based on the ease of vascular access and lesion morphology determined by the operators.The primary outcome was the rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack and death,and 12-month ischaemic stroke within the same vascular territory,haemorrhagic stroke and vascular death after stenting.results From September 2013 to January 2015,300 patients(ages 58.3±9.78 years)were recruited.Among them,159 patients were treated with balloon-mounted stent and 141 with balloon plus self-expanding stent.During the 1-year follow-up,25 patients had a primary end point event.The probability of primary outcome at 1 year was 8.1%(95% CI 5.3% to 11.7%).In 76 patients with digital subtraction angiography follow-up,27.6%(21/76)had re-stenosis≥50% and 18.4%(14/76)had re-stenosis≥70%.No baseline characteristic was associated with the primary outcome.Conclusion The event rate remains low over 1 year of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Further randomised trial of comparing individually tailored stenting with best medical therapy is needed.Ning Ma Yong Zhang Jie Shuai Changchun Jiang Qiyi Zhu Kangning Chen Li Liu Baomin Li Xiangqun Shi Lianbo Gao Yajie Liu Feng Wang Yongli Li Tieyan Liu Hongbo Zheng Dapeng Mo Feng Gao Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang Lei Feng Zhongrong Miao 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,3:29
2Endovascular therapy for Acute ischemic Stroke Trial (EAST): study protocol for a prospective, multicentre control trial in China显示文摘Background and purpose:5 recent trials have shown the benefit of endovascular treatment for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to large vessel occlusion of the anterior circulation.This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Solitaire thrombectomy in patients with moderate-to-severe stroke in the Chinese population,which has a high prevalence of intracranial atherosclerosis.Methods and analysis:This multicentre prospective control study will involve 17 stroke centres in China,and plans to recruit 150 patients in the intervention group,and 150 patients in the medical group,in which patients meet enrolment criteria but refuse intervention.Patients with AIS due to large vessel occlusion indicated for treatment with Solitaire stent retriever within 12 hours of symptom onset,and who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,will be enrolled in this study.The primary efficacy endpoint is functional independence as defined by a modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score≤2 at 90 days or by functional improvement as defined by mRS,using shift analysis.The procedural efficacy endpoint is arterial recanalisation of the occluded target vessel measured by a modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction(mTICI)score equal or superior to 2b right following the use of the study device.The primary safety endpoint is symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)within 24±3 hours postprocedure.Ethics and dissemination:The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee at the coordinating centre and by the local Institutional Review Board of each participating centre.Trial registration number:NCT02350283.Zhongrong Miao Xiaochuan Huo Feng Gao Xiaoling Liao Chunjuan Wang Ya Peng Yibin Cao Shengli Chen Meng Zhang Changchun Jiang Xiaoxiang Peng Cunfeng Song Liping Wei Qiyi Zhu Zaiyu Guo Li Liu Hang Lin Hua Yang Wei Wu Hui Liang Anding Xu Kangning Chen Xingquan Zhao Yuesong Pan Hao Li Liping Liu Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang EAST investigators 2016Stroke & Vascular Neurology2016,1,2:8
3Detection and characterization of diverse alpha-and betacoronaviruses from bats in China显示文摘Bats have been implicated as important reservoir hosts of alpha- and betacoronaviruses. In this study, diverse coronaviruses(CoVs) were detected in 50 of 951(positive rate 5.3%) intestinal specimens of eight bat species collected in four provinces and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China by pan-coronavirus RT-PCR screening. Based on 400-nt RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(Rd RP) sequence analysis, eight belonged to genus Alphacoronavirus and 42 to Betacoronavirus.Among the 50 positive specimens, thirteen gave rise to CoV full-length Rd RP gene amplification for further sequence comparison, of which three divergent sequences(two from a unreported province) were subjected to full genome sequencing. Two complete genomes of betacoronaviruses(JTMC15 and JPDB144) and one nearly-complete genome of alphacoronavirus(JTAC2) were sequenced and their genomic organization predicted. The present study has identified additional numbers of genetically diverse bat-borne coronaviruses with a wide distribution in China. 4Correlation between echolocation calls and morphological features among three kinds of bats显示文摘The correlation between echolocation sound and morphological features of 18 species of bats, which are subordinated to 3 families including rhinolophidae, hipposideridae and vespertilionidae is studied. Pearson's correlation and regression analysis are adopted to analyze the correlations between noseleaf width (NW) and forearm length (FAL), NW and dominant frequency (DF), FAL and DF. The results show a positive correlation between NW and FAL and a negative correlation between NW and DF in Rhinolophidae. In each family, there is a negative correlation between FAL and DF. Some species have a higher or lower frequency than predicted one according to their body size. There are significant differences of the regression equation of FAL and DF among the three families. For the bats with the same body size, the order in frequency is: hipposiderid bats> rhinolophid bats> vespertilionid bats. 7A high performance adaptive on-time controlled valley-current-mode DC–DC buck converter显示文摘This paper presents an AOT-controlled(adaptive-on-time,AOT)valley-current-mode buck converter for portable application.The buck converter with synchronous rectifier not only uses valley-current-mode control but also possesses hybridmode control functions at the same time.Due to the presence of the zero-current detection circuit,the converter can switch freely between the two operating modes without the need for an external mode selection circuit,which further reduces the design difficulty and chip area.The converter for the application of high power efficiency and wide current range is used to generate the voltage of 0.6–3.0 V with a battery source of 3.3–5.0 V,while the load current range is 0.05–2 A.The circuit can work in continuous conduction mode with constant frequency in high load current range.In addition,a stable output voltage can be obtained with small voltage ripple.In pace with the load current decreases to a critical value,the converter transforms into the discontinuous conduction mode smoothly.As the switching period increases,the switching loss decreases,which can significantly improve the conversion efficiency.The proposed AOT controlled valley current mode buck converter is integrated with standard 0.18μm process and the simulation results show that the converter provides well-loaded regulations with power efficiency over 95%.When the circuit switches between the two conduction modes drastically,the response time can be controlled within 30μs.The undershoot voltage is controlled within 25 mV under a large current hopping range.Chanrong Jiang Changchun Chai Chenxi Han Yintang Yang 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,6:3
8The Discovery and Study of Mantle-Derived Dunite Inclusions in Hornblende-Diorite in the Handan-Xingtai Area,Hebei显示文摘Phlogopiie-and diopside-bearing dunite occurs as rounded inclusions in hornblende-diorite. Thepetrofabrics, mineral composition and abundances of the trace elements in the dunite indicate that the inclu-sions were derived from the upper mantle and are the residues of high-degree partial melting of mantlepeirdotite. 9Staged angioplasty versus regular carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery stenosis at high risk of hyperperfusion:a randomised clinical trial显示文摘Background and purpose Hyperperfusion(HP)is a devastating complication associated with carotid artery stenting(CAS)or endarterectomy.The efficacy and safety of staged angioplasty(SAP)in patients with CAS at high risk of HP remains unclear.We sought to determine whether SAP is superior to regular CAS in patients with high risk of HP.Methods A randomised,multicentre open-label clinical trial with blinded outcome assessment(STEP)was conducted.Patients with severe carotid stenosis at high risk of HP were randomly assigned(1:1)to the SAP or regular CAS group.The primary endpoint was hyperperfusion syndrome(HPS)and intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH)within 30 days after the procedure.Results From November 2014 to January 2017,a total of 64 patients were enrolled in 11 centres.33 patients were allocated to the SAP group and 31 to the regular CAS group.At 30 days,the rate of primary endpoint was 0.0%(0/33)in the SAP group and 9.7%(3/31)in the regular CAS group(absolute risk reduction(ARR),9.7%;95%CI−20.1% to 0.7%;p=0.11).As one of the secondary endpoints,the incidence of HP phenomenon(HPP)was lower in the SAP group than the regular CAS group(0.0%vs 22.6%,ARR,−22.6%;95% CI−36.8%to−10.2%;p=0.04).Conclusion The rate of HPS and ICH was not significantly lower in SAP group;the extended secondary endpoint of HPP,however,significantly reduced,which suggested that SAP may be a safe and effective carotid revascularisation procedure to prevent HP.Dapeng Mo Baixue Jia Huaizhang Shi Yaxuan Sun Qingan Liu Chengzhe Fan Jianping Deng Jinglin Yuan Wei Wu Changchun Jiang Guilian Zhang Hanjun Du Ning Ma Feng Gao Xuan Sun Ligang Song Lian Liu Guangge Peng Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang Zhongrong Miao the STEP Study Group 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:3

12Nonlinear analysis on the coupling process of electromagnetic vibrator and earth显示文摘The linear model based on the hydraulic pressure vibrator has been no longer adaptable to the electromagnetic vibrator. In order to realize the effective transmission of the limited energy from the vibrator to the ground, it is important to study the coupling model of the electromagnetic vibrator and the earth. In this paper, a nonlinear restore term was introduced to the coupling model because of the existence of a large amount of harmonics in the vibrator baseplate. The nonlinear vibration analysis was applied to the model by the multiscale method. In the course of energy transmission from the vibrator to the ground, ultraharmonic resonance was used to explain the generation of harmonics. An improved scheme was advanced to select the cross correlation reference signal in the vibrator seismic exploration. 13LUCC and Accompanied Soil Degradation in China from 1960's to 1990's显示文摘This paper tries to qualitatively analyze land use and cover changes (LUCC) and accompanied soil degradation in China, the data of World Atlas of Agriculture in 1969, Land Cover Data of Asia in 1992 and Global Assessment of Human Induced Soil Degradation in 1992, etc. have been used. From 1960' s to 1990's, the area of forestland had increased, arable land and paddy as well as grassland had significantly decreased in China. The major type of soil degradation is due to water erosion, which is widely distributed especially in Loess Plateau and in Southeast and Southwest China, this happened in forestland, grassland and arable land and mainly resulted from deforestation. The secondary type is wind erosion, which is mainly distributed in Northwest China, it happened in arable land and grassland and was caused by overgrazing. Chemical deterioration is distributed in North and Northwest China, which happened in paddy, arable land and grassland. Physical deterioration only concentrated in local area in North China, it happened in arable and paddy. Chemical and physical deteriora-tion mainly resulted from unreasonable activity.
