| 1 | Rare earth element and yttrium compositions of the Paleoproterozoic Yuanjiacun BIF in the Lüliang area and their implications for the Great Oxidation Event(GOE)显示文摘In China, most Precambrian banded iron formations(BIFs) are situated in the North China Craton. The Yuanjiacun iron deposit, located in the Lüliang area, is arguably the most representative Superior-type BIF. This iron deposit is coherent with the sedimentary rock succession of the Yuanjiacun Formation in the lower Lüliang Group, and was interpreted to be deposited at 2.3–2.1 Ga, based on ages of overlying and underlying volcanic strata. This age overlaps with the time range of the Great Oxidation Event(GOE, 2.4–2.2 Ga). The Yuanjiacun BIF consists mainly of subhedral-xenomorphic magnetite and quartz and rarely other minerals with a lower degree of metamorphism, from greenschist to lower amphibolite facies. The geochemical characteristics of this BIF are similar to those of Superior-type BIFs. Prominent positive La, Y, and Eu anomalies normalized by the Post Archean Australian Shale(PAAS) indicate that the primary chemical precipitate is a result of solutions that represent mixtures of seawater and high-T hydrothermal fluids. The contamination from crustal detritus found is negligible based on low abundances of Al2O3 and TiO2(<0.5%) and of trace elements such as Th, Hf, Zr, and Sc(<1.5 ppm), as well as the lack of co-variations between Al2O3 and TiO2. In particular, the Yuanjiacun BIF samples do not display significant negative Ce anomalies like those of the Archean iron formations, but rather, the Yuanjiacun BIF samples exhibit prominent positive Ce anomalies, low Y/Ho ratios, and high light to heavy REE((Pr/Yb)SN) ratios, which are essentially consistent with the late Paleoproterozoic(<2.0 Ga) BIFs around the world. These characteristics of the Yuanjiacun BIF samples imply that the ancient ocean(2.3–2.1 Ga) was redox-stratified from oxic shallow water to deeper anoxic water. The specific redox conditions of the ancient ocean may be related to the GOE, which gave rise to the oxidation of Ce and Mn in the upper water, and to the presence of a Mn oxide shuttle in the ocean, resulting in varying REE patterns due to the precipitation and dissolution of this Mn oxide shuttle under different redox states. Therefore, the Yuanjiacun BIF appears to have formed near the redoxcline and lower-level reduced marine water. | WANG ChangLe ZHANG LianChang LAN CaiYun DAI YanPei | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,10: | 13 |
| 2 | Preparation and Upconversion Luminescence of Nanocrystalline Gd_2O_3:Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)显示文摘Nanocrystalline Gd 1.77 Yb 0.2 Er 0.03 O 3 samples were prepared by combustion and precipitation methods.Structures and upconversion luminescence properties of samples were studied. The results of XRD show that all samples are cubic structure, the average crystallite size could be calculated as 23 nm and 39 nm, respectively. The lattice constants were obtained. The FT-IR spectra were measured to investigate the vibrational feature of the samples.Upconversion luminescence spectra of samples under 980 nm laser excitation were investigated. The strong red emission of samples were observed, and attributed to 4F 9/2 →4I 15/2 transitions of Er3+ions,the emission intensity for sample synthesized by precipitation method is stronger compared to that of combustion method. The possible upconversion luminescence mechanisms in nanocrystalline Gd 1.77 Yb 0.2 Er 0.03 O 3 were discussed. | LI Yanhong HONG Guangyan ZHANG Yongming DAI Caiyun DAI Shuping | 2008 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,4: | 1 |
| 3 | Tensile and Fatigue Properties of Free-Standing Cu Foils显示文摘Tensile and fatigue properties of free-standing as-rolled Cu foils were investigated by means of uniaxial tensile and dynamic bending tests. A special testing system was established to evaluate fatigue behavior of a mi-croscale material subjected to dynamic bending load. The experimental results show that the yield strength increases, but the fracture strain and fatigue resistance decrease with decreasing foil thickness. Deformation and fatigue damage behavior was characterized. The size effect on tensile and fatigue properties of the Cu foils are evaluated to get further understanding of the mechanical behavior of the micrometer-scale metallic materials. | Caiyun Dai Xiaofei Zhu Guangping Zhang | 2009 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,6: | 1 |
| 4 | Development and Validation of a Clinical Risk Score to Predict Immune-mediated Liver Injury Caused by Sintilimab:Assessed for Causality Using Updated RUCAM显示文摘Background and Aims:Immune-mediated liver injury is a fatal side effect of sintilimab. This study aimed to shed light on the associated risk factors and characteristics of this adverse event. Methods:The clinical records of 772 patients treated with sintilimab were retrospectively reviewed to investigate risk factors associated with sintilimab immune-related hepatotoxicity,as well as its incidence and outcome. The Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method was used o identify cases of sintilimab-induced hepatotoxicity.Furthermore, logistic regressions were performed to compare the clinical and bloodwork characteristics of patients with and without immune-mediated liver injury caused by checkpoint inhibitors.Resu/ts:Of the 585 patients included in the study,71(12.1%)developed liver injury during sintili-mab use.The median RUCAM score with interquartile range was 7(6,8).Hypoproteinemia,dyslipidemia,and the pres-ence of thyroid peroxidase antibodies were risk factors for sintilimab-related hepatotoxicity.A nomogram model was constructed for sintilimab-induced immune-mediated liver injury based on these risk factors, which had a C-index value of 0.713 and a good calibration curve. When applied o patients with grade≥3 and≥4 sintilimab-induced immune-mediated liver injury,it achieved C-index values of 0.752 and 0.811,respectively.The nomogram model also showed a good prediction potential in patients≥65 years and males.Six of the patients with sintilimab-related hepatotoxicity showed improved liver function upon treatment with steroids. Conclusions:This study demonstrated that hypoproteinemia, dyslipidemia, and the presence of thyroid peroxidase antibodies were clinically feasible prognostic biomarkers to predict liver injury in patients treated with sintilimab. | Caiyun Zheng Shunmin Huang Meimei Lin Baohui Hong Hengfen Dai Jing Yang | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,6: | 0 |
