1Metal-Organic Frameworks Functionalized Separators for Robust Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries显示文摘Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are one of the promising energy storage systems,which consist of electrode materials,electrolyte,and separator.The first two have been significantly received ample development,while the prominent role of the separators in manipulating the stability of the electrode has not attracted sufficient attention.In this work,a separator(UiO-66-GF)modified by Zr-based metal organic framework for robust AZIBs is proposed.UiO-66-GF effectively enhances the transport ability of charge carriers and demonstrates preferential orientation of(002)crystal plane,which is favorable for corrosion resistance and dendrite-free zinc deposition.Consequently,Zn|UiO-66-GF-2.2|Zn cells exhibit highly reversible plating/stripping behavior with long cycle life over 1650 h at 2.0 mA cm^(−2),and Zn|UiO-66-GF-2.2|MnO_(2) cells show excellent long-term stability with capacity retention of 85%after 1000 cycles.The reasonable design and application of multifunctional metal organic frameworks modified separators provide useful guidance for constructing durable AZIBs.Yang Song Pengchao Ruan Caiwang Mao Yuxin Chang Ling Wang Lei Dai Peng Zhou Bingan Lu Jiang Zhou Zhangxing He 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:5
2Review on corrosion resistance properties of Inconel 718 alloy used in the oil and gas industry显示文摘This paper summarizes the corrosion behavior of Inconel 718 alloy,which is used in the oil and gas fields,including its uniform corrosion,pitting,intergranular corrosion,galvanic corrosion,stress corrosion,and hydrogen embrittlement. It also analyzes the main reasons for the good corrosion resistance of Inconel 718 alloy.This paper focuses on the effects of the heat-treatment process on corrosive behavior and provides guidelines for reasonable heat treatments in security service environments. 4Modulating surface cation vacancies of nickel-cobalt oxides as efficient catalysts for lithium-oxygen batteries显示文摘Rechargeable lithium-oxygen batteries(LOBs)have received incremental attention owing to their high energy density and applicability to mobile devices and electric vehicles.However,the lack of robust,low-cost,and environmentally benign bifunctional catalysts is a major impediment to the commercial application.The introduction of vacancies is one of the effective strategies to enhance the performance of cathode catalysts for lithium-oxygen batteries,but the preparation is complicated.In this work,needle-like microsphere cathode catalysts of nickel-cobalt oxide containing cationic vacancies are constructed by controlling the annealing temperature.It is demonstrated that the presence of cationic vacancies can modulate the electronic structure of the catalyst,reduce the energy barrier for the oxygen electrode re-action,meanwhile enhance the bifunctional catalytic activity.Impressively,the nickel-cobalt oxide-based LOB with cationic vacancies exhibits large specific capacity(12,205 mAh g^(-1)at 200 mA g^(-1))and good durability.This work provides worthwhile insight into the formation and catalytic enhancement mech-anism of transition metal oxide catalysts with cationic vacancies,and to some extent,the creation of efficient and low-cost oxygen electrocatalysts for LOBs.Yuan Yang Linna Dai Jianwei Qiu Zhibiao Hu Peng Wang Yongtao Zhao Huanhuan Guo Pengchao Si Rui Song 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,8:0
5Metallurgy quality of GH4720Li alloy by VIM+PESR+VAR显示文摘Superalloy is developed to meet the stringent requirements of materials used in aeroengine hot-end parts.It has become an irreplaceable key material for military and civil engines.With the increasing contents of Al and Ti,the hot-working properties of superalloy materials are significantly reduced.The metallurgical technology and product quality of GH4720Li alloy produced by triple-melted process were introduced.The results showed that the PESR ingot structure was shrinkage-free,compact,and had high-degree purity,and the VAR process was obviously stable.The sulfur content of GH4720Li alloy was only several 10^(-6) by the triple-melted process,which was propitious for forging the alloy.The uniform heat treatment technology was also studied,and the results showed that the hot-working plasticity of GH4720Li alloy ingot was significantly improved after uniform heat treatment.The properties of GH4720Li alloy by the triple-melted process were good.WANG Qingzeng SHI Lei TANG Chao DAI Pengchao 2021Baosteel Technical Research2021,15,3:0
6Effects of different helium cooling conditions on the structures of GH4169 alloy vacuum arc remelting ingots显示文摘The effects of different helium cooling conditions on the molten pool depth,dendrite structure,and microsegregation of GH4169 alloy ?508 mm vacuum arc remelting( VAR) ingots were studied using an optical microscope and an electron probe. The results show that under different helium cooling conditions,the growth of columnar crystals in the VAR ingot is the same with a certain angle running from the edge to the center and the dendrites at the edges are relatively small whereas the dendrites near the center are large. As the helium cooling increased,the molten pool depth decreased from 137 mm to 120 mm. Observations of the microstructure showed that as the helium cooling increased,the secondary dendrite arm spacing( SDAS) decreased at the center and R/2 region. Also,the Laves phase content markedly decreased. Under the same helium cooling conditions,the SDAS and Laves phase content at the center were higher than that at the R/2 region. Thus,more intense helium cooling effectively reduced segregation in VAR ingots and improved the metallurgical quality.DAI Pengchao 2020Baosteel Technical Research2020,14,4:0
7Covalent Organic Framework with 3D Ordered Channel and Multi-Functional Groups Endows Zn Anode with Superior Stability显示文摘Achieving a highly robust zinc(Zn)metal anode is extremely important for improving the performance of aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)for advancing“carbon neutrality”society,which is hampered by the uncontrollable growth of Zn dendrite and severe side reactions including hydrogen evolution reaction,corrosion,and passivation,etc.Herein,an interlayer containing fluorinated zincophilic covalent organic framework with sulfonic acid groups(COF-S-F)is developed on Zn metal(Zn@COF-S-F)as the artificial solid electrolyte interface(SEI).Sulfonic acid group(-SO_(3)H)in COF-S-F can effectively ameliorate the desolvation process of hydrated Zn ions,and the three-dimensional channel with fluoride group(-F)can provide interconnected channels for the favorable transport of Zn ions with ion-confinement effects,endowing Zn@COF-S-F with dendrite-free morphology and suppressed side reactions.Consequently,Zn@COF-S-F symmetric cell can stably cycle for 1,000 h with low average hysteresis voltage(50.5 m V)at the current density of 1.5 m A cm^(-2).Zn@COF-S-F|Mn O_(2)cell delivers the discharge specific capacity of 206.8 m Ah g^(-1)at the current density of 1.2 A g^(-1)after 800 cycles with high-capacity retention(87.9%).Enlightening,building artificial SEI on metallic Zn surface with targeted design has been proved as the effective strategy to foster the practical application of high-performance AZIBs.Bin Li Pengchao Ruan Xieyu Xu Zhangxing He Xinyan Zhu Liang Pan Ziyu Peng Yangyang Liu Peng Zhou Bingan Lu Lei Dai Jiang Zhou 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,4:0
