1Mercury Emission From Coal-fired Power Plants in China显示文摘燃煤是最大的人为汞排放源之一,燃煤电厂的汞排放控制问题也越来越为人们所关注。该文将目前公布的中国电厂的汞排放数据进行筛选汇总,得到18个电厂的汞排放数据,通过对比和分析,总结出了符合我国燃煤电厂特点的一般性汞排放规律。结果表明:与美国煤种相比,我国的燃煤具有低氯、高灰的特性,这不利于汞的排放控制;循环流化床燃烧可能会因燃尽率的不同而较煤粉炉燃烧易获得较高的Hgp;空气污染控制设备的使用能够有效地减少汞排放,选择性催化还原+静电除尘器/布袋除尘器+石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫(SCR+ESP/FF+WFGD)组合的平均脱汞率可达71.48%;SCR的大规模应用可能会将汞大量转移到飞灰和脱硫石膏中,带来二次污染的问题。YIN Libao ZHUO Yuqun XU Qisheng ZHU Zhenwu DU Wen AN Zhongyi 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,29:29
2Characteristics of Upper Mantle Activity in the South China Sea Region and the Indochina Mantle Plume显示文摘According to computed results of the mantle traction field beneath the lithosphere based on satellite-modelled gravity anomalies of different degrees, it has been revealed that the three types of mantle convection on different scales existing in the South China Sea region is the key factor controlling the geodynamics. 3Integrin-interacting protein Kindlin-2 induces mammary tumors in transgenic mice显示文摘Kindlin-2, an integrin-interacting protein, regulates breast cancer progression. However, currently, no animal model to study the role of Kindlin-2 in the carcinogenesis of mammary gland is available. We established a Kindlin-2 transgenic mouse model using a mammary gland-specific promoter, mammary tumor virus(MMTV) long terminal repeat(LTR). Kindlin-2 was overexpressed in the epithelial cells of the transgenic mice. The mammary gland ductal trees were found to grow faster in MMTV-Kindlin-2 transgenic mice than in control mice during puberty. Kindlin-2 promoted mammary gland growth as indicated by more numerous duct branches and larger lumens, and more alveoli were formed in the mammary glands during pregnancy under Kindlin-2 overexpression. Importantly, mammary gland-specific expression of Kindlin-2 induced tumor formation at the age of 55 weeks on average. Additionally, the levels of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were decreased, whereas human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 and β-catenin were upregulated in the Kindlin-2-induced mammary tumors. 4Dynamic culture of a thermosensitive collagen hydrogel as an extracellular matrix improves the construction of tissue-engineered peripheral nerve显示文摘Tissue engineering technologies offer new treatment strategies for the repair of peripheral nerve injury, but cell loss between seeding and adhesion to the scaffold remains inevitable. A thermosensitive collagen hydrogel was used as an extracellular matrix in this study and combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to construct tissue-engineered peripheral nerve composites in vitro. Dynamic culture was performed at an oscillating frequency of 0.5 Hz and 35° swing angle above and below the horizontal plane. The results demonstrated that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells formed membrane-like structures around the poly-L-lactic acid scaffolds and exhibited regular alignment on the composite surface. Collagen was used to fill in the pores, and seeded cells adhered onto the poly-L-lactic acid fibers. The DNA content of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells was higher in the composites constructed with a thermosensitive collagen hydrogel compared with that in collagen I scaffold controls. The cellular DNA content was also higher in the thermosensitive collagen hydrogel composites constructed with the thermosensitive collagen hydrogel in dynamic culture than that in static culture. These results indicate that tissue-engineered composites formed with thermosensitive collagen hydrogel in dynamic culture can maintain larger numbers of seeded cells by avoiding cell loss during the initial adhesion stage. 6Comprehensive Analysis of Differential Gene Expression Profile via RNA Sequencing in the Human Ovarian Cancer SKOV3 Cells Treated with Simvastatin显示文摘The experimental studies have demonstrated that some statins have an anticancer effect against ovarian cancer in vitro and in vivo, however, the potential molecular mechanism is still unclear. In the present study, high throughput RNA sequencing(RNA-seq) technology was applied to exploring the mRNA changes treated with Simvastatin in the human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell line. The result of CCK-8 assay shows that Simvastatin inhibits significantly SKOV3 cell viability in a concentration-dependent manner, and cell cycle according to the flow cytometry analysis result shows cell cycle arrest of G1 phase is induced in SKOV3 cells with 10 μg/mL simvastatin added for 24 h. The differential expression genes(DEGs) analysis of RNA-seq data shows that there are a total of 372 DEGs found in the Simvastatin group, of which 150 mRNAs are up-regulated and 222 mRNAs are down-regulated(fold change>2.0, q value < 0.05). Real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) experiment has validated that the expression of KLF2, RHOB and CIDEB is up-regulated while that of DKK1, AMOTL2 and ANKRD1 is down-regulated. The DEGs are enriched in thirteen significant KEGG pathways including cell cycle, DNA replication, apoptosis, etc. This study provides supported useful information about transcriptome profiles of SKOV3 cell treated with simvastatin, and offers an application basis for the further researches on the mechanism of Simvastatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer.LIU Qianyu DU Zhenwu ZHU He ZHAO Tianyu PAN Ying 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,2:0
