1二期尿道成型术更适合于需要横断尿道板并伴有严重弯曲畸形的近段型尿道下裂显示文摘对于伴有严重阴茎弯曲的尿道下裂,横断尿道板后是选择一期还是二期手术仍存在争议。这项回顾性研究比较评价了这两种方法的优劣。本研究共收集66例伴有严重阴茎弯曲的近端型尿道下裂的患者,根据手术方式分成两组,其中32例行一期手术(Duckett),34例行二期手术。一期和二期手术组的中位年龄分别为7.5岁和11.0岁,中位随访时间分别为28.5个月和35个月。所有患者术后尿道外口均位于龟头顶端。随访期间无患者出现阴茎弯曲复发,患者及其家属对阴茎的长度和外观均满意。术后两组各有8例患者出现并发症,两组间并发症率无统计学差异。一期手术尿道狭窄的远期并发症率高j(18.75%1,JO%)。在一期手术组中,青春期前患者的并发症率显著低于青春期后患者(10.52%w46.15%3。中期随访结果提示,横断尿道板可有效矫正近端型尿道下裂合并的重度阴茎弯曲。考虑到一期手术组中较高的尿道狭窄发生率,本文认为分期手术更适合伴有严重阴茎弯曲需要横断尿道板的近端型尿道下裂。Da-Chao Zheng Hai-Jun Yao Zhi-Kang Cai Jun Da Qi Chen Yan-Bo Chen Ke Zhang Ming-Xi Xu Mu-Jun Lu Zhong Wang 2015Asian Journal of Andrology2015,17,1:13

3Metabolism Study on Tobacco-specific N-Nitrosamines in Rabbit by Solid-phase Extraction and Liquid Chromatography-electrospray Ionization-mass Spectrometry Method显示文摘Metabolism of four tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines (TSNAs), N′-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), N′-nitrosoanatabine (NAT), N′-nitrosoanabasine (NAB) and 4-(methyl nitrosamino)-1- (3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) was studied by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and liquid chromato- graphy-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS). SPE and LC-ESI-MS method was evaluated to be rapid, simple, sensitive and selective for analysis of TSNAs in rabbit serum. The doses of TSNAs administrated were 4.666 μgkg and 11.665 μgkg according to different levels in cigarettes. 4Near-Real-Time Carbon Emission Accounting Technology Toward Carbon Neutrality显示文摘Climate change is the greatest environmental threat to humans and the planet in the 21st century.Global anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions are one of the main causes of the increasing number of extreme climate events.Cumulative carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions showed a linear relationship with cumulative temperature rise since the pre-industrial stage,and this accounts for approximately 80%of the total anthropogenic greenhouse gases.Therefore,accurate and reliable carbon emission data are the foundation and scientific basis for most emission reduction policymaking and target setting.Currently,China has made clear the ambitious goal of achieving the peak of carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.The development of a finer-grained spatiotemporal carbon emission database is urgently needed to achieve more accurate carbon emission monitoring for continuous implementation and the iterative improvement of emission reduction policies.Near-real-time carbon emission monitoring is not only a major national demand but also a scientific question at the frontier of this discipline.This article reviews existing annual-based carbon accounting methods,with a focus on the newly developed real-time carbon emission technology and its current application trends.We also present a framework for the latest near-real-time carbon emission accounting technology that can be widely used.The development of relevant data and methods will provide strong database support to the policymaking for China’s“carbon neutrality”strategy.Finally,this article provides an outlook on the future of real-time carbon emission monitoring technology.Zhu Liu Taochun Sun Ying Yu Piyu Ke Zhu Deng Chenxi Lu Da Huo Xiang Ding 2022Engineering2022,8,7:5
5Granular porous calcium carbonate particles for scalable and high-performance solar-driven thermochemical heat storage显示文摘Calcium carbonate is promising thermochemical heat storage material for next-generation solar power systems due to its high energy storage density,low cost,and high operation temperature.Researchers have tried to improve energy storage performances of calcium carbonate recently,but most researches focus on powders,which are not suitable for scalable applications.Here,novel granular porous calcium carbonate particles with very high solar absorptance,energy storage density,abrasive resistances,and energy storage rate are proposed for direct solar thermochemical heat storage.The average solar absorptance is improved by 234%compared with ordinary particles.Both cycle stability and abrasive resistances are excellent with almost no decay of energy storage density over 25 cycles nor apparent particle weight loss over 24 h of continuous operation insides a planetary ball mill.In addition,the decomposition temperature is reduced by 2.8%–5.6%while the reaction rate of heat storage is enhanced by 80%–205%depending on the CO_(2) partial pressure.The decomposition process of doped granular porous CaCO_(3) particles is found to involve three overlapping processes.This work provides new routes to achieve scalable direct solar thermochemical heat storage for next-generation high-temperature solar power systems.SONG Chao LIU XiangLei XUAN YiMin ZHENG HangBin GAO Ke TENG Liang DA Yun LI Chuan LI YongLiang DING YuLong 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,10:4

7CDH13 Genetic Polymorphisms, Adiponectin and Ischemic Stroke: a Chinese Family-based Sib-pair Study显示文摘Objective To understand the relationships between CDH13(T-cadherin) genetic polymorphisms, adiponectin levels and ischemic stroke, and possible interactions between CDH13 polymorphisms and other risk factors. Methods We recruited 342 Chinese ischemic stroke sib pairs. We genotyped rs4783244 and rs7193788 on CDH13 using time-of-flight mass spectrometry genotyping technology and measured total and high-molecular weight(HMW) adiponectin levels. We investigated associations between SNPs and ischemic stroke, and interactions between SNPs and other risk factors using multi-level mixed-effects regression model. Results In individuals without ischemic stroke, CDH13 rs4783244 was associated with total adiponectin levels(per T: Coef =-0.257, P = 0.001). CDH13 rs7193788 was associated with total adiponectin levels(per A: Coef =-0.221, P = 0.001) and HMW adiponectin levels(per A: Coef =-0.163, P = 0.003). rs7193788 was significantly associated with ischemic stroke(GA/AA vs. GG: OR = 1.55, 95% CI: 1.07 to 2.24, P = 0.020) after Bonferroni correction(α = 0.025). There was an interaction between rs7193788 and diabetes(P = 0.036). Compared to diabetes-free individuals with rs7193788 GG genotype, diabetes patients with rs7193788 GA/AA genotypes had higher risks for ischemic stroke(OR = 2.64, 95% CI: 1.58-4.40, P < 0.001). Conclusion CDH13 genetic polymorphisms are associated with adiponectin levels and ischemic stroke. 9Influence of Diesel Engine Intake Throttle and Late Post Injection Process on the Rise of Temperature in the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst显示文摘In order to effectively implement DPF(Diesel Particulate Filters)regeneration control,thermal management of exhaust products before and inside Diesel Oxidation Catalyst(DOC)is necessary.In the present study,the Influence of the intake throttle valve and late post injection process on temperature rise inside DOC is analyzed through engine bench tests.The steady experiment results show that adjustment of the intake throttle valve can effectively increase exhaust temperature before DOC;in particular,with intake throttle valve opening at 20%,temperature before DOC can be increased by about 170℃ with respect to the full opening.An increase in the late post injection quantity can produce a significant rise of the temperature inside DOC,however its impact on the exhaust temperature before DOC is relatively limited.As the late post injection quantity increases,Hydrocarbon(HC)emissions also grow;in the present work it is shown that with a proper injection quantity,a considerable temperature increase inside the DOC can be obtained with relatively low HC emission.More specifically,with the intake throttle valve at 30%and DOC reaching ignition temperature as the late post injection quantity is increased,the exhaust temperature after DOC can be made larger than 550℃,adequate for DPF active regeneration.Ke Sun Da Li Hao Liu Shuzhan Bai 2020Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2020,16,3:3
