1Investigation of SUS304 Stainless Steel with Warm Hydro-mechanical Deep Drawing显示文摘Basing on warm mechanical property of SUS304 stainless steel and hydro-mechanical deep drawing process, warm hydro-mechanical deep drawing process is proposed and discussed with experiments in this paper. The experiments are performed at four different temperatures. The results show that the formability of stainless steel is improved under the condition of warm temperature. 2Experimental study on the partial discharge and AC breakdown properties of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)mixture显示文摘As an environmental friendly insulating medium,C_(4)F_(7)N has received extensive attention in the past two years.In this study,the partial discharge(PD)and breakdown characteristics of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture were investigated using the gas insulation performance test platform.The influence of gas pressure and mixing ratio on the PD initial voltage(PDIV)and breakdown voltage of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture in different electric fields was tested.It was found that the PDIV and breakdown voltage of gas mixture with 2-8%C_(4)F_(7)N in the highly non-uniform field showed a linear saturation increasing trend with the change of gas pressure and mixing ratio.The breakdown voltage of gas mixture increases linearly with gas pressure in the quasi-uniform electric field.The relative breakdown voltage of gas mixture in the highly non-uniform field under high-pressure conditions is inferior to those of low-pressure conditions.The C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture containing 2-8%C_(4)F_(7)N is sensitive to the non-uniformity of electric field.According to the PD and breakdown tests results,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture with 2-8%C_(4)F_(7)N has the potential to replace SF6 using in gas-insulated equipment.Yi Li Xiaoxing Zhang Ji Zhang Mingli Fu Ran Zhuo Yi Luo Dachang Chen Song Xiao 2019High Voltage2019,4,1:4
3Adaptive control of parallel manipulators via fuzzy-neural network algorithm显示文摘This paper considers adaptive control of parallel manipulators combined with fuzzy-neural network algo- rithms (FNNA). With this algorithm, the robustness is guaranteed by the adaptive control law and the parametric uncertain- ties are eliminated. FNNA is used to handle model uncertainties and external disturbances. In the proposed control scheme, we consider modifying the weight of fuzzy rules and present these rules to a MIMO system of parallel manipulators with more than three degrees-of-freedom (DoF). The algorithm has the advantage of not requiring the inverse of the Jacobian matrix especially for the low DoF parallel manipulators. 4Application on the'Shear-Extrusion'Process to Form Large-size High-pressure Valve Bodies显示文摘This paper describes a new metal plastic forming process named 'shear-extrusion'. The new process is studied by using numerical analysis and experiment methods, and applied to form large-size high pressure valve bodies used by power plant boiler. 5Exploring single atom catalysts of transition-metal doped phosphorus carbide monolayer for HER:A first-principles study显示文摘Hydrogen has been identified as one of the most promising sustainable and clean energy. Developing hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) catalyst with high activity is essential for satisfying the future requirements. Considering novel advantages of two-dimensional materials and high catalytic activity of atomic transition metal, in this study, using density functional theory calculation, the HER on single transitionmetal(23 different TM atoms) doped phosphorus carbide monolayer(α-PC) has been investigated. The Volmer–Tafel and Volmer–Heyrovsky reaction mechanisms, and the stability of the most promising HER catalyst are also included. The results show that Ir-αPC with high physical and thermal stability has the most optimal value of Gibbs free adsorption energy for H atom. The relationship of d band center and the HER activity shows a volcano-like curve. 6Influence regularity of O_(2)on dielectric and decomposition properties of C_(4)F_(7)N-CO_(2)-O_(2)gas mixture for medium-voltage equipment显示文摘Fluorinated nitrile(C_(4)F_(7)N)gas mixture has been introduced as the most promising candidate to replace sulfur hexafluoride using in gas-insulated equipment.In this study,the authors explored the influence of oxygen on the dielectric and decomposition properties of C_(4)F_(7)N–CO_(2)–O_(2)gas mixture.The authors found that the dielectric strength of the C_(4)F_(7)N–CO_(2)–O_(2)gas mixture with 2,4,6,8 and 10%O_(2)was increased by 4.85%,6.49%,7.70%,3.21%and 2.74%compared with C_(4)F_(7)N–CO_(2).The addition of 2–6%O_(2)to the C_(4)F_(7)N–CO_(2)gas mixture could effectively reduce the content of most of the decomposition byproducts such as CF4,CO,C_(2)F_(6),C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),CF_(3)CN,C_(2)F_(5)CN,(CN)2.While high content of oxygen(>6%)results in higher decomposition of C_(4)F_(7)N,which has a negative effect on the stability of C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture.Generally,it is recommended to add 2–6%O_(2)in the C_(4)F_(7)N–CO_(2)gas mixture to improve its insulation properties as well as inhibit the decomposition of C_(4)F_(7)N in the discharge for medium-voltage engineering application.Yi Li Xiaoxing Zhang Fanchao Ye Dachang Chen Shuangshuang Tian Zhaolun Cui 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:2
7Topology optimization of a 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism based on Stewart propotype platform显示文摘To improve the global stiffness and conveniently build a model of a compliant mechanism with spatial multiple degrees of freedom(DOF),the topology optimization method,combined with the isomorphic mapping matrix,is proposed in this paper for structure synthesis of a 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism.By using the differential approximation method,the Jacobian matrix of the Stewart prototype platform is calculated as the isomorphic mapping matrix,and its eigenvalues and eigenvectors are considered.Combining the isomorphic mapping matrix with the solid isotropic material with the penalization topology optimization method,the topological model of the 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism is constructed,and a topological structure of the 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism is derived which has the same differential kinematic characteristics as the Gough-Stewart prototype platform.Piezoelectric actuators are mounted inside the topological structure during the three-dimensional printing manufacturing process,and its driver directions are in accordance with the driver configuration directions of the Gough-Stewart prototype platform.The effectiveness of the proposed method for topological structure synthesis of the 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism is demonstrated through several numerical examples and experimental studies.Dachang Zhu Wanghu Zhan 2019Acta Mechanica Sinica2019,35,5:2
8Zinc-based metal organic framework with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties for promoting wound healing显示文摘The synergistic effect of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory is needed to overcome the problem of wound healing difficulties.Based on the favorable antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect of zinc ions(Zn^(2+))and the physicochemical properties of metal organic frameworks(MOFs),we prepared nanosized zinc-based MOF:Zn-BTC with the ability to slowly release Zn^(2+).In cellular levels,Zn-BTC possessed lower toxicity to fibroblasts and enhanced capacity of cell proliferation and migration.It also had good bactericidal effect on multiple drug-resistant bacteria by reducing 41.4%MRSA and 47.2%Escherichia coli.In addition,Zn-BTC also displayed the ability of lowering the expression of antioxidant genes:superoxide dismutase 1,superoxide dismutase 2 and interleukin 6,and enhancing the expression of wound healing genes:transforming growth factors-b and type I collagen.Finally,it also demonstrated that Zn-BTC could effectively improve the skin wound healing of SD rats and had no toxicity on major organs.The favorable biocompatibility,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of Zn-BTC gave a new insight of designing novel MOFs for promoting skin wound healing.Yuting Chen Jinhong Cai Dachang Liu Shuhan Liu Doudou Lei Li Zheng Qingjun Wei Ming Gao 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:2

20Finite Element Analysis of the Steel Reinforced Plastic Pipe显示文摘The steel reinforced plastic pipe is a kind of green environmental protection pipelines with double-sides corrosionresisting and better withstanding to medium working pressure. The structure and technical process of this pipe are described briefly in this paper, and the finite element analysis has been done for the sake of understanding the distributions of stress and displacement inside this pipe under hydrostatic pressure.
