| 1 | Parametric Problems in Power System Analysis:Recent Applications of Polynomial Approximation Based on Galerkin Method显示文摘In power systems, there are many uncertainty factors such as power outputs of distributed generations and fluctuations of loads. It is very beneficial to power system analysis to acquire an explicit function describing the relationship between these factors(namely parameters) and power system states(or performances). This problem, termed as parametric problem(PP) in this paper, can be solved by Galerkin method,which is a powerful and mathematically rigorous method aiming to seek an accurate explicit approximate function by projection techniques. This paper provides a review of the applications of polynomial approximation based on Galerkin method in power system PPs as well as stochastic problems. First, the fundamentals of polynomial approximation and Galerkin method are introduced. Then, the process of solving three types of typical PPs by polynomial approximation based on Galerkin method is elaborated. | 5 | Distribution of Organic Pesticide HCH in Jiaozhou Bay显示文摘According to the investigated data of Jiaozhou Bay in April,August,September and October of 1989,distribution,source and seasonal change of HCH in Jiaozhou Bay were analyzed. Results showed that HCH content changed during 0. 012 7-0. 069 8 μg /L in Jiaozhou Bay and was very low. Seen from HCH content,water in Jiaozhou Bay was cleaner,and HCH did not have seasonal change. Horizontal distribution of HCH showed that HCH was directly input into offshore water only by surface runoff,and there was no river input. HCH was area source and was from land. In Jiaozhou Bay,the maximum HCH was gradually becoming smaller,and input manner also changed. | 8 | Novel joint encoding/decoding algorithms of fountain codes for underwater acoustic communication显示文摘Fountain codes are considered to be a promising coding technique in underwater acoustic communication(UAC) which is challenged with the unique propagation features of the underwater acoustic channel and the harsh marine environment. And Luby transform(LT) codes are the first codes fully realizing the digital fountain concept. However, in conventional LT encoding/decoding algorithms, due to the imperfect coverage(IC) of input symbols and short cycles in the generator matrix, stopping sets would occur and terminate the decoding. Thus, the recovery probability is reduced,high coding overhead is required and decoding delay is increased.These issues would be disadvantages while applying LT codes in underwater acoustic communication. Aimed at solving those issues, novel encoding/decoding algorithms are proposed. First,a doping and non-uniform selecting(DNS) encoding algorithm is proposed to solve the IC and the generation of short cycles problems. And this can reduce the probability of stopping sets occur during decoding. Second, a hybrid on the fly Gaussian elimination and belief propagation(OFG-BP) decoding algorithm is designed to reduce the decoding delay and efficiently utilize the information of stopping sets. | 9 | 托瑞米芬单药及联合吉西他滨对人肺腺癌A549细胞的抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of toremifene on A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells, and its sensibilization with gemcitabine, so that to provide a new clinical approach for non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: A549 cells were seeded into 96-well plates and exposed to different agents(gemcitabine or gemcitabine with toremifene). The cytotoxicity of each agent was evaluated by MTT, cell cycle and apoptotic rate were detected by flow cytometry(FCM). Results: 1. By using FCM, we found A549 cells in S and G2/M phases with toremifene decreased but increased in G0/G1 phase. The higher concentration of toremifene, the more decreased was when compared with the control group. 2. FCM showed toremifene's apoptosis effect on A549 cells increased with its increasing dose. 3. By MTT, toremifene had no cytotoxic effect on A549 cells at the concentration of 5 or 2.5 μmol/L. The IC50 of gemcitabine to A549 was 34.51 μmol/L, and the combined group was 13.59 μmol/L. Conclusion: Toremifene could inhibit the growth of A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells. O-esterification has been demonstrated for the first time as a promising way to prepare enhanced CL reagents for sensing hemin, bloodstain and horseradish peroxidase(HRP). The most effective analogue with a deuterated acetyl group exhibited greater potential than luminol for bloodstain imaging and HRP imaging in western blotting(WB). In addition, O-etherification can greatly suppress CL signal that has been applied to design a CL probe for β-glucosidase(β-Glu).
