1Novel CeO_2@TiO_2 core–shell nanostructure catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH_3显示文摘The CeO_2@TiO_2 core-shell nanostructure catalyst prepared by a two-step hydrothermal method was used for selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx with NH_3 in this study.The catalyst presented the obvious core-shell structure,and the shell was amorphous TiO_2which could protect the active center from the SO_2 erosion.The catalyst showed high activity and stability,excellent N_2 selectivity and superior SO_2 resistance and H_2O tolerance.Characterizations such as TEM,HR-TEM,XRD,BET,XPS,NH_3-TPD,and H_2-TPR were carried out.The results indicated that the catalyst had large surface area and the active sites were well dispersed on the surface.The NH_3-TPD,H_2-TPR and XPS results implied that its increased SCR activity might be due to the enhancement of NH_3 chemisorption and the increase of active oxygen species,both of which were conductive to NH_3 activation.The excellent catalytic performance suggests that it is a promising candidate for SCR catalyst.Bingjie Huang Danqing Yu Zhongyi Sheng Liu Yang 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:15

10Construction of mini-Tn4001 transposon vector for Mycoplasma gallisepticum显示文摘The detailed genetic analysis of mycoplasmas has long been hampered by the lack of appropriate tools for genetic manipulation. In this study, the transposon vector, mini-Tn4001tetM, was constructed containing the tnp gene, encoding a transposase gene in Staphylococcus aureus, two copies of the IS256 inverted repeat sequence (inner and outer) and the tetM gene, from the Enterococcus faecalis Tn916 transposon, conferring resistance to tetracycline. This vector was electro-transformed into Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG). The recombinant cells were screened by tetracycline selection. 11Reactive Transport Modeling of Long-Term CO2 Sequestration Mechanisms at the Shenhua CCS Demonstration Project,China显示文摘Carbon dioxide injection into deep saline aquifers results in a variety of strongly coupled physical and chemical processes. In this study, reactive transport simulations using a 2-D radial model were performed to investigate the fate of the injected CO_2, the effect of CO_2-water-rock interactions on mineral alteration, and the long-term CO_2 sequestration mechanisms of the Liujiagou Formation sandstone at the Shenhua CCS(carbon capture and storage) pilot site of China. Carbon dioxide was injected at a constant rate of 0.1 Mt/year for 30 years, and the fluid flow and geochemical transport simulation was run for a period of 10 000 years by the TOUGHREACT code according to the underground conditions of the Liujiagou Formation. The results show that different trapping phases of CO_2 vary with time. Sensitivity analyses indicate that plagioclase composition and chlorite presence are the most significant determinants of stable carbonate minerals and CO_2 mineral trapping capacity. For arkosic arenite in the Liujiagou Formation, CO_2 can be immobilized by precipitation of ankerite, magnesite, siderite, dawsonite, and calcite for different mineral compositions, with Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+), Fe^(2+) and Na^+ provided by dissolution of calcite, albite(or oligoclase) and chlorite. 13BrΦnsted acid-promoted ‘on-water’ C(sp^3)-H functionalization fot the synthesis of isoindolinone/[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives targeting the SKP2-CKS1 interaction显示文摘The isoindolinone and biaryl scaffolds are prevalent in natural products and drug molecules,which have showed broad and interesting biological activities.The efficient construction of such hybridized molecules and biological evaluation are of great interest to medicinal chemistry community.In this communication,we report an efficient BrΦnsted acid-promoted C(sp^3)-H functionalization approach that enables the rapid construction of biologically important isoindolinone/[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine hybrids from 5-methyl-7-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine,2-formylbenzoic acid and various anilines.The title compounds were generated in high to excellent yields(up to 96%)regardless of the electronic nature and steric effects of the substituents.In this reaction,an isoindolinone scaffold,one C-C single bond,and two C-N bonds were formed simultaneously with high atom economy.In this work,we have envisioned that the methyl group linked to the electron-deficient Nheterocycles could be used as a new synthetic handle for late-state diversification and may have broad applications in the field of organic and medicinal chemistry.Besides,the title compounds have exhibited promising activity against the SKP2-CKS1 interaction.Shuo Yuan Sixi Wang Min Zhao Danqing Zhang Jinjie Chen Jian-Xin Li Jingya Zhang Yihui Song Jinyi Wang Bin Yu Hongmin Liu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2:1

20Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin ameliorates aging-impaired endogenous tendon regeneration by rejuvenating senescent tendon stem/progenitor cells显示文摘Adult tendon stem/progenitor cells(TSPCs)are essential for tendon maintenance,regeneration,and repair,yet they become susceptible to senescence with age,impairing the self-healing capacity of tendons.In this study,we employ a recently developed deep-learning-based efficacy prediction system to screen potential stemness-promoting and senescence-inhibiting drugs from natural products using the transcriptional signatures of stemness.The top-ranked candidate,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin(POG),a saposhnikovia root extract,could ameliorate TPSC senescent phenotypes caused by long-term passage and natural aging in rats and humans,as well as restore the self-renewal and proliferative capacities and tenogenic potential of aged TSPCs.In vivo,the systematic administration of POG or the local delivery of POG nanoparticles functionally rescued endogenous tendon regeneration and repair in aged rats to levels similar to those of normal animals.Mechanistically,POG protects TSPCs against functional impairment during both passage-induced and natural aging by simultaneously suppressing nuclear factor-κB and decreasing mTOR signaling with the induction of autophagy.Thus,the strategy of pharmacological intervention with the deep learning-predicted compound POG could rejuvenate aged TSPCs and improve the regenerative capacity of aged tendons.Yu Wang Shanshan Jin Dan Luo Danqing He Min Yu Lisha Zhu Zixin Li Liyuan Chen Chengye Ding Xiaolan Wu Tianhao Wu Weiran Huang Xuelin Zhao Meng Xu Zhengwei Xie Yan Liu 2023Bone Research2023,11,4:0
