| 1 | ARNI对我国HFrEF患者死亡率的影响及潜在效益评估显示文摘目的:对血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂(Angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibition,ARNI)治疗左心室射血分数下降的心衰(Heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction,HFr EF)所预防或延缓死亡而带来的潜在收益进行定量研究。方法:采用Microsoft Excel 2013构建基于中国HFr EF患者的死亡预测模型,对ARNI治疗HFr EF与安慰剂治疗相比所预防或延缓的死亡人数进行预测,并对关键参数进行敏感性分析。其中,中国心衰患者人口大小计算资料和排除标准,以及ARNI、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,ACEI)和安慰剂等治疗方案的死亡率数据来源于公开发表的文献。结果:在中国的450万心衰患者中有1,011,508名患者符合ARNI治疗标准;采用ARNI治疗HFr EF每年导致的全因死亡人数为80,391人,采用安慰剂治疗HFr EF每年导致的全因死亡人数为136,479人,ARNI相比于安慰剂每年可预防或延缓的死亡人数为56,087(41.1%)人,对关键因素敏感性分析显示,每年可预防或延缓的死亡人数的浮动范围为42,789~249,276人。结论:在中国应用ARNI治疗HFr EF可预防或延缓死亡而带来潜在收益,建议在适宜的人群中推荐和推广ARNI治疗方案。 | 黄峻 朱水清 Dennis Xuan 肖敦明 徐映锐 宣建伟 | 2018 | 中国医疗保险2018,,9: | 4 |

| 9 | GO-modified flexible polymer nanocomposites fabricated via 3D stereolithography显示文摘Graphene oxide(GO)induced enhancement of elastomer properties showed a great deal of potential in recent years,but it is still limited by the barrier of the complicated synthesis processes.Stereolithography(SLA),used in fabrication of thermosets and very recently in“flexible”polymers with elastomeric properties,presents itself as simple and user-friendly method for integration of GO into elastomers.In this work,it was first time demonstrated that GO loadings can be incorporated into commercial flexible photopolymer resins to successfully fabricate GO/elastomer nanocomposites via readily accessible,consumer-oriented SLA printer.The material properties of the resulting polymer was characterized and tested.The mechanical strength,stiffness,and the elongation of the resulting polymer decreased with the addition of GO.The thermal properties were also adversely affected upon the increase in the GO content based on differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis results.It was proposed that the GO agglomerates within the 3D printed composites,can result in significant change in both mechanical and thermal properties of the resulting nanocomposites.This study demonstrated the possibility for the development of the GO/elastomer nanocomposites after the optimization of the GO/“Hexible”photoreactive resin formulation for SLA with suitable annealing process of the composite in future. | Chi Him Alpha Tsang Adilet Zhakeyev Dennis Y.C.Leung Jin Xuan | 2019 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2019,13,4: | 0 |
| 10 | Isolation and Spectroscopic Characterization of Protonated Mixed [Tetrakis (4-pyridyl)porphyrinato] (phthalocyaninato)Rare Earth (Ⅲ)Double-decker Compounds显示文摘The treatment of tetrakis (4-pyridyl) porphyrin H2TPyP with a hydrated rare earth (III) acetylacetonate RE(acac)3 · nH2O (RE=Y, Eu, Gd) in 1,2, 4-trichlorobenzene (TCB) pro- duced a monomeric porphyrinato rare earth compound RE (TPyP) acac, which further reacted with dicyanobenzene in amyl alcohol in the presence of 1, 8-diazabicyclo [5. 4. 0] undec-7-ene (DBU), giving HRE(TPyP) (Pc) in a good yield. Upon exposure to air, part of the protonated mixed double-deckers in CHC13 solutions converted slowly to the corresponding neutral complexes RE (TPyP) (Pc). These protonated complexes were characterized by means of UV-V is, IR, NMR, mass spectroscopies.
