| 1 | Differentiating Data Collection for Cloud Environment Monitoring显示文摘In a growing number of information processing applications,data takes the form of continuous data streams rather than traditional stored databases.Monitoring systems that seek to provide monitoring services in cloud environment must be prepared to deal gracefully with huge data collections without compromising system performance.In this paper,we show that by using a concept of urgent data,our system can shorten the response time for most 'urgent' queries while guarantee lower bandwidth consumption.We argue that monitoring data can be treated differently.Some data capture critical system events;the arrival of these data will significantly influence the monitoring reaction speed which is called urgent data.High speed urgent data collections can help system to react in real time when facing fatal errors.A cloud environment in production,MagicCube,is used as a test bed.Extensive experiments over both real world and synthetic traces show that when using urgent data,monitoring system can lower the response latency compared with existing monitoring approaches. | MENG You LUAN Zhongzhi QIAN Depei | 2014 | China Communications2014,11,4: | 2 |
| 2 | An Open-Label Study of Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin,Vincristine, and Reduced-Dose Dexamethasone Combination Therapy in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Patients in the Chinese Population显示文摘OBJECTIVE Though doxorubicin is highly activein the treatment of multiple myeloma, its toxicityprofile limits its therapeutic index. We performed thisstudy to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pegylatedliposomal doxorubicin (PLD, Caelyx^(?)), vincristine,and reduced-dose dexamethasone combinationtherapy in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM)patients in a Chinese population.METHODS This was an open-label, single-armstudy in which newly diagnosed patients with MMreceived PLD 40 mg/m^2 intravenously on Day 1,vincristine 1.4 mg/m^2 intravenously (maximum 2 mg)on Day 1, and 40 mg of dexarnethasone (intravenouslyor orally) from Day 1 to Day 4. Treatment wasrepeated every 28 days for at least 4 cycles.RESULTS In the intent-to-treat (ITT) analysis, theoverall response rate was 68.29%, and the completeremission rate was 10.98%. The incidence of alladverse events was 46.34%. | 3 | Four-year follow-up of patients with imatinib-resistant or intolerant chronic myeloid leukemia receiving dasatinib:efficacy and safety显示文摘Dasatinib is a highly effective second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).In 2007,a pivotal phase-2 study of dasatinib as second-line treatment was initiated in 140 Chinese CML patients.This report from the 4-year follow-up revealed that 73% of 59 patients in chronic phase (CML-CP) and 32% of 25 patients in accelerated phase (CML-AP) remained under treatment.The initial dosage of dasatinib for CML-CP and CML-AP patients were 100 mg once daily and 70 mg twice daily (total=140 mg/ day),respectively.The cumulative major cytogenetic response (MCyR) rate among patients with CML-CP was 66.1%(versus 50.8% at 18 months),and the median time to MCyR was 12.7 weeks.All CML-CP patients who achieved MCyR after a 4-year follow-up also achieved a complete cytogenetic response.The cumulative complete hematological response (CHR) rate among patients with CML-AP was 64%(16/25),with three CML-AP patients achieving CHR between 18 months and 4 years of follow-up;the median time to CHR was 16.4 weeks.The adverse event (AE) profile of dasatinib at 4 years was similar to that at 6 and 18 months.The most frequently reported AEs (any grade) included pleural effusion,headache,and myelosuppression.These long-term follow-up data continue to support dasatinib as a second-line treatment for Chinese patients with CML. | Xiaojun Huang Qian Jiang Jianda Hu Jianyong Li Jie Jin Fanyi Meng Zhixiang Shen Ting Liu Depei Wu Jianmin Wang Jianxiang Wang | 2019 | Frontiers of Medicine2019,13,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Difluoromethyl 2-Pyridyl Sulfoximine:A Stereoselective Nucleophilic Reagent for Difluoro(aminosulfinyl)methylation and Difluoro(aminosulfonyl)methylation显示文摘1,1-Difluorinated sulfonamides are known to have better anti-inflammatory activity and enzyme inhibitory potency than their nonfluorinated counterparts.Two geminal fluorine atoms cause electronic perturbation of the nearby polar groups enhanced the biological activity of the 1,1-difluorinated sulfonamides.However,because methods for their stereoselective synthesis are scarce,such entities remain entirely unexplored.Here,we outline an efficient method for the stereoselective introduction of the difluoro(aminosulfonyl)methyl group(CF_(2)SO_(2)NH_(2))into carbonyls,imines,and alkyl halides with a new(R)-2-pyridyl difluoromethyl sulfoximine reagent,which provides a unique solution for the synthesis of chiralα,α-difluorinated sulfonamides with a quaternary stereocenter.Its potency is illustrated by the synthesis of fluorinated analogues of bioactive compounds such as 2-OH-SA,an antagonist for the GABA_(B)receptor in guinea pig ileum,and the late-stage modification of complex molecules such as haloperidol,ebastine,cholesterol,and(+)-δ-tocopherol derivatives.Stereoselective difluoro(aminosulfinyl)methylation to yield chiral sulfinylamides is presented,showcasing other uses of this new reagent. | Qinghe Liu Chuanfa Ni Qian Wang Depei Meng Jinbo Hu | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,11: | 0 |
