First, a neural network(NN) identifier based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) is constructed to model the unknown system dynamics. By utilizing the estimated system states, the particle swarm optimized critic neural network(PSOCNN) is employed to solve the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation(HJBE) more efficiently.Then, a data-based FTC scheme, which consists of the NN identifier and the fault compensator, is proposed to achieve actuator fault tolerance. The stability of the closed-loop system under actuator faults is guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability theorem. | 4 | Residential Energy Scheduling for Variable Weather Solar Energy Based on Adaptive Dynamic Programming显示文摘The residential energy scheduling of solar energy is an important research area of smart grid. On the demand side, factors such as household loads, storage batteries, the outside public utility grid and renewable energy resources, are combined together as a nonlinear, time-varying, indefinite and complex system, which is difficult to manage or optimize. Many nations have already applied the residential real-time pricing to balance the burden on their grid. In order to enhance electricity efficiency of the residential micro grid, this paper presents an action dependent heuristic dynamic programming(ADHDP) method to solve the residential energy scheduling problem. The highlights of this paper are listed below. First,the weather-type classification is adopted to establish three types of programming models based on the features of the solar energy. In addition, the priorities of different energy resources are set to reduce the loss of electrical energy transmissions.Second, three ADHDP-based neural networks, which can update themselves during applications, are designed to manage the flows of electricity. Third, simulation results show that the proposed scheduling method has effectively reduced the total electricity cost and improved load balancing process. | 6 | A novel policy iteration based deterministic Q-learning for discrete-time nonlinear systems显示文摘In this paper, a novel iterative Q-learning algorithm, called 'policy iteration based deterministic Qlearning algorithm', is developed to solve the optimal control problems for discrete-time deterministic nonlinear systems. The idea is to use an iterative adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) technique to construct the iterative control law which optimizes the iterative Q function. When the optimal Q function is obtained, the optimal control law can be achieved by directly minimizing the optimal Q function, where the mathematical model of the system is not necessary. Convergence property is analyzed to show that the iterative Q function is monotonically non-increasing and converges to the solution of the optimality equation. It is also proven that any of the iterative control laws is a stable control law. Neural networks are employed to implement the policy iteration based deterministic Q-learning algorithm, by approximating the iterative Q function and the iterative control law, respectively. | 8 | News Keyword Extraction Algorithm Based on Semantic Clustering and Word Graph Model显示文摘The internet is an abundant source of news every day. Thus, efficient algorithms to extract keywords from the text are important to obtain information quickly. However, the precision and recall of mature keyword extraction algorithms need improvement. TextRank, which is derived from the PageRank algorithm, uses word graphs to spread the weight of words. The keyword weight propagation in Text Rank focuses only on word frequency. To improve the performance of the algorithm, we propose Semantic Clustering TextRank(SCTR), a semantic clustering news keyword extraction algorithm based on TextRank. Firstly, the word vectors generated by the Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers(BERT) model are used to perform k-means clustering to represent semantic clustering. Then, the clustering results are used to construct a TextRank weight transfer probability matrix. Finally,iterative calculation of word graphs and extraction of keywords are performed. The test target of this experiment is a Chinese news library. | 10 | RESPONSE OF SEDIMENT DISCHARGE TO ECOHYDROLOGICAL FACTORS IN LUERGOU CATCHMENT BASED ON WAVELET ANALYSIS显示文摘The response of sediment discharge rate to the following four ecohydrological factors: temperature, rainfall, evapotranspiration (ET), and stream flow was evaluated by conducting wavelet analysis on Luergou small catchment data ranging from 1982 to 2000. For sediment discharge rate, there was an overall trend of reduction that included a periodic oscillation of 6 to 7 years per cycle. Rainfall also had an overall trend of reduction that included two periodic oscillations of 7 years per cycle and 2 years per cycle, respectively. Stream flow had the same trend as rainfall but had one periodic oscillation of 6 to 7 years per cycle. In contrast with rainfall and stream flow, the trends for temperature and ET each showed an overall increasing tendency, and both had the same two periodic oscillations of 6 to 7 years per cycle and 4 years per cycle, respectively. The sediment discharge rate had significant relationships with the four ecohydrological factors, with stream flow and rainfall having positive correlations, while ET and temperature had negative correlations. The correlation between ET and sediment discharge rate became stronger when ET was compared to the sediment discharge rate of the following year. | 15 | Development and characterization of synthetic amphiploids of Oryza sativa and Oryza latifolia显示文摘Oryza sativa and Oryza latifolia belong to the AA and CCDD genomes of Oryza, respectively. In this study, amphiploids were obtained from the tube seedlings of O. sativa 9 O. latifolia F1 hybrids by treatment with colchicine, an agent for chromosome doubling. Subsequently, amphiploids were investigated using the methods of morphology, genomic in situ hybridization, and molecular markers. Amphiploids were characterized by a shorter plant height, larger diameter of stem, longer and wider leaves, darker leaf color, decreased spikelets per panicle and panicle length, and larger spikelets and anthers than the original F1 hybrid. Based on the mitotic metaphase chromosome number of the investigated root tips, the somatic chromosome number of the amphiploid is 2n = 72.Additionally, the amphiploid is an allohexaploid, and its genomic constitution is AACCDD by genomic in situ hybridization analysis.
