| 1 | Passivation Mechanism of 316L Stainless Steel in Oxidizing Acid Solution显示文摘The compositions and the chemical valence states of elements of 316L stainless steel passive film formed in the oxidizing acid solution were studied by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopic (XPS) analysis. The electrochemical polarization curve was measured. The passivation process in the oxidizing acid solution was studied by AC impedance technology. The results indicated that the stable compounds layer was formed on the surface of the sample and the adsorption was the main step in the nitrite solution during passivation process. The catalysis passivation mechanism was put forward according to the experimental results. During passivation process, the water molecule was adsorbed on the surface of the sample at first in the oxidizing acid solution. The oxidizer in the solution played a role as catalyst. The oxide and hydroxide, which could be changed each other and finally formed stable passive film, were generated from adsorbing intermediate under the catalytic action. The mathematical models for predicting the steady polarization curve and the AC impedance spectra at certain conditions have been obtained. | 4 | Corrosion Fatigue Behavior of Duplex Stainless Steel in 3.5% Sodium Chloride Solution显示文摘The corrosion fatigue behavior of duplex stainless steel (DSS) was studied at different cyclic stress levels in 3.5%NaCl (mass fraction, so as the follows) solution (pH = 7) at 50℃. The results showed that DSS was susceptible to pitting Corrosion and Corrosion fa- tigue. Both Intergranluar Corrosion cracking and transgranlular corrosion cracking initiated at the bottom of pitting holes. Furthermore, the corrosion fatigue properties of DSS in 3.5%NaCl solution may be relatived to complex electrochemical and mechanical coupling effects between the three phases (austenite, ferrite and medensite), where martensite and ferrite were anodic in the corrosion cell and could be prone to cracking under certain condition. | S. | 5 | Electrochemical Method for Evaluating the Passivated State of Medical StainlessSteel 317L显示文摘The electrochemical behavior of the medical Stainless steel 317L which is used as in vivo fixation materials has been investigated at different passivated states in several candidate-testing solutions. The potentiodynamic scanning polarizaion technique was employed to measure the polarizaion curves of 317L in 0.9%NaCl solution at 37℃. The results showed that the electrochemical behaviorin 0.9% NaCl solution at 37℃ and in 2% NaCl solotion at 30℃ can be better used to detect and evaluate passivated states and corrosionresistance of 317L. | 7 | Altered expression profile of long non-coding RNAs during heart aging in mice显示文摘Objective:Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)play an important role in regulating the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.However,the role of lncRNAs in heart aging remains poorly understood.The objective of this study was to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs in the heart of aging mice and elucidate the relevant regulatory pathways of cardiac aging.Materials and methods:Echocardiography was used to detect the cardiac function of 18-months(aged)and 3-months(young)old C57BL/6 mice.Microarray analysis was performed to unravel the expression profiles of lncRNAs and mRNAs,and qRT-PCR to verify the highly dysregulated lncRNAs.Results:Our results demonstrated that the heart function in aged mice was impaired relative to young ones.Microarray results showed that 155 lncRNAs were upregulated and 37 were downregulated,and 170 mRNAs were significantly upregulated and 44 were remarkably downregulated in aging hearts.Gene ontology analysis indicated that differentially expressed genes are mainly related to immune function,cell proliferation,copper ion response,and cellular cation homeostasis.KEGG pathway analysis showed that the differentially expressed mRNAs are related to cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction,inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels,and the NF-kappa B signaling pathway.Conclusion:These results imply that the differentially expressed lncRNAs may regulate the development of heart aging.This study provides a new perspective on the potential effects and mechanisms of lncRNAs in heart aging. | Xiuxiu Wang Bingjie Hua Meixi Yu Shenzhen Liu Wenya Ma Fengzhi Ding Qi Huang Lai Zhang Chongwei Bi Ye Yuan Mengyu Jin Tianyi Liu Ying Yu Benzhi Cai Baofeng Yang | 2022 | Frigid Zone Medicine2022,2,2: | 0 |
