2Single‑Layer ZnO Hollow Hemispheres Enable High‑Performance Self‑Powered Perovskite Photodetector for Optical Communication显示文摘The carrier transport layer with reflection reduction morphology has attracted extensive attention for improving the utilization of light.Herein,we introduced single-layer hollow ZnO hemisphere arrays(ZHAs)behaving light trapping effect as the electron transport layer in perovskite photodetectors(PDs).The singlelayer hollow ZHAs can not only reduce the reflection,but also widen the angle of the effective incident light and especially transfer the distribution of the optical field from the ZnO/FTO interface to the perovskite active layer confirmed by the 3D finitedifference time-domain simulation.These merits benefit for the generation,transport and separation of carriers,improving the light utilization efficiency.Finally,our optimized FTO/ZHA/CsPbBr3/carbon structure PDs showed high self-powered performance with a linear dynamic range of 120.3 dB,a detectivity of 4.2×10^(12) Jones,rise/fall time of 13/28μs and the f_(−3) dB of up to 28 kHz.Benefiting from the high device performance,the PD was demonstrated to the application in the directional transmission of encrypted files as the signal receiving port with super high accuracy.This work uniquely utilizes the features of high-performance self-powered perovskite PDs in optical communication,paving the path to wide applications of all-inorganic perovskite PDs.Xiyan Pan Jianqiang Zhang Hai Zhou Ronghuan Liu Dingjun Wu Rui Wang Liangping Shen Li Tao Jun Zhang Hao Wang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,4:3

10High-performance Ag_(2)BiI_(5)Pb-free perovskite photodetector显示文摘Recently,lead-free all-inorganic halide perovskites have attracted great interest because they not only have the merits of the halide perovskite family,but also are non-toxic.However,the commercialization of lead-free allinorganic perovskites is restricted by their relatively low performances,which are usually caused by the fabrication methods and undesirable interfaces between the active layer and carrier transport layers.Herein,we demonstrate a solution-processed route for high-quality Ag_(2)BiI_(5) lead-free perovskite film by adopting ideal electron transport material SnO_(2)and a carbon electrode.By optimizing the fabrication process and tailoring the composition of the perovskite active layer,a high-performance photodetector(PD)with an FTO∕SnO_(2)∕Ag_(2)BiI_(5)∕carbon structure PD is first fabricated,which shows good self-powered performance with a detectivity of as high as 5.3×10^(12)Jones and a linear dynamic range of up to 138 d B,which are better than those of the reported Pb-free perovskite PDs and comparable to high-performance Pb-based perovskite PDs.In addition,our unpackaged PDs show good light,thermal,and storage stability in air.Our results provide a special route for the development of lead-free perovskite devices in an environmentally friendly field.ZIHAO SHUANG HAI ZHOU DINGJUN WU XUHUI ZHANG BOAO XIAO JINXIA DUAN HAO WANG 2022Photonics Research2022,10,8:0

13Ultrasensitive,flexible perovskite nanowire photodetectors with long-term stability exceeding 5000 h显示文摘Photodetectors(PDs)based on perovskite nanowires are among the most promising next-generation photodetection technologies;however,their poor long-term stability is the biggest challenge limiting their commercial applica-tion.Herein,an ionic liquid,1-butyl-3 methylimidazolium tetrafuoroborate(BMIMBF_(4)),is incorporated as an additive into methylammonium lead tri-iodide(MAPbI_(3))nanowires;this not only effectively passivates defects to inhibit perovskite degradation but also leads to the formation of nanochannels,enabling fast charge transfer.As a result,the long-term stability and perfor-mance of MAPbI_(3)nanowires are considerably improved.The detectivity,linear detection range,and noise equivalent power of the MA PbI_(3)nanowire PD reach 2.06×10^(13)Jones,160dB,and 1.38×10^(-15)W Hz-^(1/2),respectively,compara-ble to the highest performance of perovskite nanowire PDs reported to date.Moreover,the unencapsulated PD can maintain 100%of its initial performance after being exposed to an open-air environment for more than 5000 h,esta-blishing it as the most stable perovskite nanowire PD reported to date.Nota-bly,the PD exhibits improved diffuse reflection imaging ability when compared with commercial silicon photodiode S2386.This study provides a new strategy for constructing sensitive,stable,and flexible perovskite PDs and will accelerate their commercial application in the future.Dingjun Wu Yongchang Xu Hai Zhou Xin Feng Jianqiang Zhang Xiyan Pan Zheng Gao Rui Wang Guokun Ma Li Tao Hanbin Wang Jinxia Duan Houzhao Wan Jun Zhang Liangping Shen Hao Wang Tianyou Zhai 2022InfoMat2022,4,9:0
14Comparison of percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy versus anterior cervical discectomy and fusion for cervical disc herniation:a meta-analysis显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of the study is to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the clinical results of percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy(PECD)and anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF)for the treatment of cervical disc herniation(CDH).Methods:Randomized controlled trials or non-randomized controlled trials published from the time when databases were built to October 2020 that compared the clinical effectiveness of PECD and ACDF surgical approaches for the treatment of CDH were acquired hy a comprehensive search in four electronic databases(Pub Med,EMBASE,and Web of Science).A total of 5 studies(559 patients)were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis.Pooled mean differences(MD)and odds ratios(OR)and with 95% CIs were calculated for the outcomes.Results:The results showed that there were no statistically between the PECD group and ACDF group in terms of preoperative VASN score(WMD=0.22;95%CI:-0.52 to 0.97;P=0.56),preoperative VASA score(WMD=-0.13;95%CI:-0.42 to 0.16;P=0.37),postoperative VASN score(WMD=0.14;95%CI:-0.12 to 0.40;P=0.28),postoperative VASA score(WMD=-0.08;95%CI:-0.28 to 0.11;P=0.40),preoperative NDI(WMD=-0.75;95%CI:-5.60 to 4.11;P=0.76),postoperative NDI(WMD=0.22;95%CI:-1.44 to 1.88;P=0.80),,reoperation rate(OR=1.35;95%CI:0.49 to 3.72;P=0.57)or operation time(WMD=-11.76;95%CI:-71.23 to 47.72;P=0.70).PECD group was associated with lower complication rate(OR=0.34;95%CI:0.15 to 0.78;P=0.01)and shorter hospital stay(WMD=-2.59;95%CI:-3.67 to -1.52;P<0.00001).Conclusion:The existing evidence indicates that no superiority exists between the two surgical approaches for the treatment of CDH in terms of functional outcome,operation lime,and reoperation rate,despite that PECD surgical group can achieve lower complication rates and shorter hospital stay than ACDF surgical group.李庆达 章雪芳 杨俊松 Chen Chienmin Liu Tuanjiang He Baorong Jiang Chao Tian Xin Yang Mingyi Chai Xin Tuo Yuan Hao Dingjun 2021美中国际创伤杂志2021,20,2:0
15Spontaneous fusion after cervical disc arthroplasty:A case report and literature review显示文摘Objective:To report a rare case of spontaneous fusion(SF)following cervical disc arthroplasty(CDA),to review the related literature,and to propose a new measure to prevent it.Methods:The course of a patient with SF is described here.The potential causes,risk factors,and preventive measure of SF after CDA published in previous studies have also been reviewed and discussed.Results:A 63-year-old man presented with a 6-month history of progressive neck pain and developed left C-7 radiculopathy 4 years ago.Magnetic resonance imaging revealed disc herniation at the C6-C7 levels resulting in compression of the left C-7 nerve root.The patient underwent CDA at the C6-C7 levels,during which a PRESTIGE cervical disc device was implanted.He failed to follow up regularly as recommended postoperatively because he was completely free from the pain in his neck and left upper limb.Four years later,he was readmitted with a 2-month history of occasional neck stiffness.Plain radiographs indicated complete radiographic fusion of the C6-C7 levels with trabecular bone bridging surrounding the cervical disc prosthesis,and dynamic imaging showed no motion.He was seen at regular follow-up visits for up to 60 months without special treatment,as his symptoms of neck stiffness were minor and his symptom has not worsened since then.Conclusion:SF after CDA is a rare condition that can be attributed to patient-or prosthesis-related causes,and its risk factors are diverse.SF after CDA did not affect the patient’s clinical outcome,and no special treatment was required for it.Practitioners should be aware of this rare complication and advise patients of the risks before performing CDA.葛朝元 汪静 张斌飞 Hui Hao Shan Lequn Zhao Qinpeng Hao Dingjun 2021美中国际创伤杂志2021,20,2:0

17Application of ASTLOF scoring system in the treatment of acute symptomatic thoracolumbar compression fractures显示文摘Background:Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)is a common injury in the el-derly,often caused by low-energy injuries.Improper treatment will not only affect the stability and balance of the spine,but in severe cases will lead to neurological damage and inerease the risk of death.This retro-spective study aims to explore the principles of treatment of patients with the assessment system of thora-columbar osteoporotic fracture(ASTLOF)in acute symptomatic thoracolumbar compression fractures when the ASTLOF score=4 points.Methods:The clinical data of patients with acute symptomatic thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Each patient was evaluated according to the ASTLOF scoring system,and patients with ASTLOF score=4 were selected,a total of 108 patients.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into 32 cases in the non-surgical treatment(NST)group and 76 cases in the surgical treatment(ST)group.The visual analog score(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),the recovery of injured vertebral body height,and the incidence of adjacent segment fractures were used for comprehensive evaluation.Results:During the follow-up,the VAS score and ODI score showed that the early pain relief and functional improvement of the surgical treatment group were better than those of the conservative treatment group(P<0.05);the Cobb angle of the surgical treatment group was 3 months and 6 months after the operation,and the vertebral body was injured.The degree of improvement of margin height was better than that of the conservative treatment group(all P<0.05);in the surgical treatment group,6 cases of adjacent vertebral fractures occurred after surgery,accounting for 7.89%,and 2 cases of the conservative treatment group had adjacent vertebral fractures,accounting for 6.25%There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:When the ASTLOF scoring system is used in the treatment of acute symptomatic thoracolumbar compression fractures,patients with ASTLOF score=4 should be treated with surgery in time,which can re-lieve pain early and quickly,perform functional exercises as soon as possible,and reduce complications re-lated to long-term bed rest.Whether it increases the risk of adjacent vertebral fractures requires long-term follow-up studies in a large number of cases.Li Qingda Yang Junsong Liu Tuanjiang He Baorong Zhang Xuefang Hao Dingjun 2021美中国际创伤杂志2021,20,1:0
