1Tribological Properties of Magnesium Ion-exchanged α-Zirconium Phosphate as a Solid Lubricant Additive in Lithium Grease显示文摘Magnesium ion-exchanged a-zirconium phosphates(Mg-α-ZrP) with particle sizes of 600 and 80 nm were prepared through the sealed ion-exchange and one-step hydrothermal synthesis methods, respectively. It was found that larger particles of Mg-α-ZrP had a higher load-carrying capacity than that of smaller particles, whereas smaller Mg-α-ZrP particles had better anti-wear properties than that of larger Mg-α-ZrP particles under mild loads. 2TXNDC5 synergizes with HSC70 to exacerbate the inflammatory phenotype of synovial fibroblasts in rheumatoid arthritis through NF-κB signaling显示文摘The upregulated expression of thioredoxin domain-containing protein 5(TXNDC5)is associated with rheumatoid arthritis in patients and model mice.However,the underlying mechanism by which TXNDC5 influences the pathological activation of rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts(RASFs)remains unknown.In this study,we show that TXNDC5 expression in RASFs and their cytokine production are significantly upregulated in response to LPS,TNF-αand IL-6,but suppressed by transfection with TXNDC5-siRNA.TXNDC5 is further validated as the direct target of NF-κB signaling.Mechanistically,TXNDC5 directly interacts with heat shock cognate 70 protein(HSC70)to sequester it in the cytoplasm,and HSC70 silencing exerts the same effects as TXNDC5 on the biological activity of RASFs(for example,decreased cell viability,invasion and cytokine production).Furthermore,HSC70 activates NF-κB signaling by destabilizing IκBβprotein in the absence of LPS or facilitating its nuclear translocation in the presence of LPS.Importantly,TXNDC5 can also regulate the activity of NF-κB signaling in a HSC70-IκBβ-dependent manner.Taken together,by linking HSC70 and NF-κB signaling,TXNDC5 plays a pro-inflammatory role in RASFs,highlighting a potential approach to treat RA by blocking the TXNDC5/HSC70 interaction.Lin Wang Hongyan Dong Guanhua Song Rui Zhang Jihong Pan Jinxiang Han 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,7:5
3Phase 1 studies comparing safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of HLX01(a rituximab biosimilar) to reference rituximab in Chinese patients with CD20-positive B-cell lymphoma显示文摘Objective: This study aimed to compare the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and safety profiles of HLX01(a rituximab biosimilar) and reference rituximab sourced from China(Mab Thera?;rituximab-CN).Methods: Here we report the results of two phase 1 studies. In the phase 1 a, open-label, dose-escalation study(NCT03218072, CTR20140400), eligible patients received 250, 375 and 500 mg/m^(2) HLX01 sequentially at 7-day intervals, after confirming no dose-limiting toxicity(DLT). In the phase 1 b, double-blind study(NCT02584920,CTR20140764), eligible patients were given a single dose of 375 mg/m^(2) HLX01 or rituximab-CN. The primary endpoints included safety and tolerability parameters for the phase 1 a and the area under the plasma concentrationtime curve from time zero to day 91(AUC0-91 d) for the phase 1 b study. Equivalence was concluded if 90%confidence interval(90% CI) for the geometric least squares mean ratio(GLSMR) fell in the pre-specified equivalence criteria(80%-125%).Results: Between June 20, 2014 and January 5, 2015, 12 patients were enrolled in the phase 1 a study. The pharmacokinetics of HLX01 showed dose proportionality and accumulation to steady state. HLX01 was well tolerated, with no serious adverse events(AEs), discontinuations or DLTs. Between November 8, 2014 and August13, 2015, 87 eligible patients were enrolled in the phase 1 b study, including 43 who received HLX01 and 44 who were treated with rituximab-CN. The equivalence endpoint was met with GLSMR for AUC0-91 d being 89.6%(90% CI: 80.4%-99.8%). 4Boosted cascade of scattered rectangle features for object detection显示文摘This paper presents a variant of Haar-like feature used in Viola and Jones detection framework,called scattered rectangle feature,based on the common-component analysis of local region feature. Three common components,feature filter,feature structure and feature form,are extracted without concern-ing the details of the studied region features,which cast a new light on region feature design for spe-cific applications and requirements: modifying some component(s) of a feature for an improved one or combining different components of existing features for a new favorable one. Scattered rectangle feature follows the former way,extending the feature structure component of Haar-like feature out of the restriction of the geometry adjacency rule,which results in a richer representation that explores much more orientations other than horizontal,vertical and diagonal,as well as misaligned,detached and non-rectangle shape information that is unreachable to Haar-like feature. The training result of the two face detectors in the experiments illustrates the benefits of scattered rectangle feature empirically; the comparison of the ROC curves under a rigid and objective detection criterion on MIT+CMU upright face test set shows that the cascade based on scattered rectangle features outperforms that based on Haar-like features.ZHANG WeiZe TONG RuoFeng DONG JinXiang 2009Science in China(Series F)2009,52,2:2
5Alkylation of naphthalene with n-butene catalyzed by liquid coordination complexes and its lubricating properties显示文摘With the development of coal chemical industry,large amounts of naphthalene and n-butene are produced,and converting them into high value-added products through alkylation has gained particular importance and interest.In this work,liquid coordination complexes(LCCs)were used as acid catalysts for the first time in the naphthalene alkylation reaction under mild conditions to obtain multibutylnaphthalenes with high yield.Various reaction conditions were thoroughly investigated.The LCC consisting of urea and AlCl_(3) showed excellent catalytic performance under optimal reaction conditions,giving 100%conversion of naphthalene and 99.66%selectivity towards multi-butylnaphthalenes.Combining the catalyst properties and catalytic results,a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed.The lubricating properties of the synthesized products were investigated for their potential application as lubricating base oils.The synthesized multi-butylnaphthalenes showed comparable physicochemical properties and tribological performances as the commercial cycloalkyl base oil.Chen Chen Qiong Tang Hong Xu Lei Liu Mingxing Tang Xuekuan Li Jinxiang Dong 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11:2

8Ethylene glycol purification by melt crystallization:Removal of 2-methoxyethanol impurity显示文摘The coal(syngas)-to-ethylene glycol(CTEG),is contaminated with the naughty impurity 2-Methoxyethanol(ME)generated during the hydrogenation stage,which affect the quality of EG for fiber-grade polyester production.Distillation,is the employed separation process in industrial,which makes production complicated because of the heat sensitivity of the impurities system.Melt crystallization has been regarded as an effective technology to obtain high-purity organic compounds based on the melting points difference,which could avoid the problems by heating.In this work,we have explored the feasibility of the static melt crystallization on the separation of EG/ME in a jacketed crystallization tube.The experimental parameters were investigated,which covers crystallization and sweating stage in each step.The results showed that the purity of EG could reach≥99.8%from the binary system studied via the quaternary separation process.Tiefeng Wang Jinxiang Dong 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,9:1

11Tribological and rheological performance of lithium grease with poly-a-olefin and alkyl-tetralin as base oils显示文摘A new category of lithium greases was synthesized by using poly-a-olefin(PAO8) and alkyl-tetralin as base oil, where the alkyl-tetralins were synthesized by the alkylation of tetralin and olefins. The influence of thickener concentration, alkyl-tetralin content and type of blend oils on the rheological and tribological performance of lithium grease was investigated. The microstructures of soap fibers were measured to reveal the structure-property correlations. The concentration of thickener and alkyl-tetralin content obviously affect the lubricating performance of lithium grease, while the molecular structure of alkyltetralin has no obvious impact on their properties.
