| 1 | Real-time transient stability assessment in power system based on improved SVM显示文摘Due to the strict requirements of extremely high accuracy and fast computational speed, real-time transient stability assessment(TSA) has always been a tough problem in power system analysis.Fortunately, the development of artificial intelligence and big data technologies provide the new prospective methods to this issue, and there have been some successful trials on using intelligent method, such as support vector machine(SVM) method.However, the traditional SVM method cannot avoid false classification, and the interpretability of the results needs to be strengthened and clear.This paper proposes a new strategy to solve the shortcomings of traditional SVM,which can improve the interpretability of results, and avoid the problem of false alarms and missed alarms.In this strategy, two improved SVMs, which are called aggressive support vector machine(ASVM) and conservative support vector machine(CSVM), are proposed to improve the accuracy of the classification.And two improved SVMs can ensure the stability or instability of the power system in most cases.For the small amount of cases with undetermined stability, a new concept of grey region(GR) is built to measure the uncertainty of the results, and GR can assessment the instable probability of the power system.Cases studies on IEEE 39-bus system and realistic provincial power grid illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed strategy. | Wei HU Zongxiang LU Shuang WU Weiling ZHANG Yu DONG Rui YU Baisi LIU | 2019 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2019,7,1: | 14 |
| 2 | Geohazard Recognition and Inventory Mapping Using Airborne LiDAR Data in Complex Mountainous Areas显示文摘Geohazard recognition and inventory mapping are absolutely the keys to the establishment of reliable susceptibility and hazard maps. However, it has been challenging to implement geohazards recognition and inventory mapping in mountainous areas with complex topography and vegetation cover. Progress in the light detection and ranging(Li DAR) technology provides a new possibility for geohazard recognition in such areas. Specifically, this study aims to evaluate the performances of the Li DAR technology in recognizing geohazard in the mountainous areas of Southwest China through visually analyzing airborne Li DAR DEM derivatives. Quasi-3 D relief image maps are generated based on the sky-view factor(SVF), which makes it feasible to interpret precisely the features of geohazard. A total of 146 geohazards are remotely mapped in the entire 135 km^(2) study area in Danba County, Southwest China, and classified as landslide, rock fall, debris flow based on morphologic characteristics interpreted from SVF visualization maps. Field validation indicate the success rate of Li DAR-derived DEM in recognition and mapping geohazard with higher precision and accuracy. These mapped geohazards lie along both sides of the river, and their spatial distributions are related highly to human engineering activities, such as road excavation and slope cutting. The minimum geohazard that can be recognized in the 0.5 m resolution DEM is about 900 m^(2). Meanwhile, the SVF visualization method is demonstrated to be a great alternative to the classical hillshaded DEM method when it comes to the determination of geomorphological properties of geohazard. | 3 | Active Landslide Detection Based on Sentinel-1 Data and InSAR Technology in Zhouqu County, Gansu Province, Northwest China显示文摘Zhouqu County in Gansu Province, Northwest China, is typically highly prone to landslides. On July 12, 2018, a landslide blocked the Bailong River near Zhouqu County, posing a serious threat to the life and property of local residents and the safety of infrastructure. Small baseline subset interferometry synthetic aperture radar technology(SBAS-In SAR) was adopted to identify the potential active landslides in the surrounding area of Zhouqu County, using ascending and descending orbit Sentinel-1 satellite images taken from October 2017 to December 2018. The surface deformation areas detected by SBAS-In SAR were verified by optical remote sensing image interpretation and field investigation, and a total of 23 active landslides were identified finally. The deformation characteristics of four typical landslides are analysed in detail using deformation velocity and rainfall data. It is found that the deformation velocity of landslides in this area is mainly affected by rainfall and there is a lag effect. | 7 | Effects of environmentally relevant concentrations of micro(nano)plastics on aquatic microorganisms:Changes in potential function but not in overall composition显示文摘Micro(nano)plastics(MNPs)are a growing problem as persistent environmental pollutants.Here,we investigated the impact of MNPs on microorganisms in aquatic microbial floc exposed to NPs(80 nm)and MPs(8μm)for 35 days.Water quality indicators were tested weekly and microbiological analyses were conducted on Day 7 and 28 after exposure.The results showed that there were significant differences in the levels of total ammonia nitrogen or nitrite between the MNPs groups and the control group,spanning from Day 7 to Day 28.For the microbial response,microbial community richness in the NPs and MPs groups were significantly increased at Day 7.Functional prediction showed that the relative abundances of bacteria associated with the“Forms Biofilms”,“Potentially Pathogenic”,“Plastic Degradation”and nitrogen cycle processes were significantly different after MNPs exposure.The results suggest that MNPs had no significant effect on the microbial diversity of mature microbial flocs.Findings suggest MPs could cause an increase in the relative abundance of potentially pathogenic bacteria,while NPs do not.In addition,stress associated with MNPs affected the nitrogen cycle of microorganisms,and NPs exerted greater impacts than MPs.Findings from this study further our understanding of the impact of MNPs at environmentally relevant concentrations on microorganisms in aquatic ecosystems. | Zhenlu Wang Xianghong Dong Muzi Zhang Lei Gan Jian Shao Weiling Sun | 2024 | Water Biology and Security2024,3,1: | 0 |

| 10 | Influence of Acid Treatment on Pore Structure and Fractal Characterization of a Tight Sandstone:A Case Study from Wudun Sag,Dunhuang Basin显示文摘In this study,X-ray diffraction,N_(2)adsorption(N_(2)A),and mercury intrusion(MI)experiments were used to investigate the influence of acid treatment on pore structure and fractal characterization of tight sandstones.The results showed that acid treatment generated a certain number of ink-bottle pores in fine sandstone,aggravated the ink-bottle effect in the sandy mudstone,and transformed some smaller pores into larger ones.After the acid treatment,both the pore volume in the range of 2–11 nm and 0.271–8μm for the fine sandstone and the entire pore size range for the sandy mudstone significantly increased.The dissolution of sandstone cement causes the fine sandstone particles to fall off and fill the pores;the porosity increased at first but then decreased with acid treatment time.The fractal dimension obtained using the Frenkel-Halsey-Hill model was positively correlated with acid treatment time.However,the total fractal dimensions obtained by MI tests showed different changes with acid treatment time in fine sandstone and sandy mudstone.These results provide good guiding significance for reservoir acidification stimulation. | GENG Weile WANG Jiandong ZHANG Xuecai WANG Jun DONG Chenqiang ZHOU Guangqing HUANG Gun LI Lin | 2023 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,2: | 0 |
