| 1 | Optimization of Vehicle Side Curtain Airbag Module Based on Computer Aided Engineering显示文摘Compared with other kinds of airbags, curtain airbag(CAB) has more complex structures and larger coverage area. The product development process depends on many module tests, sled tests and full size vehicle tests. Computer aided engineering(CAE) technology can replace tests to a great extent, also save test costs and product development time. This paper introduces the way of setting up simulation models and application of static deployment tests and free motion headform(FMH) tests to verify simulation models. In the CAB simulation, uniform pressure airbag models and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) models are all used. The uniform pressure airbag models are not able to simulate the pressure difference among different parts inside the cushion during inflating process. CFD-based CAB models are used to help the curtain airbag optimization design. Based on effective CAE simulation, the optimization analyses related to diffuser tube parameters, inflator mass flow rate and cushion folding patterns are discussed and performed in different cases. The optimization result shows that the proposed techniques are helpful to the parametric optimization design of side curtain airbag module in curtain airbag development process. | ZHANG Junyuan LI Dongjun BI Ying YANG Donglin QIU Feng | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,4: | 6 |
| 2 | An Information Fusion Model of Innovation Alliances Based on the Bayesian Network显示文摘To solve the problem of information fusion from multiple sources in innovation alliances, an information fusion model based on the Bayesian network is presented. The multi-source information fusion process of innovation alliances was classified into three layers, namely, the information perception layer, the feature clustering layer, and the decision fusion layer. The agencies in the alliance were defined as sensors through which information is perceived and obtained, and the features were clustered. Finally, various types of information were fused by the innovation alliance based on the fusion algorithm to achieve complete and comprehensive information. The model was applied to a study on economic information prediction, where the accuracy of the fusion results was higher than that from a single source and the errors obtained were also smaller with the MPE less than 3%, which demonstrates the proposed fusion method is more effective and reasonable. This study provides a reasonable basis for decision-making of innovation alliances. | Jun Xia Yuqiang Feng Luning Liu Dongjun Liu | 2018 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2018,23,3: | 2 |

| 5 | Relationship between radiogenic heat production in granitic rocks and emplacement age显示文摘Granites play a crucial role in the Earth's thermal regime and its evolution.Radiogenic heat production(RHP)by the decay of radioactive elements(U,Th,K)in granites is a significant parameter in estimating the thermal structure of the lithosphere.RHP variability of granites with their emplacement ages could provide insights for thermal modeling in different geological epochs. An aggregated RHP from 2877 globally-distributed granitic samples of continental crust are analyzed for this study;these sample cover the entire geological history. The average bulk RHP in all types of granitic rocks of all ages is 2.92±1.86μW/m^(3).The RHP tends to increase gradually with progressively younger geologic emplacement age, based on a statistical analysis of the data. However, the youngest granites do not necessarily have the highest RHP.The mean RHP in 181 representative Cenozoic Himalayan leucogranitesdwhich are the youngest granites found on Earth,is as low as 1.84μW/m^(3).This is probably related to the initial conditions of magma formation, magmatic source material, and differentiation processes in the HimalayaneTibetan plateau.By correcting the decay factor, variations of the RHP in the emplaced granitic rocks are obtained, indicating the changing levels of heat production and different thermal regimes on Earth in various geological epochs. The highest RHP in granitic rocks emplaced in the Archean and Early Proterozoic corresponds to two global-scale collisional events during supercontinent cycles,at 2.7 and 1.9 Ga respectively.RHPs of granites can be an important indicator in the study of Earth's thermal regime and its evolution. | Dawei Liao Dongjun Feng Jun Luo Xiaorui Yun | 2023 | Energy Geoscience2023,4,4: | 1 |
