1Simulation study of coal mine safety investment based on system dynamics显示文摘To generate dynamic planning for coal mine safety investment, this study applies system dynamics to decision-making, classifying safety investments by accident type. It validates the relationship between safety investments and accident cost, by structurally analyzing the causality between safety investments and their influence factors. Our simulation model, based on Vensim software, conducts simulation analysis on a series of actual data from a coalmine in Shanxi Province. Our results indicate a lag phase in safety investments, and that increasing pre-phase safety investment reduces accident costs. We found that a 24% increase in initial safety investment could help reach the target accident costs level 14 months earlier. Our simulation test included nine kinds of variation trends of accident costs brought by different investment ratios on accident prevention. We found an optimized ratio of accident prevention investments allowing a mine to reach accident cost goals 4 months earlier, without changing its total investment.Tong Lei Dou Yuanyuan 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,2:11

3Nuclear m^(6)A reader YTHDC1 regulates the scaffold function of LINE1 RNA in mouse ESCs and early embryos显示文摘N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)on chromosome-associated regulatory RNAs(carRNAs),including repeat RNAs,plays important roles in tuning the chromatin state and transcription,but the intrinsic mechanism remains unclear.Here,we report that YTHDC1 plays indispensable roles in the self-renewal and differentiation potency of mouse embryonic stem cells(ESCs),which highly depends on the m^(6)A-binding ability.Ythdcl is required for sufficient rRNA synthesis and repression of the 2-cell(2C)transcriptional program in ESCs,which recapitulates the transcriptome regulation by the LINE1 scaffold.Detailed analyses revealed that YTHDC1 recognizes m^(6)A on LINE1 RNAs in the nucleus and regulates the formation of the LINE1-NCL partnership and the chromatin recruitment of KAP1.Moreover,the establishment of H3K9me3 on 2C-related retrotrans-posons is interrupted in Ythdcl-depleted ESCs and inner cell mass(ICM)cells,which consequently increases the transcriptional activities.Our study reveals a role of m^(6)A in regulating the RNA scaffold,providing a new model for the RNA-chromatin cross-talk.Chuan Chen Wenqiang Liu Jiayin Guo Yuanyuan Liu Xuelian Liu Jun Liu Xiaoyang Dou Rongrong Le Yixin Huang Chong Li Lingyue Yang Xiaochen Kou Yanhong Zhao You Wu Jiayu Chen Hong Wang Bin Shen Yawei Gao Shaorong Gao 2021Protein & Cell2021,12,6:4

6Planting uniformity performance of motor-driven maize precision seeding systems显示文摘Low accuracy planting uniformity affects yield.Seed meter type and forward speed typically interfere with the planting uniformity accuracy of motor-driven seeding systems.Two types of maize precision planters equipped with motor-driven planting systems are investigated in this study to ascertain the rule of planting uniformity in both simulated and field speeds.The simulated speed increases from 5 to 12 km/h at a 1 km/h interval in a laboratory environment.The test results show that the quality of feed index(QTFI)of the two planters decreased by 16.79%and 9.88%.This is primarily attributed to the increase in the miss index(MISS)by 11.62%and 9.70%,respectively.The field speed was set to four levels from 5 to 12 km/h in a field environment.The plant spacing scatter distribution results were analyzed,and the results of the two planters indicated that the average positive difference of the two planters linearly increased with the forward speed,and the negative difference of the two planters did not exhibit a linear correlation.The number of positive moving average points was 2.49 times greater than that of the negative moving average points of the finger pick-up maize precision planter,and 4.49 times in the air-suction maize precision planter.The results indicated that the increase of the positive difference of plant spacing is the major effect factor in the field planting uniformity of the two motor-driven maize precision planters.In addition,the plant spacing corresponded to the distribution frequency of the two planters in field was close to the target seed spacing of 25 cm with a max coefficient of variation(CV)of 21.55%and 20.66%,respectively,and those plant spacing values corresponded to max distribution frequency of the two planters at the four level field speeds were(24.69±0.63)cm and(25.63±0.32)cm,respectively.However,the multiples index(MUL)changed randomly affected by the increasing speed.The research results provide a direction for the optimization design of motor-driven maize precision planters.Shuo Yang Changyuan Zhai Yuanyuan Gao Hanjie Dou Xueguan Zhao Yakai He Xiu Wang 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,5:0
7RuO_(2)-PdO nanowire networks with rich interfaces and defects supported on carbon toward the efficient alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction显示文摘Interfacial engineering is a promising approach for enhancing electrochemical performance,but rich and efficient interfacial active sites remain a challenge in fabrication.Herein,RuO_(2)-PdO heterostructure nanowire networks(NWs) with rich interfaces and defects supported on carbon(RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C) for alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR) was formed by a seed induction-oriented attachment-thermal treatment method for the first time.As expected,the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C(72.8% Ru atomic content in metal) exhibits an excellent activity in alkaline HOR with a mass specific exchange current density(jo,m) of 1061 A gRuPd-1,which is 3.1 times of commercial Pt/C and better than most of the reported nonPt noble metal HOR electrocatalysts.Even at the high potential(~0.5 V vs.RHE) or the presence of CO(5 vol%),the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C still effectively catalyzes the alkaline HOR.Structure/electrochemical analysis and theoretical calculations reveal that the interfaces between RuO_(2) and PdO act as the active sites.The electronic interactions between the two species and the rich defects for the interfacial active sites weaken the adsorption of Had,also strengthen the adsorption of OHad,and accelerate the alkaline HOR process.Moreover,OHadon RuO_(2) can spillover to the interfaces,keeping the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C with the stable current density at higher potential and high resistance to CO poisoning.Yuanyuan Cong Fanchao Meng Haibin Wang Di Dou Qiuping Zhao Chunlei Li Ningshuang Zhang Junying Tian 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,8:0

9Identifying a melanogenesis-related candidate gene by a high-quality genome assembly and population diversity analysis in Hypsizygus marmoreus显示文摘Hypsizygus marmoreus is one of the most important edible fungi in Basidiomycete division and includes white and gray strains.However,very limited knowledge is known about the genomic structures and the genetic basis for the white/gray diversity of this mushroom.Here,we report the near-complete high-quality H.marmoreus genome at the chromosomal level.Comparative genomics analysis indicates that chromosome structures were relatively conserved,and variations in collinearity and chromosome number were mainly attributed by chromosome split/fusion events in Aragicales,whereas the fungi genome experienced many genomic chromosome fracture,fusion,and genomic replication events after the split of Aragicales from Basidiomycetes.Resequencing of 57 strains allows us to classify the population into four major groups and associate genetic variations with morphological features,indicating that white strains were not originated independently.We further generated genetic populations and identified a cytochrome P450 as the candidate causal gene for the melanogenesis in H.marmoreus based on bulked segregant analysis (BSA)and comparative transcriptome analysis.The high-quality H.marmoreus genome and diversity data compiled in this study provide new knowledge and resources for the molecular breeding of H.marmoreus as well as the evolution of Basidiomycete.Gang Wang Lianfu Chen Weiqi Tang Yuanyuan Wang Qing Zhang Hongbo Wang Xuan Zhou Haofeng Wu Lin Guo Meijie Dou Lei Liu Baiyu Wang Jingxian Lin Baogui Xie Zhengchao Wang ZhongJian Liu Ray Ming Jisen Zhang 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,1:0
10Study of the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Health Insurance Fund of Hubei Province in 2020显示文摘Objective To provide a reference for future budget of health insurance fund for the COVID-19 pandemic in other parts of China or other major public health events.Meanwhile,it also offers a reference for the government to introduce and adjust the policy of health insurance funds after the pandemic.Methods Models of the income,expenditure and cumulative balance of health insurance fund in Hubei Province in 2020 were established and compared.The former was mainly established and tested using SPSS 26.0 and Excel,while the latter was obtained by inferential analysis.Results and Conclusion The COVID-19 pandemic reduced the income and increased expenditure of the health insurance fund in Hubei Province in 2020,resulting in a deficit.The COVID-19 outbreak has caused a deficit in health insurance fund of Hubei Province in the short term,but in the long term,the outbreak will not have a major impact on the health insurance fund.Zhi Yuanyuan Dou Lele Xing Miaomiao Wang Shuling 2021Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2021,16,4:0
