1外来入侵害虫刺槐叶瘿蚊的重要天敌——刺槐叶瘿蚊广腹细蜂显示文摘外来入侵害虫刺槐叶瘿蚊Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann)原产北美洲东部,2006年在中国发现,危害刺槐叶片,严重影响刺槐的健康生长,已经列入我国检疫性害虫名单。在河北省秦皇岛市野外调查,发现了一种广腹细蜂科天敌——刺槐叶瘿蚊广腹细蜂Platygaster robiniae Buhl and Duso,该寄生蜂属中国新记录种。野外观察表明其对刺槐叶瘿蚊最高寄生率达84.8%,具有良好的生物防治应用前景。本文对该广腹细蜂的外部形态和初步观察的生物学特性进行了描述。路常宽 Peter Neerup BUHL Carlo DUSO 赵春明 张巨山 吉志新 高素红 余金泳 温晓蕾 2010昆虫学报2010,53,2:8

9Opportunities and challenges of implementing Pharmacogenomics in cancer drug development显示文摘Cancer drug development is a time and resources consuming process.Around 90%of drugs entering clinical trials fail due to lack of efficacy and/or safety issues,more often after conspicuous research and economic efforts.Part of the discarded drugs might be beneficial only in a subgroup of the study patients,and some adverse events might be prevented by identifying those patients more vulnerable to toxicities.The implementation of pharmacogenomic biomarkers allows the categorization of patients,to predict efficacy and toxicity and to optimize the drug development process.Around seventy FDA approved drugs currently present one or more genetic biomarker to keep in consideration,and with the progress of Precision Medicine tailoring therapies on individuals’genomic landscape promises to become a new standard of cancer care.In the current article we review the role of pharmacogenomics in cancer drug development,underlying the advantages and challenges of their implementation.Paolo Tarantino Dario Trapani Stefania Morganti Emanuela Ferraro Giulia Viale Paolo D’Amico Bruno Achutti Duso Giuseppe Curigliano 2019Cancer Drug Resistance2019,2,1:1
