1Prevalence of antibiotic resistance in Helicobacter pylori : A recent literature review显示文摘AIM: To review previous studies(the last 6 years) about the Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) antibiotic resistance in order to evaluate the trend in antibiotic resistance. METHODS: In this study, the Pub Med, MEDLINE, Science Direct, Google Scholar and Scielo manuscripts were reviewed from 2009 to 2014. RESULTS: On the whole rates of H. pylori antibiotic resistance were 47.22%(30.5%-75.02%) for metronidazole, 19.74%(5.46%-30.8%) for clarithromycin, 18.94%(14.19%-25.28%) for levofloxacin, and 14.67%(2%-40.87%) for amoxicillin, 11.70%(0%-50%) for tetracycline, 11.5%(0%-23%) for furazolidon and 6.75%(1%-12.45%) for rifabutin. The frequency of tetracycline, metronidazole and amoxicillin resistance was higher in Africa, while clarithromycin and levofloxacin resistance was higher in North America and Asian, respectively. CONCLUSION: The most sensitive drug is rifabutin and the lowest sensitive drug is metronidazole in the world. The worldwide H. pylori antibiotic resistance to clarithromycin and levofloxacin has increased during the last 6 years. 2Simulation of a semi-industrial pilot plant thickener using CFD approach显示文摘Thickeners are important units for water recovery in various industries. In this study, a semi-industrial pilot plant thickener similar to the tailing thickener of the Sarcheshmeh Copper Mine was simulated by CFD modeling. The population balance was used to describe the particle aggregation and breakup. In this population balance, 15 particle sizes categories were considered. The Eulerian-Eulerian approach with standard k-e turbulence model was applied to describe two phases of slurry flow in the thickener under steady-state condition. The simulation results have been compared with the experimental measurements to validate the accuracy of the CFD modeling. After checking the numerical results, the effect of important parameters such as, feed flow rate, solid percentage in the feed, and solid particle size on the thickener performance was studied. The thickener residence time distribution were obtained by the modeling and also compared with the experimental data. 3Modeling industrial thickener using computational fluid dynamics(CFD),a case study:Tailing thickener in the Sarcheshmeh copper mine显示文摘Separation of particles from liquid in the large gravitational tanks is widely used in mining and industrial wastewater treatment process.Thickener is key unit in the operational processes of hydrometallurgy and is used to separate solid from liquid.In this study,population balance models were combined with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)for modeling the tailing thickener.Parameters such as feed flow rate,flocculant dosage,inlet solid percent and feedwell were investigated.CFD was used to simulate the industrial tailing thickener with settled bed of 120 m diameter which is located in the Sarcheshmeh copper mine.Important factor of drag force that defines the rake torque of rotating paddles on the bed was also determined.Two phases turbulence model of Eulerian/Eulerian in accordance with turbulence model ofκ-ε.was used in the steady-state.Also population balance model consists of 15 groups of particle sizes with Luo and Lehr kernel was used for aggregation/breakage kernel.The simulation results showed good agreement with the operational data.Majid Ebrahimzadeh Gheshlaghi Ataallah Soltani Goharrizi Alireza Aghajani Shahrivar Hadi Abdollahi 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,6:10
4大豆提取物抗戊四唑所致卵巢切除大鼠痉挛的作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究大豆提取物抗戊四唑所致卵巢切除大鼠痉挛的作用。方法:雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组(n=15),分别为假手术组、卵巢切除组、低剂量大豆提取物组和高剂量大豆提取物组。假手术组大鼠行假手术,其余3组大鼠行卵巢切除术。每组大鼠再随机分为2个亚组,其中一个亚组(n=7)每日予低剂量戊四唑(40mg/kg)腹腔内注射,连续14d;另一亚组(n=8)予一次高剂量戊四唑(90mg/kg)腹腔内注射。在戊四唑注射前30min,低剂量大豆提取物(20mg/kg)及高剂量大豆提取物(60mg/kg)组分别腹腔内注射大豆提取物,假手术组及卵巢切除组注射生理盐水。上述步骤完成后,将大鼠置于树脂玻璃箱中观察60min。结果:重复低剂量注射戊四唑14d,卵巢切除组大鼠的痉挛评分在第3、5、8、10、11、12及13天低于假手术组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而低剂量大豆提取物组和高剂量大豆提取物组大鼠的痉挛评分高于卵巢切除组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。一次性高剂量注射戊四唑后,与假手术组相比,卵巢切除组大鼠阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期延长,而最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期无明显变化;与卵巢切除组相比,低剂量及高剂量的大豆提取物显著缩短了大鼠阵发性强直性抽搐及最小阵发性痉挛的潜伏期(P<0.01)。结论:雌激素能够影响戊四唑所致大鼠痉挛的严重程度,而大豆中所含的植物雌激素也具有类似作用,这种作用还有待更多的研究予以证实。Ali Reza Ebrahimzadeh Bideskan Mahmoud Hosseini Toktam Mohammadpour Reza Karami Mehdi Khodamoradi Habibollah Nemati Karimooy Hassan Alavi 2011中西医结合学报2011,9,6:4
5Eco-friendly green synthesis of novel magnetic Fe3O4/SiO2/ZnO-Pr6O11 nanocomposites for photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutant显示文摘This study reports the successful so nochemical synthesis of novel Fe3O4/SiO2/ZnO-Pr6O11(Fe/Si/Zn-Pr6O11) nanocomposites using fructose as a green capping agent.The influence of various parameters containing capping agent,power and time of ultrasound irradiation was investigated to reach optimum morphology and size conditions.The products obtained were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV/Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS),Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),vibration sample magnetometer(VSM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The Fe3O4/SiO2/ZnO-Pr6O11 nanocomposites display remarkably enhanced photocatalytic activity towards rhodamine b degradation(89.6%)and Congo red(84.7%) under UV irradiation compared with the other products.The results illustrate that the photocatalytic efficiency of magnetic nanocomposites is very much higher than pure Pr6O11nanostructures.Magnetic photocatalyst still has good stability after five successive runs.So,these recyclable nanocomposites can play a role in the treatment of both industrial and domestic contaminated water.Mohammad Ali Ebrahimzadeh Sobhan Mortazavi-Derazkola Mohammad Ali Zazouli 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:3
6Efficacy of Valerian Extract on Sleep Quality after Coronary Artery bypass Graft Surgery: A Triple-Blind Randomized Controlled Trial显示文摘Objective:To assess the effect of valerian root extract on the sleep quality of patients after coronary artery bypass graft(CABG)surgery.Methods:The patients who participated in this triple-blind clinical trial were selected by permuted block randomization.The participants were assigned to the valerian(n=36)and placebo(n=36)groups.The valerian group received 530 mg of valerian capsules for 30 nights after CABG surgery,and the placebo group received 530 mg of the placebo capsules containing wheat flour.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the prothrombin time(PT)and partial thromboplastin time(PTT)were assessed on four occasions,including the baseline,the 3 rd,14 th and 30 th days following intervention.Results:The odds ratio of worsened sleep quality significantly varied over time(the interaction of time and group)in the valerian group compared to the placebo group in various dimensions including total sleep quality(P=0.001),sleep latency(P<0.01),sleep duration(P=0.020),sleep efficiency(P=0.001)and daytime dysfunction(P=0.025).No significant difference was observed in the alterations of the odds ratio of PT in the two groups over time.(P=0.371).Conclusion:The consumption of oral valerian root extract over 30 nights could significantly improve the patients'sleep quality safely after CABG surgery.Halimeh khaton Zare Elmi Mohammad Gholami Mandana Saki Farzad Ebrahimzadeh 2021Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2021,27,1:3
7Microstructural analyses of aluminum–magnesium–silicon alloys welded by pulsed Nd: YAG laser welding显示文摘Revealing grains and very fine dendrites in a solidified weld metal of aluminum–magnesium–silicon alloys is difficult and thus,there is no evidence to validate the micro-and meso-scale physical models for hot cracks. In this research, the effect of preheating on the microstructure and hot crack creation in the pulsed laser welding of AA 6061 was investigated by an optical microscope and field emission electron microscopy. Etching was carried out in the gas phase using fresh Keller’s reagent for 600 s. The results showed that the grain size of the weld metal was proportional to the grain size of the base metal and was independent of the preheating temperature. Hot cracks passed the grain boundaries of the weld and the base metal. Lower solidification rates in the preheated samples led to coarser arm spacing;therefore, a lower cooling rate. Despite the results predicted by the micro and meso-scale models, lower cooling rates resulted in increased hot cracks. 8NeuroAid (MLC601) versus piracetam in the recovery of post-infarct homonymous hemianopsia显示文摘In the clinic,the natural recovery rate of homonymous hemianopsia caused by occipital lobe infarction is low.At present,ideal therapeutic effects of piracetam for improving visual field defects following homonymous hemianopsia do not exist.The present randomized,controlled study compared the effects of NeuroAid (MLC601) versus piracetam for improving visual field defects in post-infarct homonymous hemianopsia patients matched for age and sex.After 3 months of treatment with NeuroAid (MLC601) or piracetam,visual field defects were significantly improved,compared with prior to treatment (P < 0.001).After treatment with MLC601,relative reduction of right and left visual field defects was 45% and 45.7%,respectively,while relative reduction after treatment with piracetam was 32.7% and 30.3%,respectively.These findings suggested that MLC601 was superior to piracetam for reducing visual field defects in homonymous hemianopsia patients.Kavian Ghandehari Zahra Izadi Mood Saeed Ebrahimzadeh David Picard Yue Zhang 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,6:3
9Application of response surface methodology and central composite rotatable design for modeling the influence of some operating variables of the lab scale thickener performance显示文摘This study discussed the application of response surface methodology(RSM)and central composite rotatable design(CCRD)for modeling and optimization of the influence of some operating variables on the performance of a lab scale thickener for dewatering of tailing in the flotation circuit.Four thickener operating variables,namely feed flowrate,solid percent,flocculant dosage and feedwell height were changed during the tests based on CCRD.The ranges of values of the thickener variables used in the design were a feed flowrate of 9–21 L/min,solid percent of 8%–20%,flocculant dosage of 1.25–4.25 g/t and feedwell height of 16–26 cm.A total of 30 thickening tests were conducted using lab scale thickener on flotation tailing obtained from the Sarcheshmeh copper mine,Iran.The underflow solid percent and bed height were expressed as functions of four operating parameters of thickener.Predicted values were found to be in good agreement with experimental values(R2values of 0.992 and 0.997 for underflow solid percent and bed height,respectively).This study has shown that the RSM and CCRD could effciently be applied for the modeling of thickener for dewatering of flotation tailing.Aghajani Shahrivar Alireza Soltani Goharrizi Ataallah Ebrahimzadeh Gheshlaghi Majid Sarafi Amir Razmirad Mohammad Abdollahi Hadi 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5:2
