Rhesus monkeys exhibiting spontaneous ritualistic behaviors resembling obsessive-compulsive disorder显示文摘Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)is a chronic and debilitating psychiatric disorder that affects∼2%–3%of the population globally.Studying spontaneous OCD-like behaviors in non-human primates may improve our understanding of the disorder. In large rhesus monkey colonies,we found 10 monkeys spontaneously exhibiting persistent sequential motor behaviors(SMBs)in individual-specific sequences that were repetitive,time-consuming and stable over prolonged periods.Genetic analysis revealed severely damaging mutations in genes associated with OCD risk in humans.Brain imaging showed that monkeys with SMBs had larger gray matter(GM)volumes in the left caudate nucleus and lower fractional anisotropy of the corpus callosum. The GM volume of the left caudate nucleus correlated positively with the daily duration of SMBs.Notably, exposure to a stressor(human presence)significantly increased SMBs.In addition, fluoxetine,a serotonergic medication commonly used for OCD,decreased SMBs in these monkeys. These findings provide a novel foundation for developing better understanding and treatment of OCD. | Rongwei Zhai Geya Tong Zheqin Li Weichen Song Yang Hu Sha Xu Qiqi Wei Xiaocheng Zhang Yi Li Bingbing Liao Chenyu Yuan Yinqing Fan Ge Song Yinyin Ouyang Wenxuan Zhang Yaqiu Tang Minghui Jin Yuxian Zhang He Li Zhi Yang Guan Ning Lin Dan JStein Zhi-Qi Xiong Zhen Wang | 2023 | National Science Review2023,10,11: | 1
Enhanced chemical trapping and catalytic conversion of polysulfides by diatomite/MXene hybrid interlayer for stable Li-S batteries显示文摘Lithium-Sulfur (Li-S) batteries with high theoretical energy density are promising energy storage systems in the next decades, while the lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) shuttling caused by the sluggish sulfur redox reaction severely lowers the practical performance. The use of interlayer between the cathode and separator has been widely investigated to physically or chemically block the LiPSs, while the introduction of catalytic materials is a more effective strategy to accelerate the conversion of LiPSs. MXene with rich surface chemistry has shown its potential for facilitating the catalytic conversion, however, the aggregation of MXene sheets usually leads to the loss of the catalytic active sites. Herein, we report a diatomite/MXene (DE/MX) hybrid material as the bifunctional interlayer for improving the adsorption/conversion of LiPSs in Li-S batteries. The diatomite with porous structure and rich silica-hydroxyl functional groups could trap LiPSs effectively, while prevent the aggregation of MXene. The DE/MX based interlayer showed bifunctions of enhancing the chemical adsorption and promoting the conversion of LiPSs. The Li-S batteries with the DE/MX interlayer delivered an improved cycling stability with a low capacity decay of 0.059% per cycle over 1000 cycles at 1.0 C. Moreover, stable 200 cycles can be realized with a high sulfur loading electrode up to 6.0 mg cm^(−2). This work provides an effective strategy to construct bifunctional interlayers for hindering the shuttling of LiPSs and boosting the practical application of Li-S batteries. | Zehui Fan Chen Zhang Wuxing Hua Huan Li Yan Jiao Jingyi Xia Chuan-Nan Geng Rongwei Meng Yingxin Liu Quanjun Tang Ziyang Lu Tongxin Shang Guowei Ling Quan-Hong Yang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,11: | 1
A Trustworthiness-Based Distribution Model for Data Leakage Prevention显示文摘Under the global circumstances where data leakage gets more and more severe, we present a trustworthiness-based distribution model that aims at data leakage prevention (DLP). In our model, first, the distributor calculates the user's trustworthiness based on his historical behaviors; second, according to the user's trustworthiness and his obtained file set overlapping leaked file set, the distributor accesses the probability of the user's intentional leak behavior as the subjective risk assessment; third, the distributor evaluates the user's platform vulnerability as an objective element; last, the distributor makes decisions whether to distribute the file based on the integrated risk assessment. The experiments indicate that the model can distinguish users of different types and make the probability of malicious users' requirements being denied much higher than that of honest users' requirements being denied, so that the model is capable of preventing data leakage validly. | YIN Fan WANG Yu WANG Lina YU Rongwei | 2010 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2010,15,3: | 0
Measurements of the concentration of organic solutions by femtosecond time-resolved ERE-CARS显示文摘A variant of all-resonant CARS named electronic-resonant enhancement CARS(ERE-CARS) is applied to measure the methanol-water solution concentration at room temperature. The measurements are performed using the ERE-CARS signal of the Raman vibrations near the C-H stretching modes(at 2835 and 2942 cm 1) in methanol.By changing the timing(t>0) of the laser pulses of this non-degenerate four wave mixing technique, the concentration information based on the vibrational dynamics of the C-H bonds can be successfully detected as the frequency-spread dephasing rate during the first few hundred fs in the ERE-CARS signal with high sensitivity and accuracy.Femtosecond time-resolved ERE-CARS technique is applied to the concentration analysis of a mixture of the organic solution. This investigation indicates that femtosecond time-resolved ERE-CARS technique might be a powerful tool for real-time detection for solution concentration of different liquids. | HE Ping WANG Ming WANG HuiLi FAN RongWei CHEN DeYing YU Xin WANG JiaLing JIANG YuGang | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,10: | 0
Numerical study of laser-induced collision process in Eu-Sr in strong field显示文摘Theoretically based on the four-level model, one LICET process in Eu-Sr system in both weak and strong fields was calculated by immediate numerical integrations. Numerical results in weak field are in fair to good agreement with analytical ones. Numerical results in strong field show that: (a) the peak of the LICET profiles moves to the violet side and the tuning range of the profiles obviously becomes narrower when the laser field intensity increases; and (b) numerical results in strong field differ a lot from analytical ones, which indicates that in strong field, the analytical expressions are not applicable any longer. | ZHANG Hongying XlAYuanqin CHEN Deying XIAO Pan FAN Rongwei MA Zuguang | 2005 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2005,48,1: | 0
Terahertz beats of vibrational modes in methanol and ethanol selectively excited by tr-CARS technique显示文摘A recently developed time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering(tr-CARS) technique allows the measurement of vibrational coherences with high frequency differences with the ambient environment. The method is based on the short spatial extension of femtosecond pulses with a broadband tunable nonlinear optical parametric amplifier(NOPA) and an internal time delay between the probe and pump/Stokes pulse pair in the CARS process. The different beat frequencies between Raman modes can be selectively detected as oscillations in the tr-CARS transient signal with the broadband tunable NOPA.In this work,we aim at the Raman C-H stretching vibrations from 2800 cm 1 to 3000 cm 1,within which the different vibrational modes in both ethanol and methanol are selectively excited and simultaneously detected. The high time resolution of the experimental set-up allows one to monitor the vibrational coherence dynamics and to observe the quantum beat phenomena on a terahertz scale. This investigation indicates that the femtosecond tr-CARS technique is a powerful tool for the real-time monitoring and detection of molecular and biological agents, including airborne contaminants such as bacterial spores, viruses and their toxins. | HE Ping WANG HuiLi FAN RongWei CHEN DeYing XIA YuanQin YU Xin WANG JiaLing JIANG YuGang | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,12: | 0
