4Dopant-free hole transporting materials with supramolecular interactions and reverse diffusion for efficient and modular p-i-n perovskite solar cells显示文摘The rational design of dopant-free organic hole-transporting layer(HTL) materials is still a challenge for realizing high-efficient and stable p-i-n planar perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs). Here, we synthesized two π-conjugated small-molecule HTL materials through tailoring the backbone and conjugated side chain to carefully control molecular conformation. The resultant BDT-TPAs Th containing a planar fused benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene(BDT) core and a conjugated thiophene side chain showed the planar conformation. X-ray crystallography showed a favorable stacking model in solid states under the parallel-displaced π-πand additional S-π weak-bond supramolecular interactions, thus achieving an obviously increased hole mobility without dopants.As an HTL material in p-i-n planar pero-SCs, the marginal solubility of BDT-TPA-s Th enabled inverse diffusion into the perovskite precursor solution for assisting the subsequent perovskite film growth and passivating the uncoordinated Pb2+ ion defects. As a result, the planar p-i-n pero-SCs exhibited a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 20.5% and enhanced moisture stability. Importantly, the BDT-TPA-s Th HTL material also showed weak thickness-photovoltaic dependence, and the pero-SCs with blade-coated BDT-TPA-s Th as a HTL achieved a 15.30% PCE for the 1-cm2 modularized device. 5Optical and Radiative Properties of Aerosols during a Severe Haze Episode over the North China Plain in December 2016显示文摘The optical and radiative properties of aerosols during a severe haze episode from 15 to 22 December 2016 over Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Jiaozuo in the North China Plain were analyzed based on the ground-based and satellite data, meteorological observations, and atmospheric environmental monitoring data. The aerosol optical depth at 500 nm was < 0.30 and increased to > 1.4 as the haze pollution developed. The ?ngstr?m exponent was > 0.80 for most of the study period. The daily single-scattering albedo was > 0.85 over all of the North China Plain on the most polluted days and was > 0.97 on some particular days. The volumes of fine and coarse mode particles during the haze event were approximately 0.05–0.21 and 0.01–0.43 μm3, respectively—that is, larger than those in the time without haze. The daily absorption aerosol optical depth was about 0.01–0.11 in Beijing, 0.01–0.13 in Shijiazhuang, and0.01–0.04 in Jiaozuo, and the average absorption ?ngstr?m exponent varied between 0.6 and 2.0. The aerosol radiative forcing at the bottom of the atmosphere varied from –23 to –227, –34 to –199, and –29 to –191 W m–2 for the whole haze period, while the aerosol radiative forcing at the top of the atmosphere varied from –4 to –98, –10 to –51,and –21 to –143 W m–2 in Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Jiaozuo, respectively. Satellite observations showed that smoke,polluted dust, and polluted continental components of aerosols may aggravate air pollution during haze episodes. 6The Role of Dihydroresveratrol in Enhancing the Synergistic Effect of Ligilactobacillus salivarius Liol and Resveratrol in Ameliorating Colitis in Mice显示文摘Currently approved therapeutical strategies for inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)suffer from variable efficacy and association with risk of serious side effects.Therefore,efforts have been made in searching for alternative therapeutics strategies utilizing gut microbiota manipulation.In this study,we show that the probiotic strain Ligilactobacillus salivarius Li01(Li01)and the phytochemical prebiotic resveratrol(RSV)have synergistic effect in ameliorating colitis in mice.Oral coadministration of Li01(109 CFU/d)and RSV(1.5 g/kg/d)promoted restoration of various inflammatory injuries and gut microbiota composition,exhibiting a favorable anti-inflammatory effect in DSS-induced colitis mice.The combination treatment was associated with reductions in the levels of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1βand IL-6 and increases in the levels of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-17A in mouse serum.Moreover,the combination treatment was found to alter the composition and metabolism of the gut microbiota,especially influencing the production of short chain fatty acids and anti-inflammatory related molecules.The mechanism underlying the improved anti-inflammatory effect from the RSV and Li01 combination treatment was found to be associated with the environmental sensor mammalian aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AHR)and tryptophan metabolism pathway.Administration of RSV in combination with Li01 in different mouse model led to enhanced conversion of RSV into metabolites,including dihydroresveratrol(DHR),resveratrol-sulfate,and resveratrol-glucuronide.DHR was found to be the dominant metabolite of RSV in conventional and colitis mice.An increased DHR/RSV ratio was confirmed to activate AHR and contribute to an enhanced anti-inflammatory effect.DHR is considered as a potential AHR ligand.The DHR/RSV ratio also affected the serotonin pathway by controlling the expression of Tph1,SERT,and 5-HT7R leading to amelioration of colitis in mice.Our data suggest that treatment with a combination of Li01 and RSV has potential as a therapeutic strategy for IBD;further investigation of this combination in clinical settings is warranted.Yiqiu Fei Shuobo Zhang Shengyi Han Bo Qiu Yanmeng Lu Weixing Huang Fang Li Deying Chen Bjorn Berglund Hang Xiao Lanjuan Li Mingfei Yao 2022Research2022,,4:1

12Structural evolution of layered oxide cathodes for spent Li-ion batteries:Degradation mechanism and repair strategy显示文摘Sustainable development has long been recognized as one of the most critical issues in today’s energy and environment-conscious society.It has never been more urgent to recycle and reuse the end-of-life cathode materials.Here,this work systematically investigates the structure-critical degradation mechanism of polycrystalline LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1−x−y)O_(2)(NCM),combining experimental characterization and DFT simulations.Targeting the key degradation factors,a synergistic repair strategy based on deep mechanochemical activation and heat treatment was successfully proposed to direct regenerate the degradedNCMmaterial.Studies indicate the induction and promotion of synergistic repair technique on the reconstruction of particlemorphology,the recovery of the chemical composition and crystal structure,and the favorable transformation of the impurities phase in the failed materials.In particular,the synergistic repair process induces a gradient distribution of LiF and further enables partial fluorine doping into the NCM surface,forming abundant oxygen vacancies and increasing the content of highly reactive Ni2+.Benefiting from the comprehensive treatment for the multi-scale and multi-form degradation behaviors,the repaired material exhibits a capacity of 176.8 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 C,which is comparable to the corresponding commercial material(172.8 mA h g^(-1)).The satisfactory capacity of the recovered cathode proves that it is an effective direct renovating strategy.Shan Jin Jianquan Liang Deying Mu Tianning Lin Yuyang Tian Jian Zhang YueWang Meng Chen Qingmo Shi Changsong Dai 2023SusMat2023,3,3:1

15Flow Behavior and Evolution of Microstructure during Hot Deformation for a High Mo Stainless Steel显示文摘The mechanical behaviors of high Mo austenitic stainless steel 00Cr20Ni18Mo6Cu[N] have been investigated using the methods of hot compression simulation test on the Thermecmaster-Z sim- ulator. The dynamic recrystallization kinetic equation was established, Avrami coefficient n lies in between 0.9-2 depending on deformation parameters. A perfect flow stress model considering dynamic recrystallization was also established. Dynamic recrystallization tends to complete at 1050℃ and high strain rate, but at temperature below 950℃, it is hard to occur. Double-stage interrupt compression tests were carried out. Activation energy for static and metadynamic re- crystallization have been obtained respectively (QSRX=483.7, QMDRX=253.5 kJ/mol). Avrami coefficient of MDRX is about 0.5, and t0.5-kinetics equations of SRX and MDRX have also been constructed. The evolution of microstructures during interrupt compression deformation was investigated. 16Exploring the catalytic function and active sites of a novel C-glycosyltransferase from Anemarrhena asphodeloides显示文摘Anemarrhena asphodeloides is an immensely popular medicinal herb in China,which contains an abundant of mangiferin.As an important bioactive xanthone C-glycoside,mangiferin possesses a variety of pharmacological activities and is derived from the cyclization reaction of a benzophenone C-glycoside(maclurin).Biosyntheti-cally,C-glycosyltransferases are critical for the formation of benzophenone C-glycosides.However,the benzo-phenone C-glycosyltransferases from Anemarrhena asphodeloides have not been discovered.Herein,a promiscuous C-glycosyltransferase(AaCGT)was identified from Anemarrhena asphodeloides.It was able to catalyze efficiently mono-C-glycosylation of benzophenone,together with di-C-glycosylation of dihydrochalcone.It also exhibited the weak O-glycosylation or potent S-glycosylation capacities toward 12 other types of flavonoid scaffolds and a simple aromatic compound with–SH group.Homology modeling and mutagenesis experiments revealed that the glycosylation reaction of AaCGT was initiated by the conserved residue H23 as the catalytic base.Three critical residues H356,W359 and D380 were involved in the recognition of sugar donor through hydrogen-bonding interactions.In particular,the double mutant of F94W/L378M led to an unexpected enzy-matic conversion of mono-C-to di-C-glycosylation.This study highlights the important value of AaCGT as a potential biocatalyst for efficiently synthesizing high-value C-glycosides.Jia Huang Yaru She Jingyang Yue Yidu Chen Yu Li Jing Li Yonger Hu Deying Yang Jiabo Chen Lu Yang Zhongqiu Liu Ruibo Wu Pengfei Jin Lixin Duan 2022Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,1:1
