| 1 | Comparison of phylobetadiversity indices based on community data from Gutianshan forest plot显示文摘Phylobetadiversity incorporates phylogenetic information and beta diversity,and can account for the ecological similarities between communities with a phylogenetic perspective.Although different phylobetadiversity indices reflect differences in different characteristics between communities,the results of different phylobetadiversity indices are not comparable.In this study we examined phylobetadiversity indices for a 24-hm 2 plot in the Gutianshan National Nature Reserve.It was found the abundanceweighted D pw was almost identical to Rao's D of Rao's quadratic entropy.PhyloSor had a similar ecological meaning and algorithm to UniFrac.Although Dnn was different in definition from UniFrac and PhyloSor,they were all strongly correlated.The effect of species abundance on phylobetadiversity was not significant when scales were relatively small,but was significant at larger scales.These contrasts likely resulted from reductions in evenness in communities as scales increased.P ST and Rao's H better reflected the distance-decay changes caused by spatial and habitat variation than other indices at larger scales,whereas AW-D nn and D nn better reflected these changes at small scales. | FENG Gang ZHANG JinLong PEI NanCai RAO MiDe MI XiangCheng REN HaiBao MA KePing | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,6: | 9 |
| 2 | Defect self-assembly of metal-organic framework triggers ferroptosis to overcome resistance显示文摘The emergence of multidrug treatment resistance presents a hurdle for the successful chemotherapy of tumours.Ferroptosis,resulting from the iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides,has the potential to reverse multidrug resistance.However,simultaneous delivery of the iron sources,ferroptosis inducers,drugs,and enhanced circulation carriers within matrices remains a significant challenge.Herein,we designed and fabricated a defect self-assembly of metal-organic framework(MOF)-red blood cell(RBC)membrane-camouflaged multi-drug-delivery nanoplatform for combined ferroptosis-apoptosis treatment of multidrug-resistant cancer.Ferroptosis and chemotherapeutic drugs are embedded in the centre of the iron(III)-based MOF at defect sites by coordination with metal clusters during a one-pot solvothermal synthesis process.The RBC membrane could camouflage the nanoplatform for longer circulation.Our results demonstrate that this defect self-assembly-enabled MOF-membrane-camouflaged nanoplatform could deplete the glutathione,amplify the reactive oxidative species oxidative stress,and enable remarkable anticancer properties.Our work provides an alternative strategy for overcoming multidrug resistance,which could regulate the fluidity and permeability of the cell membrane by ferroptosis to downregulate of P-glycoprotein protein expression by ferroptosis.This defect self-assembly-enabled MOF-membrane-camouflaged multi-drug-delivery nanoplatform has great therapeutic potential. | Haibao Peng Xingcai Zhang Peng Yang Jiaxu Zhao Wei Zhang Nianping Feng Wuli Yang Jing Tang | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Real-time retrieval of submicron aerosol size distributions from multi-wavelength spectral extinction measurements显示文摘The real-time retrieval of submicron aerosol size distributions is of major interest for applications. Based on the Mie theory,the spectral extinction method offers a simple measurement principle and a convenient optical arrangement. In contrast to the relative simplicity of the experimental measurement the retrieval of the particles size distribution and particle concentration from the spectral extinction method is difficult. Mie scattering Equation is a Fredholm Integral Equation of the First Kind. This paper develops a hybrid iterative model-dependent algorithm for on-line particle sizing from extinction spectra which is both computationally efficient and accurate. Applying the refined Mie diagnostic iterative procedures within some candidate solutions can identify the unique result accurately and rapidly enough for real time measurement. | 4 | Friction and wear behavior of carbon fiber reinforced lithium aluminosilicate composites sliding against GCr15 steel显示文摘Carbon fibers reinforced lithium aluminosilicate matrix composites(Cf/LAS)were prepared by slurry infiltration combined with a hot press procedure.The friction,wear behavior,and wear mechanisms of Cf/LAS composites under dry sliding conditions were investigated.The results show that the coefficient of friction(COF)initially increased with the increase in carbon fiber content,and reached the maximum value of 0.20 for the 33%Cf/LAS composite.The COF increased sharply with increasing sample temperature from RT to 300℃.The COF remained stable in the temperature range of 300–500℃.The two wear mechanisms of LAS glass-ceramics are fatigue wear and abrasive wear.The Cf/LAS composites demonstrate slight spalling and shallow scratches.These results show that carbon fibers improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of Cf/LAS composites. | Haibao MA Xin WU Long XIA Longnan HUANG Li XIONG Hua YANG Bo ZHONG Tao ZHANG Zhiwei YANG Feng GAO Guangwu WEN | 2020 | Friction2020,8,6: | 1 |
