1W-Band High-Efficiency Waveguide Slot Array Antenna with Low Sidelobe Levels Based on Silicon Micromachining Technology显示文摘A high-efficiency waveguide slot array antenna with low sidelobe level(SLL)is investigated for W-band applications.The silicon micromachining technology is utilized to realize multilayer antenna architecture by three key steps of selective etching,gold plating and Au-Au bonding.The radiating slot based on this technique becomes thick with a minimum thickness of 0.2 mm and accompanies with the decrease of slot’s radiation ability.To overcome this weakness,a stepped radiation cavity is loaded on the slot.The characteristic of cavityloaded slot is investigated to synthesize the low-SLL array antenna.The unequal hybrid corporate feeding network is constructed to achieve sidelobe suppression in the E-plane.A pair of 16×8 low-SLL and high-effciency slot arrays is fashioned and confirmed experimentally.The bandwidth with the radiation effciency higher than 80%is 92.3–96.3 GHz.The SLLs in both E-and H-planes are below−19 dB.YAO Shisen CHENG Yujian BAI Hang FAN Yong 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,4:2

4Effect of PMMA Removal Methods on Opto-Mechanical Behaviors of Optical Fiber Resonant Sensor With Graphene Diaphragm显示文摘Regarding the dependence of the treatment of removing polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)from graphene upon the prestress in the film,two typical PMMA removal methods including acetone-vaporing and high-temperature annealing were investigated based on the opto-mechanical behaviors of the developed optical fiber Fabry-Perot(F-P)resonant sensor with a 125-pm diameter and~10-layer-thickness graphene diaphragm.The measured resonant responses showed that the F-P sensor via annealing process exhibited the resonant frequency of 481kHz and quality factor of 1034 at~2Pa and room temperature,which are respectively 2.5 times and 33 times larger than the acetone-treated sensor.Moreover,the former achieved a high sensitivity of 110.4kHz/kPa in the tested range of 2Pa-2.5kPa,apparently superior to the sensitivity of 16.2kHz/kPa obtained in the latter.However,the time drift of resonant frequency also mostly tended to occur in the annealed sensor,thereby shedding light on the opto-mechanical characteristics of graphene-based F-P resonant sensors,along with an optimized optical excitation and detection scheme.Yujian LIU Cheng LI Shangchun FAN Xuefeng SONG 2022Photonic Sensors2022,12,2:0
