| 3 | Fecal Microbiota Succession of Piglets from Birth to Post-weaning by 454 Pyrosequencing Analysis显示文摘The objective of this study was to describe the fecal microbiota succession of piglets from birth to postweaning by pyrosequencing.The dominant bacterial phyla were Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,and Fusobacteria,although the composition of the fecal microbiota changed as the piglets grew.Bacteroides,Parabacteroides,Prevotella,Lactobacillus,unclassified Lachnospiraceae,Ruminococcus,Oscillospira,Phascolarctobacterium,and Desulfovibrio were the core genera in the feces of piglets and existed from birth to post-weaning.Bacteroides was the most abundant at birth; however,the proportion of Bacteroides decreased as the piglets aged,while the proportion of Prevotella increased until it became the most abundant genus at the post-weaning stage.Principal coordinate analysis indicated that the microbial communities of piglet fecal samples from birth to postweaning could be separated into four groups according to the similarity of community composition.These corresponded to time points on day 0 (birth); day 7; days 14,21,and 28 (pre-weaning); and day 35 (post-weaning).This study suggests that the development of the intestinal microbiota in the piglet is a gradual and sequential process.This methodology establishes a basis for broader studies to investigate the microbiota of the piglet intestinal tract. | Jin Wang Ye Han Fanrui Meng Jinzhao Zhao Zhijiang Zhou Huan Fan | 2017 | Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,3: | 1 |

| 6 | STUDY AND ENHANCEMENT ON BUFFER MANAGEMENT FOR SMOOTH HANDOVER IN MIPV6显示文摘For improving Transfer Control Protocol (TCP) performance in mobile environment,smooth handover with buffer management has been proposed to realize seamless handovers. However in our simulation, even if smooth handover in Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) is implemented, TCP can not always achieve better performance due to packets forwarding burst. Based on the study of buffer management for smooth handover, this paper proposes an enhanced buffer management scheme for smooth handover to improve TCP performance. In this scheme, a packet-pair probing technology is adopted to estimate the available bandwidth of the new path from Previous router (Prtr) to Mobile Node (MN), which will be used by Prtr to control the buffered packets forwarding. | 7 | Generating Circulation Designs Using Shape Grammars显示文摘Shape grammars are well-known tools to explore abstract systems of shapes and their relationships.Although there has been much research on the use of shape grammars in the field of architectural styles, there has been little investigation into the concept of circulation using shape grammars. Circulation is a tool used in architecture and interior design and is formed by connecting the points left by the movement of human beings through indoor or outdoor spaces. This study shows that shape grammars are also helpful in this particular field by presenting how a parametric shape grammar is applied to generate circulation designs, and the system automatically generates four basic types of complex circulations. | 9 | A new sensitization strategy for achieving organic RTP in aqueous solution:tunable RTP and UC emission in supramolecular TTA-UC systems显示文摘Achieving room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)of heavy-atom-free organic molecules with near-infrared(NIR)emission in solutions is fascinating for medical and biological applications but is highly challengable.Herein,we report a new sensitization strategy to achieve RTP of heavy-atom-free fluorophores which served as energy acceptors in triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion(TTA-UC)by carefully designing the accommodated microenvironments through non-covalent interactions with a PAMAM dendrimer matrix.Sensitized RTP of a serial of diphenyl anthracene(DPA)derivatives peaked at 766 nm were observed for the first time in an aqueous solution with a maximal quantum yield of 1.4%.A ternary supramolecular assembling between the UC components and the dendrimers was formed via electrostatic interaction between the–COOH and peripheral amino groups.On one hand,it assured the efficient population of the triplet states of the fluorophore via triplet-triplet energy transfer(TTET)process;on the other hand,it restricted the motions of the fluorophores,and thus inhibited the nonradiative inactivation of the populated triplet states.These two aspects jointly contributed to the sensitized RTP of DPA units.Significantly,the microenvironment in which the annihilators resided could be regulated by adjusting the ratio of carboxyl to amino groups(–COOH/–NH_(2)),when–COOH/–NH_(2)<1,the annihilators were mainly immobilized at the periphery of the dendrimers,leading to the sensitized RTP,and when COOH/–NH_(2)>1,the UC components could be partly driven to the hydrophobic cavities of the dendrimers,resulting an unprecedentedly simultaneous emission of upconverted fluorescence and down-converted phosphorescence of the annihilators. | Lingling Wei Fanrui Gao Cheng He Qiuhui He Pengyue Jin Yanqin Rong Ting Zhao Cheng Yang Wanhua Wu | 2023 | Science China Chemistry2023,66,12: | 0 |
| 10 | Chiroptical switching of molecular universal joint triggered by complexation/release of a cation: A stepwise synergistic complexation显示文摘Pillar[5]arene-based molecular universal joints(MUJs), bearing fused crown ether subring(MUJ1 and MUJ3) or a ring without ether oxygen atom(MUJ2), were synthesized and enantio–differentiated. Significant chiral inversion was observed for the crown ether-fused MUJs upon the addition of equivalent cations Na+, showing an anisotropy(g) factor of 0.014, while alkyl subring-fused MUJ2 showed no CD inversions. Unprecedentedly, sodium ion triggered rolling-in motion of the subring to the pillar[5]arene cavity was verified, and the synergistic noncovalent interaction of cation-π interactions and C–H···π interactions were responsible for the stabilized self-included conformers.
