| 1 | Hepatitis B virus genotypes:an overview显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a major cause of mortality and morbidity globally.The quest continues to identify viral factors that influence disease progression and severity as well as responses to treatment of HBV infection.Based on variations in HBV,the virus has been divided into a number of genotypes. DATA SOURCES:Review of published literature on HBV genotypes. RESULTS:HBV genotypes are likely to be important in determining the severity and progression of HBV-induced liver disease as well as responses to different anti-viral agents. | 2 | 高光催化活性的磷氧桥连TiO_2/g-C_3N_4纳米复合体的合成(英文)显示文摘石墨型氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)是一种新型非金属聚合物半导体材料,具有合理的能带结构、较好的稳定性及卓越的表面性质,因而受到了人们的广泛关注.目前,它作为光催化剂在降解污染物、光催化分解水产氢和光催化还原CO2方面正呈现出巨大的应用潜力.然而,g-C_3N_4可见光响应范围窄、比表面积较小、尤其是光生载流子易复合等缺陷制约着其光催化活性的进一步提高.针对以上问题,人们对g-C_3N_4进行了大量的改性研究,其中构建能级匹配的纳米半导体/g-C_3N_4异质结复合体是常用的有效改善g-C_3N_4光生电荷分离进而提高其光催化活性的手段.但现有相关文献往往忽略了复合体界面接触情况对光生电荷转移和分离的影响,从而在一定程度上影响对光催化性能的改善.本课题组前期工作表明,通过磷氧、硅氧功能桥的建立可加强TiO_2/Fe2O3,Zn O/BiVO_4纳米复合物的界面接触,从而促进光生电荷的迁移和分离,进而进一步提高纳米复合体的光催化活性.这样,通过构建磷氧桥有望改善TiO_2和g-C_3N_4的紧密连接,以促进光生电子由g-C_3N_4向TiO_2的迁移、改善光生载流子的分离,进而更加显著地提高g-C_3N_4的光催化活性.但是相关工作至今尚未见到报道.为此,本文通过简单的湿化学法成功地合成了磷氧(P–O)桥连的TiO_2/g-C_3N_4纳米复合体,并研究了P–O功能桥对TiO_2/g-C_3N_4纳米复合体光生电荷分离及其对光催化降解污染物及还原CO2活性的影响.结果表明,g-C_3N_4与适量的纳米TiO_2复合,尤其是g-C_3N_4与适量P–O桥连TiO_2的复合可进一步提高g-C_3N_4的光催化活性.基于气氛调控的表面光电压谱和光致发光谱等的分析,P-O桥连可促使g-C_3N_4的光生电子由g-C_3N_4向TiO_2转移,极大地促进了g-C_3N_4的光生电荷分离,因而使纳米复合体光催化活性大幅提高,其光催化降解2,4-DCP及还原CO2活性均为g-C_3N_4的3倍.此外,自由基捕获实验表明,·OH作为空穴调控的直接中间产物,其对2,4-DCP的降解起主导作用. | 刘翀 Fazal Raziq 李志军 曲阳 Amir Zada 井立强 | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Catalysis2017,38,6: | 7 |
| 3 | Dubin-Johnson syndrome with systemic lupus erythematosus: a case report显示文摘BACKGROUND: Dubin-Johnson syndrome (DJS) is a rare clinical entity. We describe a case of DJS complicated by systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). METHODS: A case of congenital hyperbilirubinemia with SLE was evaluated systematically including review of history, physical examination for the stigmata of chronic liver disease, and other investigations. RESULT: Liver biopsy revealed a black liver with preserved architecture suggestive of DJS. CONCLUSIONS: SLE may develop in DJS. | 4 | Response of Wheat to Tillage Plus Rice Residue and Nitrogen Management in Rice-Wheat System显示文摘Zero tillage with residues retention and optimizing nitrogen fertilization are important strategies to improve soil quality and wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) yield in rice(Oryza sativa L.)-wheat system. Field experiments were conducted on silty clay soil(Hyperthermic, and Typic Torrifluvents) in D. I. Khan, Pakistan, to explore the impact of six tillage methods(zero tillage straw retained(ZTsr), ZT straw burnt(ZTsb), reduced tillage straw incorporated(RTsi, including tiller and rotavator), RT straw burnt(RTsb), conventional tillage straw incorporated(CTsi, including disc plow, tiller, rotavator, and leveling operations), CT straw burnt(CTsb)) and five nitrogen rates, i.e., 0, 100, 150, 200, and 250 kg ha-1 on wheat yield. Mean values for N revealed that spikes m-2, grains/spike, 1 000-grain weight(g), and grain yield(kg ha-1) were significantly higher at 200 kg N ha-1 in both the years as well as mean over years than all other treatments. Mean values for tillage revealed that ZTsr produced highest number of spikes m-2 among tillage methods. However, grains/spike, 1 000-grain weight, and grain yield were higher in tillage methods with either straw retained/incorporated than tillage methods with straw burnt. Interaction effects were significant in year 1 and in mean over years regarding spikes m-2, 1 000-grain weight, total soil organic matter(SOM), and total soil N(TSN). ZTsr produced the most spikes m-2 and 1 000-grain weight at 200 kg N ha-1. ZTsr also produced higher SOM and TSN at 200-250 kg N ha-1 at the end of 2 yr cropping. | 5 | Structural, morphological, Raman, optical, magnetic, and antibacterial characteristics of CeO2 nanostructures显示文摘In this study, CeO_2 nanostructures were synthesized by a soft chemical method. A hydrothermal treatment was observed to lead to an interesting morphological transformation of the nanoparticles into homogeneous microspheres composed of nanosheets with an average thickness of 40 nm. Structural analysis revealed the formation of a single-phase cubic fluorite structure of CeO_2 for both samples. A Raman spectroscopic study confirmed the XRD results and furthermore indicated the presence of a large number of oxygen vacancies in the nanosheets. These oxygen vacancies led to room-temperature ferromagnetism(RTFM) of the CeO_2 nanosheets with enhanced magnetic characteristics. Amazingly, the nanosheets exhibited substantially greater antibacterial activity than the nanoparticles. Methods:For evaluation of larvicidal potential,the ethanolic,methanolic and dichloromethane leaves extracts of three different plants were used in dose-dependent experiments in two media, while the antioxidant enzymes activities were investigated using four different methods viz., superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,ascorbate and catalase.Results:An.stephensi has developed resistance to various synthetic insecticides,making its control increasingly difficult.The comparative performance of ethanolic extracts(65%-90%) was found better than the methanolic extract(70%-87%) and dichloromethane extract(60%-70%).Among the three plants extracts tested in two media,S.rebaudiana exhibited higher larvicidal activity with LC50(24 h) in methanolic extract than P.hysterophorous and G.biloba.G.biloba and P.hysterophorous exhibited the strongest antioxidative enzymes activity and S.rebaudiana were less active and no significant difference was observed.Conclusions:These three plants exhibit larvicidal potential and can be further used for vector control alternative to synthetic insecticide due to eco-friendly and diseases control,furthermore these plant species have potent antioxidative enzyme activities, therefore,making them strong natural candidate particularly for diseases which are caused due to free radicals. | Nisar Ahmad Hina Fazal Bilal H Abbasi Mazhar Iqbal | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,3: | 2 |

All compounds showed various degree of urease inhibitory activity with IC_(50) values ranging 7.45 0.12 74.24 0.81 mmol/L while the standard thiourea behaved normally(IC_(50) = 21.10 0.12). Compounds 1(IC_(50) = 7.45 0.12 μmol/L), 9(IC_(50) = 18.17 1.03 μmol/L) and 13(IC_(50) = 8.61 0.45 μmol/L) showed excellent urease inhibitory activity in the series. Molecular modeling studies were performed to understand the binding site with the bimetallic nickel center of the enzyme.Structure-activity relationship has also been established for these compounds.
