| 1 | Characteristics and significance of the penecontemporaneous karst in lacustrine carbonate, Da'anzhai Member, Lower Jurassic, Beibei area, eastern Sichuan Basin显示文摘There are few reports about the penecontemporaneous karst of the lacustrine carbonate of Da'anzhai Member which developed on the top of Lower Jurassic Ziliujing Formation,eastern Sichuan Basin.Based on the analysis of the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Heping Reservoir section in Beibei area,It is discovered that the penecontemporaneous karst in the lacustrine carbonate,Da'anzhai Member,and its characters as follows:(1)The dissolved fractures and karrens are common,which have been filled with vadose silts,bioclasts,terrigenous quartzes,crystal and intergrown calcites;(2)The penecontemporaneous karstification mainly occurs in the micrites and shell limestones of the middle and upper part of the shallowing-upward sequence,and the desiccation cracks occur in some shallowing-upward sequences;(3)Three meteoric-water diagenetic lenses are identified in this section.By further study we also find the factures,stylolite and burial dissolution pores occur along the karst system(tubes,conduits and caves of the karst).And the asphalt not only fills the stylolites and fractures,but also is mixed with the vadose silt in the karst system,although the pore space formed by penecontemporaneous karstification is filled with vadose material and cements.Therefore it is concluded that the development and modification of the tight lacustrine carbonate reservoir of Da'anzhai Member,to some extent,are relevant with the penecontemporaneous karstification,and the penecontemporaneous karst reservoir may develop in the buried Da'anzhai carbonate of the basin. | Chengpeng Su Xiucheng Tan Kailan Shi Juan Zou Feifan Lu Sicong Luo Hao Tang Xinyu Zhang | 2017 | Petroleum2017，3，3： | 5 |
| 2 | Joint Design of Coalition Formation and Semi-Blind Channel Estimation in Fog Radio Access Networks显示文摘Coordinated signal processing can obtain a huge transmission gain for Fog Radio Access Networks(F-RANs).However,integrating into large scale,it will lead to high computation complexity in channel estimation and spectral efficiency loss in transmission performance.Thus,a joint cluster formation and channel estimation scheme is proposed in this paper.Considering research remote radio heads(RRHs)centred serving scheme,a coalition game is formulated in order to maximize the spectral efficiency of cooperative RRHs under the conditions of balancing the data rate and the cost of channel estimation.As the cost influences to the necessary consumption of training length and estimation error.Particularly,an iterative semi-blind channel estimation and symbol detection approach is designed by expectation maximization algorithm,where the channel estimation process is initialized by subspace method with lower pilot length.Finally,the simulation results show that a stable cluster formation is established by our proposed coalition game method and it outperforms compared with full coordinated schemes. | Zhifeng Wang Feifan Yang Shi Yan Saleemullah Memon Zhongyuan Zhao Chunjing Hu | 2019 | China Communications2019，16，11： | 3 |
| 3 | Change of Cytokines in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients and HBeAg are Positively Correlated with HBV RNA, Based on Real-world Study显示文摘Background and Aims:The natural course of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is widely studied;however,follow-up studies of the same patients are scanty.Here,we studied the dynamic changes of serum HBV RNA and cytokines in hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg)-positive patients treated with entecavir(ETV)to explore the relationship between the HBV serum viral nucleic acids and host immunity.Methods:Thirty-three chronic hepatitis B patients who are HBeAg-positive,with high virus load(HBV DNA>20,000 IU/mL),and received standard nucleos(t)ide analogue(NA)antiviral therapy(ETV)for more than 48 weeks were included.The serum levels of HBV nucleic acids and selected cytokines were measured at 0,12,24,and 48 weeks respectively.Results:Serum HBV RNA could still be detected while serum HBV DNA had fallen below the detection limit in patients treated with ETV.There was a strong positive correlation between HBV RNA and HBeAg,with a concomitant decrease in the secretion of cytokines from type 1 helper T(Th1)/type 2 helper T(Th2)/interleukin(IL)-17 producing T(Th17)cells.IL-4 and IL-10 were the main cytokines negatively associated with serum HBV RNA.Conclusions:HBeAg can be used to reflect the load of HBV RNA indirectly,because serum HBV RNA has not been widely used in clinical practice.Meanwhile,serum IL-4 and IL-10 might be explored in combination with HBV RNA in guiding future clinical antiviral therapy. | Qiqi Zhang Hui Huang Aijun Sun Chunyan Liu Zhidong Wang Feifan Shi Wei Duan Xueying Sun Qi Wang Ping Sun Chunwen Pu Yong Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022，10，3： | 1 |
| 4 | Changes in ecological stoichiometry and nutrient resorption in Castanopsis hystrix plantations along an urbanization gradient in the lower subtropics显示文摘The stoichiometry of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorous in plants can reflect the interactions between plants and their environment.The interplay between plant nutrients,climatic factors,and soil properties and the underlying regulatory mechanisms are pillars of ecology but remain underexplored.In this study of plant C-N-P stoichiometry and nutrient resorption in Castanopsis hystrix groves in three cities(Guangzhou,Zhongshan,and Lechang)that represent an urban-rural gradient in Guangdong Province,South China,we explored potential relationships among NO_(2) concentrations,diameter at breast height(DBH),and resident human population.Mean annual temperature,mean annual precipitation,insolation duration per year,and the human resident population differed significantly among the three cities.Soil C-N-P was always highest in suburban Lechang,and the concentration of NO_(2) was highest in urban Guanghzou(55.33±0.67μg m^(-3))and positively correlated with the resident population and leaf N:P.Our findings suggest that C-N-P stoichiometry of C.hystrix was better explained by NO_(2)than by soil C-N-P stoichiometry and that nutrient resorption was better explained by leaf nutrients and DBH than by NO_(2) and soil stoichiometry.Our study supports the hypothesis that rapid urbanization influences NO_(2) concentrations and microclimate,which may jointly change the stoichiometry of plant nutrients in the forest ecosystems. | Feifan Li Bing Sun Zhaowan Shi Nancai Pei | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021，32，6： | 1 |
