1电网规划方案的适应性与风险评估显示文摘电力规划方案的适应性与风险评估,是电力规划工作中一项极其重要的内容。在市场环境下,电网规划方案所存在的风险及其对不确定因素的适应性,是评估工作面临的新挑战。鉴于电力系统以及电力市场中诸多不确定性因素的影响,基于电力市场模拟的原理,将蒙特卡罗模拟引入到电网规划方案的适应性与风险评估之中,并详细描述了在电力市场环境中对不确定性因素进行蒙特卡罗模拟并应用于市场模拟和生产模拟的基本思想、方法、流程。主要围绕负荷与电价这两个不确定性因素展开,将整体思路应用于江苏省电网规划方案的分析之中,结合华东区域电力市场运营规则,进行了2010年电网规划的评估。实际应用表明,所提出的评估方法能够很好地突出市场中的关键因素,模拟市场中的极端情况,为市场环境下电网规划方案的适应性与风险评估提供了一个切实可行的方法和思路,具有较大的实用价值。杨高峰 康重庆 Furong Li Daniel Kirschen 2008电力系统保护与控制2008,36,23:41

7Effects of strain rates on mechanical properties of limestone under high temperature显示文摘The experimental tests for limestone specimens at 700 °C in uniaxial compression were carried out to inves- tigate the mechanical effects of loading rates on limestone by using a MTS810 rock mechanics servo- controlled testing system considering the loading rate as a variable. The mechanical properties of limestone such as the stress-strain curve, variable characteristics of peak strength and the modulus of elasticity of limestone were studied under the strain rates ranging from 1.1 10à5 to 1.1 10à1 sà1. (1) Sharp decreases were shown for the peak strength and elastic modulus of limestone from 1.1 10à5 to 1.1 10à4 sà1 at 700 °C as well as a downward trend was shown from 1.1 10à4 to 1.1 10à1 sà1 with the rise of the strain rate. (2) The peak strain increased from 1.1 10à5 to 1.1 10à4 sà1, however, there was no obvious changes shown for the peak strain of limestone from 1.1 10à4 to 1.1 10à1 sà1. 9Human bronchial epithelial cell injuries induced by fine particulate matter from sandstorm and non-sandstorm periods:Association with particle constituents显示文摘Epidemiological studies have demonstrated the exacerbation of respiratory diseases following sandstorm-derived particulate matter(PM) exposure.The presence of anthropogenic and biological agents on the sandstorm PM and the escalation of PM < 2.5 μm(PM2.5)pollution in China have led to serious concerns regarding the health effects of PM2.5during Asian sandstorms.We investigated how changes in PM2.5composition,as the weather transitioned towards a sandstorm,affected human airway epithelial cells.Six PM2.5samples covering two sandstorm events and their respective background and transition periods were collected in Baotou,an industrial city near the Gobi Desert in China.PM samples from all three periods had mild cytotoxicity in human bronchial epithelial cell line BEAS-2B,which was positively correlated with the contents of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and several metals.All PM samples potently increased the release of interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8).Endotoxin in all samples contributed significantly to the IL-6 response,with only a minor effect on IL-8.Cr was positively correlated with both IL-6 and IL-8 release,while Si was only associated with the increase of IL-6.Our study suggests that local agricultural and industrial surroundings in addition to the sandstorm play important roles in the respiratory effects of sandstorm-derived PM.Bin Wang Ning Li Furong Deng Nicholas Buglak George Park Shu Su Aiguo Ren Guofeng Shen Shu Tao Xinbiao Guo 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:9

Specifically, the recently observed Kn=4-bands in 168,170,172 Er have been found to experience a configuration change in our calculation. Some other multi-quasiparticle states with uncertain configuration assignments have been reinvestigated by calculating their collective rotations. 12Association of emergency room visits for respiratory diseases with sources of ambient PM2.5显示文摘Previous studies have reported associations of short-term exposure to different sources of ambient fine particulate matter(PM2.5)and increased mortality or hospitalizations for respiratory diseases.Few studies,however,have focused on the short-term effects of source-specific PM2.5 on emergency room visits(ERVs)of respiratory diseases.Source apportionment for PM2.5 was performed with Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)and generalized additive model was applied to estimate associations between source-specific PM2.5 and respiratory disease ERVs.The association of PM2.5 and total respiratory ERVs was found on lag4(RR=1.011,95%CI:1.002,1.020)per interquartile range(76μg/m3)increase.We found PM2.5 to be significantly associated with asthma,bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)ERVs,with the strongest effects on lag5(RR=1.072,95%CI:1.024,1.119),lag4(RR=1.104,95%CI:1.032,1.176)and lag3(RR=1.091,95%CI:1.047,1.135),respectively.The estimated effects of PM2.5 changed little after adjusting for different air pollutants.Six primary PM2.5 sources were identified using PMF analysis,including dust/soil(6.7%),industry emission(4.5%),secondary aerosols(30.3%),metal processing(3.2%),coal combustion(37.5%)and traffic-related source(17.8%).Some of the sources were identified to have effects on ERVs of total respiratory diseases(dust/soil,secondary aerosols,metal processing,coal combustion and traffic-related source),bronchitis ERVs(dust/soil)and COPD ERVs(traffic-related source,industry emission and secondary aerosols).Different sources of PM2.5 contribute to increased risk of respiratory ERVs to different extents,which may provide potential implications for the decision making of air quality related policies,rational emission control and public health welfare.Rui Chi Hongyu Li Qian Wang Qiangrong Zhai Daidai Wang Meng Wu Qichen Liu Shaowei Wu Qingbian Ma Furong Deng Xinbiao Guo 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,12:8
13Investigation of octupole effects in superheavy nuclei with improved potential-energy-surface calculations显示文摘It has been found that high-order deformation (e.g.β6) can have important effects on the structures of superheavy nuclei. In the present work, we investigate octupole deformation effects on superheavy nuclei with an improved potential-energy-surface (PES) calculation by including reflection-asymmetric deformations in a space of (β2 ,β3 ,β4 , β5). The calculations give various deformations including highly deformed (β2 ≈ 0.4) and superdeformed (β2 ≈ 0.7) shapes. 14Variation in the temperature field of rocks overlying a high-temperature cavity during underground coal gasification显示文摘High temperature affects rocks in a way that changes the physical and mechanical properties of them. The temperature field in rock overlying a high temperature zone has been estimated using experimental research on thermal conductivity of the overlying strata. Numerical analysis software was used to esti- mate rock thermal conductivity at different temperatures. These estimates were then used with COMSOL Multiphysics to perform a numerical analysis with the heat conduction model. The results show that rock thermal conductivity decreases as the temperature increases and that various lithologies show similar behavior. The thermal conductivity of each rock type differs from the others at a given temperature. Exact values for the temperature distribution in the overlying strata during the process of underground coal gasification are obtained from the numerical simulation. The temperature in the rock changes with the height and direction from the gasifier. Temperature gradients vary for different types of rock. 15Molecular mechanism of endocrine-disruptive effects induced by Bisphenol A:The role of transmembrane G-protein estrogen receptor 1 and integrin αvβ3显示文摘Bisphenol A(BPA) is one of the highest volume industrial products worldwide and has been widely used to make various products as the intermediates of polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins.Inevitably, general population has been widely exposed to BPA due to extensive use of BPAcontaining products. BPA has similar chemical structure with the natural estrogen and has been shown to induce a variety of estrogen-like endocrine effects on organism in vivo or in vitro. High doses of BPA tend to act as antagonist of estrogen receptors(ERs) by directly regulating the genomic transcription. However, BPA at environmentally relevant low-dose always disrupt the biological function via a non-genomic manner mediated by membrane receptors, rather than ERs. Although some studies had investigated the non-genomic effects of low-dose BPA, the exact molecular mechanism still remains unclear. Recently, we found that membrane G protein-coupled estrogen receptor 1 and integrin αvβ3 and its relative signal pathways participate in the induction of male germ cell proliferation and thyroid transcription disruption by the low-dose BPA. A profound understanding for the mechanism of action of the environmentally relevant BPA exposure not only contributes to objectively evaluate and predict the potential influence to human health, but also provides theoretical basis and methodological support for assessing health effects trigged by other estrogen-like environmental endocrine disruptors. 16Development of image-based wheat spike counter through a Faster R-CNN algorithm and application for genetic studies显示文摘Spike number(SN) per unit area is one of the major determinants of grain yield in wheat. Development of high-throughput techniques to count SN from large populations enables rapid and cost-effective selection and facilitates genetic studies. In the present study, we used a deep-learning algorithm, i.e., Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Faster R-CNN) on Red-Green-Blue(RGB) images to explore the possibility of image-based detection of SN and its application to identify the loci underlying SN. A doubled haploid population of 101 lines derived from the Yangmai 16/Zhongmai 895 cross was grown at two sites for SN phenotyping and genotyped using the high-density wheat 660 K SNP array.Analysis of manual spike number(MSN) in the field, image-based spike number(ISN), and verification of spike number(VSN) by Faster R-CNN revealed significant variation(P < 0.001) among genotypes, with high heritability ranged from 0.71 to 0.96. The coefficients of determination(R^(2)) between ISN and VSN was 0.83, which was higher than that between ISN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.51), and between VSN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.50). Results showed that VSN data can effectively predict wheat spikes with an average accuracy of 86.7% when validated using MSN data. Three QTL Qsnyz.caas-4 DS, Qsnyz.caas-7 DS, and QSnyz.caas-7 DL were identified based on MSN, ISN and VSN data, while QSnyz.caas-7 DS was detected in all the three data sets.
