Specifically, the recently observed Kn=4-bands in 168,170,172 Er have been found to experience a configuration change in our calculation. Some other multi-quasiparticle states with uncertain configuration assignments have been reinvestigated by calculating their collective rotations. | 3 | Investigation of octupole effects in superheavy nuclei with improved potential-energy-surface calculations显示文摘It has been found that high-order deformation (e.g.β6) can have important effects on the structures of superheavy nuclei. In the present work, we investigate octupole deformation effects on superheavy nuclei with an improved potential-energy-surface (PES) calculation by including reflection-asymmetric deformations in a space of (β2 ,β3 ,β4 , β5). The calculations give various deformations including highly deformed (β2 ≈ 0.4) and superdeformed (β2 ≈ 0.7) shapes. | 8 | A 5D simulation method on post-earthquake repair process of buildings based on BIM显示文摘The post-earthquake repair process of buildings is one of the key components of building seismic resilience.Understanding the details of the repair process in advance will benefit the evaluation and decision making for the seismic resilience of buildings.To this end,a five-dimensional(5 D)simulation method on the post-earthquake repair process of buildings is proposed based on building information modeling(BIM),by which the repair activities can be presented in the way associated with a 3 D model,time(denoted as the fourth dimension),and the related costs(denoted as the fifth dimension).First,a decision-making model of repair schemes based on the interval index of the possibility degree is created to determine the optimal post-earthquake repair schemes for a damaged building.Subsequently,an algorithm based on separate flowrepetitive process is designed to automatically make the repair schedule on a BIM platform according to the determined repair schemes.Finally,an algorithm of automatic mapping between the components in BIM and their repair schedules is developed,so that a 5 D simulation of a post-earthquake repair process can be implemented.A six-story office building is selected as a case study,and the details of the post-earthquake repair process(e.g.,the costs of labor,material and equipment over the repair time)are presented by the proposed 5 D simulation method.The outcome of this study can be used to evaluate the seismic resilience of buildings and also to facilitate the decision making for seismically resilient buildings by providing the detailed guidance of the repair process. | Xu Zhen Zhang Furong Jin Wei Wu Yingying Qi Mingzhu Yang Yajun | 2020 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2020,19,3: | 4 |

| 10 | Effect of Quercetin on Breeding and Apoptosis of Cervical Cancer HeLa Cell and on Growth of Transplanted Tumor in Nude Mice显示文摘Effect of quercetin on HeLa cell system of cervical cancer was studied by methods of MTT and Annexin V-FITC/PI. The results show that quercetin has functions of inhibiting breeding of HeLa cells and inducing apoptosis of the cells. The total apoptosis rate is positively proportional to reaction duration and concentration of quercetin used. The maximum apoptosis rate being (88.76±2.35)% was obtained when the concentration was 50.0 μmol/L and the cells were treated with quercetin for 72 hours. Based on establishing a model of tumor of cervical cancer transplanted into nude mice,quercetin of different concentrations was injected into abdominal cavity of nude mice and situation of tumor growth was reviewed. | 16 | β-delayed proton decays near the proton drip line显示文摘We briefly reviewed the experimental study on a-delayed proton decays near the proton drip line published by our group during the period of 1996―2004, namely the first observation of the a-delayed proton decays of 9 new nuclides in the rare-earth region and the new measurements of a-delayed proton decays of 5 nuclides in the mass ~90 region near the N = Z line with the aid of the “p-?” coincidence in combination with a He-jet tape transport system. In the meantime some important experimental technique details were supplemented. The experimental results, including the half -lives, spins, parities, deformations and production reaction cross sections for the 14 nuclei were summarized and compared with the current nuclear-model predictions, and then the following points were represented. (1) The experimental half-lives for 85Mo and 92Rh as well as the predicted “waiting point” nuclei 89Ru and 93Pd are 5―10 times longer than the theoretical predictions given by M?ller et al. using a macroscopic-microscopic model. It considerably influences the predictions of the abundances of the nuclides produced in the rp-process. (2) The current-model predictions are not consistent with the experimental assignments of the spins and parities for the proton drip-line nuclei 142Ho and 128Pm. However, the nuclear potential energy surface (PES) calculated by using a Woods- Saxon-Strutinsky method reproduced the experimental results. | 17 | Differential protein expression in substantia nigra induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine in a mouse model of chronic Parkinson’s disease显示文摘BACKGROUND: To date, a complete protein expression profile of the midbrain substantia nigra in a mouse model of chronic Parkinson’s disease, induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP), does not exist. In addition, there are no reports of analysis of differential protein expression. OBJECTIVE: To separate and evaluate MPTP-induced differential protein expression through the use of proteomics in the substantia nigra of a mouse model of chronic Parkinson’s disease. DESIGN: Randomized controlled animal study. SETTING: Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital, Chongqing Medical University. MATERIALS: Sixteen 8–10-week old, healthy, male, C57BL mice, weighing 20–25 g, and of clean grade, were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Chongqing Medical University. The experimental animals were disposed according to ethical criteria. MPTP was provided by Sigma Company, USA; Pdquest 2D image analysis software and gelatum/irradiance image analysis system (ChemiDoc XRS) by Bio-Rad, USA; and Voyager DE-PROMALDI-TOF-MS mass spectroscopy analyzer by ABI Company, USA. METHODS: This study was performed in Chongqing Neurological Laboratory between November 2006 and July 2007. Mice were randomly divided into model and control groups, with 8 mice in each group. Mice in the model group were received a subcutaneous injection of MPTP (25 mg/kg), twice a week, for five successive weeks, to establish a chronic Parkinson’s disease model. Mice in the control group received the same volume of a subcutaneous saline injection at the same time points. Mice were sacrificed by anesthesia to rapidly obtain the midbrain for protein separation of the substantia nigra. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: (1) 2-ED handbook (Bio-Rad Company) was referenced for two-dimensional electrophoresis. (2) PDQUEST8.0 analytical electrophoresis pattern was adopted to evaluate differential protein expression. (3) Peptide mass finger print map and data were retrieved on http://gffzzb861c23ee38d4d32h5u0xq0p0kovk69p9.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn to compare differential substantia nigral protein expression in the two groups. RESULTS: Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis of substantia nigra tissue indicated that there were 33 differential protein expressions between the two groups. Three new proteins were evaluated, including α-enolase, which exhibited regulated expression, tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 4, and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1B.
