5Effects of injection of anti-corticotropin release hormone serum in the lateral ventricles and electroacupuncture analgesia on pain threshold in rats with adjuvant arthritis显示文摘Rat models of adjuvant arthritis were established, and anti-corticotropin release hormone serum injection in the lateral ventricles and electroacupuncture at right Jiaji (EX-B2) were performed. The pain threshold was decreased at 45 and 60 minutes after injection of the anti-corticotropin release hormone serum. Electroacupuncture at Jiaji can resist this effect. Immunohistochemical staining results showed that the expression of corticotropin release hormone in the hypothalamic paraven-tricular nucleus was greater in the electroacupuncture + anti-corticotropin release hormone serum group compared with the anti-corticotropin release hormone serum group. The expression of corticotropin release hormone was correlated with the pain threshold. The effect of endogenous corticotropin release hormone in pain modulation can be obstructed by anti-corticotropin release hormone serum. The analgesia of electroacupuncture can partially resist the depressed pain threshold caused by injection of anti-corticotropin release hormone serum. 6A Preliminary Review on the Metallogeny of Pb-Zn Deposits in China显示文摘Lead and zinc resources are abundant in China, with the reserves of 100 million tons ranking only second in the world. There are more than 3000 lead-zinc mine areas nationwide. The classification of lead-zinc(Pb-Zn) deposits has been a highly controversial issue. From the standpoint of evaluating the potential of mineral resources, we construct a Pb-Zn deposit predictive type of classification scheme, and propose a Pb-Zn deposit comprehensive classification scheme(including 5 classes and 13 sub-types) that regards mineralization as the primary factor and the ore rock as secondary. According to the temporal and spatial distribution of Pb-Zn deposits, we conclude that a multi-period, multi-cycle orogenic environment is the most favorable for lead-zinc deposit growth, that the Proterozoic is the major eon for the growth of igneous-type deposits, the Paleozoic is an important development era for sedimentary Pb-Zn deposits, and the Mesozoic and Cenozoic are the heyday eras of magmatic type lead-zinc deposits. 10Structural insights reveal the specific recognition of meiRNA by the Mei2 protein显示文摘In the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe,Mei2,an RNA-binding protein essential for entry into meiosis,regulates meiosis initiation.Mei2 binds to a specific non-coding RNA species,meiRNA,and accumulates at the sme2 gene locus,which encodes meiRNA.Previous research has shown that the Mei2 C-terminal RNA recognition motif(RRM3)physically interacts with the meiRNA 5'region in vitro and stimulates meiosis in vivo.However,the underlying mechanisms still remain elusive.We first employed an in vitro crosslinking and immunoprecipitation sequencing(CLIP-seq)assay and demonstrated a preference for U-rich motifs of meiRNA by Mei2 RRM3.We then solved the crystal structures of Mei2 RRM3 in the apo form and complex with an 8 mer RNA fragment,derived from meiRNA,as detected by in vitro CLIP-seq.These results provide structural insights into the Mei2 RRM3-meiRNA complex and reveal that Mei2 RRM3 binds specifically to the Uuc(U)sequence.Furthermore,a structure-based Mei2 mutation,Mei2F644A causes defective karyogamy,suggesting an essential role of the RNA-binding ability of Mei2 in regulating meiosis.Siyuan Shen Yanze jian Zhaokui Cai Fudong Li Mengqi Lv Yongrui Liu Jihui Wu Chuanhai Fu Yunyu Shi 2022Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2022,14,5:0
11Highly efficient and anti-poisoning single-atom cobalt catalyst for selective hydrogenation of nitroarenes显示文摘Developing non-precious metal catalysts to selectively reduce functionalized nitroarenes with high efficiency is urgently desirable for the production of value-added amines.Herein,we report a novel,efficient,anti-poisoning single-atom cobalt catalyst(Co-NAC)for the highly selective hydrogenation of the nitro to amino group for nitroarenes baring various functional groups,including vinyl,cyano,and halogen.Using a combination of structure characterization techniques,we have confirmed that the cobalt species are predominantly present in the form of four-coordinated Co single sites anchored on nitrogen-assembly carbon(NAC)as the ordered mesoporous support.Co-NAC catalysts enable the full conversion and>99%selectivity with molecular H2 as a green reductant under mild conditions(80℃,2 MPa H2).As for the selective hydrogenation of 3-nitrostyrene,Co-NAC catalyst affords high catalytic productivity(19.7 h-1),which is superior to the cobalt nanoparticles(NPs)catalysts and most of the recently reported Co-based catalysts.This is attributed to the highly accessible atomically-dispersed Co active sites,the high surface area with ordered-mesoporous morphology and the prominent high content of nitrogen dopants.Notably,Co-NAC catalyst displays resistance towards sulfur-containing poisons(20 equivalents)and strong non-oxidizing acid(8 M),showing great potential for continuous application in the chemical industry.Yuemin Lin Renfeng Nie Yuting Li Xun Wu Jiaqi Yu Shaohua Xie Yajing Shen Shanjun Mao Yuzhuo Chen Dan Lu Zongbi Bao Qiwei Yang Qilong Ren Yiwen Yang Fudong Liu Long Qi Wenyu Huang Zhiguo Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,12:0
12Bitcoin Network Measurement and a New Approach to Infer the Topology显示文摘Bitcoin has made an increasing impact on the world's economy and financial order,which attracted extensive attention of researchers and regulators from all over the world.Most previous studies had focused more on the transaction layer,but less on the network layer.In this paper,we developed BNS(Bitcoin Network Sniffer),which could find and connect nodes in the Bitcoin network,and made a measurement in detail.We collected nearly 4.1 million nodes in 1.5 hours and identified 9,515 reachable nodes.We counted the reachable nodes'properties such as:service type,port number,client version and geographic distribution.In addition,we analyzed the stability of the reachable nodes in depth and found nearly 60%kept stable during 15 days.Finally,we proposed a new approach to infer the Bitcoin network topology by analyzing the Neighbor Addresses of Adjacent Nodes and their timestamps,which had an accuracy over 80%.Ruiguang Li Jiawei Zhu Dawei Xu Fudong Wu Jiaqi Gao Liehuang Zhu 2022China Communications2022,19,10:0
13BUES: A Blockchain-Based Upgraded Email System显示文摘This paper focuses on the improvement of traditional email system architecture with the help of blockchain technology in the existing network environment. The improved system architecture can better improve the security and stability of the system. The email content is extracted and stored in the blockchain network to achieve regulatory traceability between the email service provider and the higher-level organization. In turn, A Blockchain-based Upgraded Email System(BUES) is proposed. The defects of the existing traditional email system are addressed. Firstly, the threat model of the traditional email system is analyzed, and solutions are proposed for various threats. Then a system architecture consisting of the blockchain network, email servers, and users are constructed. The implementation of BUES is carried out, and the related experimental process and algorithm steps are given.
