| 1 | mTOR/miR-145-regulated exosomal GOLM1 promotes hepatocellular carcinoma through augmented GSK-3b/MMPs显示文摘Golgi membrane protein 1(GOLM1/GP73)is a serum marker of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).We have previously shown that mTOR promoted tumorigenesis of HCC through stimulating GOLM1 expression.In this study,we demonstrated that the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)was a negative regulator of microRNA-145(miR-145)expression.miR-145 inhibited GOLM1 expression by targeting a coding sequence of GOLM1 gene.GOLM1 and miR-145 were inversely correlated in human HCC tissues.GOLM1-enriched exosomes activated the glycogen synthase kinase-3β/matrix metalloproteinases(GSK-3β/MMPs)signaling axis of recipient cells and accelerated cell proliferation and migration.In contrast,miR-145 suppressed tumorigenesis and metastasis.We suggest that mTOR/miR-145/GOLM1 signaling pathway should be targeted for HCC treatment. | Xiaochen Gai Bufu Tang Fangming Liu Yuting Wu Fang Wang Yanling Jing Fuqiang Huang Di Jin Ling Wang Hongbing Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2019，46，5： | 13 |
| 2 | High capacity reversible data hiding in encrypted images based on adaptive quadtree partitioning and MSB prediction显示文摘To improve the embedding capacity of reversible data hiding in encrypted images(RDH-EI),a new RDH-EI scheme is proposed based on adaptive quadtree partitioning and most significant bit(MSB)prediction.First,according to the smoothness of the image,the image is partitioned into blocks based on adaptive quadtree partitioning,and then blocks of different sizes are encrypted and scrambled at the block level to resist the analysis of the encrypted images.In the data embedding stage,the adaptive MSB prediction method proposed by Wang and He(2022)is improved by taking the upper-left pixel in the block as the target pixel,to predict other pixels to free up more embedding space.To the best of our knowledge,quadtree partitioning is first applied to RDH-EI.Simulation results show that the proposed method is reversible and separable,and that its average embedding capacity is improved.For gray images with a size of 512×512,the average embedding capacity is increased by 25565 bits.For all smooth images with improved embedding capacity,the average embedding capacity is increased by about 35530 bits. | Kaili QI Minqing ZHANG Fuqiang DI Yongjun KONG | 2023 | Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023，24，8： | 0 |
