1Review of bio-optical imaging systems with a high space-bandwidth product显示文摘Optical imaging has served as a primary method to collect information about biosystems across scales—from functionalities of tissues to morphological structures of cells and even at biomolecular levels.However,to adequately characterize a complex biosystem,an imaging system with a number of resolvable points,referred to as a space-bandwidth product(SBP),in excess of one billion is typically needed.Since a gigapixel-scale far exceeds the capacity of current optical imagers,compromises must be made to obtain either a low spatial resolution or a narrow field-of-view(FOV).The problem originates from constituent refractive optics—the larger the aperture,the more challenging the correction of lens aberrations.Therefore,it is impractical for a conventional optical imaging system to achieve an SBP over hundreds of millions.To address this unmet need,a variety of high-SBP imagers have emerged over the past decade,enabling an unprecedented resolution and FOV beyond the limit of conventional optics.We provide a comprehensive survey of high-SBP imaging techniques,exploring their underlying principles and applications in bioimaging.Jongchan Park David J.Brady Guoan Zheng Lei Tian Liang Gao 2021Advanced Photonics2021,3,4:19

6Intelligent Multilevel Knowledge Acquisition System for Product Design and Its Implementation显示文摘The characteristics of design process, design object and domain knowledge of complex product are analyzed. A kind of knowledge representation schema based on integrated generalized rule is stated. An AND-OR tree based model of concept for domain knowledge is set up. The strategy of multilevel domain knowledge acquisition based on the model is presented. 9High-resolution assessment of retrogressive thaw slump susceptibility in the Qinghai-Tibet Engineering Corridor显示文摘Under the rapidly warming climate in the Arctic and high mountain areas,permafrost is thawing,leading to various hazards at a global scale.One common permafrost hazard termed retrogressive thaw slump(RTS)occurs extensively in ice-rich permafrost areas.Understanding the spatial and temporal distributive features of RTSs in a changing climate is crucial to assessing the damage to infrastructure and decision-making.To this end,we used a machine learning-based model to investigate the environmental factors that could lead to RTS occurrence and create a susceptibility map for RTS along the Qinghai-Tibet Engineering Corridor(QTEC)at a local scale.The results indicate that extreme summer climate events(e.g.,maximum air temperature and rainfall)contributes the most to the RTS occurrence over the flat areas with fine-grained soils.The model predicts that 13%(ca.22,948 km^(2))of the QTEC falls into high to very high susceptibility categories under the current climate over the permafrost areas with mean annual ground temperature at 10 m depth ranging from-3 to-1℃.This study provides insights into the impacts of permafrost thaw on the stability of landscape,carbon stock,and infrastructure,and the results are of value for engineering planning and maintenance.GuoAn Yin Jing Luo FuJun Niu MingHao Liu ZeYong Gao TianChun Dong WeiHeng Ni 2023Research in Cold and Arid Regions2023,15,6:0
10Genomic insights into the genetic basis of cotton breeding in China显示文摘The excellent Upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)cultivars developed since 1949 have made a huge contribution to cotton production in China,the world's largest producer and consumer of cotton.However,the genetic and genomic basis for the improvements of these cotton cultivars remains largely unclear.In this study,we selected 16 Upland cotton cultivars with important historical status in Chinese cotton breeding and constructed a multiparent,advanced generation,intercross(MAGiC)population comprising 920 recombinant inbred lines.A genome-wide association study using the MAGIC population identified 54 genomic loci associated with lint yield and fiber quality.Of them,25(46.30%)pleiotropic genomic loci cause simultaneous changes of lint yield and/or fiber quality traits,revealing complex trade-offs and linkage drags in Upland cotton agronomic traits.Deep sequencing data of 11 introduced ancestor cultivars and publicly available resequencing datasets of 839 cultivars developed in China during the past 70 years were integrated to explore the historical distribution and origin of the elite or selected alleles.Interestingly,85%oftheseelitealleles were selectedandfixed fromdifferent Americanancestors,consistentwithcotton breeding practices in China.However,seven elite alleles of native origin that are responsible for Fusarium wilt resistance,early maturing,good-quality fiber,and other characteristics were not found in American an-cestors but have greatly contributed to Chinese cotton breeding and wide cultivation.Taken together,these results provide a genetic basis for further improving cotton cultivars and reveal that the genetic composition of Chinese cotton cultivars is narrow and mainly derived from early introduced American varieties.Yiqian Li Zhanfeng Si Guoping Wang Zhuolin Shi Jinwen Chen Guoan Qi Shangkun Jin Zegang Han Wenhao Gao Yue Tian Yun Mao Lei Fang Yan Hu Hong Chen Xiefei Zhu Tianzhen Zhang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,4:0
11Agent-oriented Single Token and Colored Transition Petri Net显示文摘Petri net is a kind of effective graphic modeling tool.
