3Uncertainty-based life-cycle analysis of near-zero energy buildings for performance improvements显示文摘Near-zero energy buildings( nZEBs) are considered as an effective solution to mitigating CO_2 emissions and reducing the energy usage in the building sector. A proper sizing of the nZEB systems( e. g. HVAC systems,energy supply systems,energy storage systems, etc.) is essential for achieving the desired annual energy balance,thermal comfort,and grid independence. Two significant factors affecting the sizing of nZEB systems are the uncertainties confronted by the building usage condition and weather condition,and the degradation effects in nZEB system components. The former factor has been studied by many researchers; however,the impact of degradation is still neglected in most studies. Degradation is prevalent in energy components of nZEB and inevitably leads to the deterioration of nZEB life-cycle performance. As a result,neglecting the degradation effects may lead to a system design which can only achieve the desired performance at the beginning several years. This paper,therefore,proposes a life-cycle performance analysis( LCPA) method for investigating the impact of degradation on the longitudinal performance of the nZEBs. The method not only integrates the uncertainties in predicting building thermal load and weather condition,but also considers the degradation in the nZEB systems. Based on the proposed LCPA method,a two-stage method is proposed to improve the sizing of the nZEB systems.The study can improve the designers 'understanding of the components'degradation impacts and the proposed method is effective in the life-cycle performance analysis and improvements of nZEBs. It is the first time that the impacts of degradation and uncertainties on nZEB LCP are analysed. 12Electrospun titania fibers by incorporating graphene/Ag hybrids for the improved visible-light photocatalysis显示文摘A novel graphene/Ag nanoparticles (NPs) hybrid (prepared by a physical method (PM)) was incorporated into electrospun TiO2 fibers to improve visible-light- driven photocatalytic properties. The experimental study revealed that the graphene/Ag NPs (PM) hybrid not only decreased the bandgap energy of TiO2, but also enhanced its light response in the visible region due to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect. In addition, compared with those of TiO2 fibers incorporating the graphene/Ag NPs hybrid (prepared by a chemical method (CM)), TiO2-graphene/Ag NPs (PM) fibers exhibited a higher surface photocurrent density and superior photocatalytic performance, i.e., the visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity was enhanced by 2 times. The main reasons include a lower surface defect density of the graphene/Ag NPs (PM) hybrid, a smaller particle size (10 nm) and a higher dispersity of Ag NPs, which promote the rapid transfer of photoexcited charge carriers and inhibit the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes. 17Studies on the Graft Copolymerization of Methyl Acrylate and Ethyl Acrylate onto Corn Starch Using Potassium Persulfate-Sodium Thiosulphatc as Initiation System显示文摘Grafting copolymerizations of methyl acrylate(MA) and ethyl acrylate(EA) onto corn starch, respectively, initiated by potassium persulfate-sodium thiosulphate (KPS-STS) redox system, were studied. The structures of poly(MA)-g-starch and poly(EA)-g-starch were characterized by IR, SEM and X-ray diffraction. Experimental results show that KPS-STS is an efficient initiation system for grafting of MA and EA onto corn starch. The maximum percent grafting was obtained at [KPS] of 6.0× 10~3 mol/L, [STS] of 1.8× 10 5 mol/L, [M] of 6. 0× 101 mol/L, S:L=4:100 at 40℃ for 6 h. 18Spatio-temporal Evolution of Landscape Pattern and Habitat Quality in Yunnan Province显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to explore the spatio-temporal evolution of habitat quality in inland ecosystem.[Methods]Using landscape pattern analysis and InVEST habitat quality model,the land use change,landscape pattern and habitat quality change in Yunnan Province from 1980 to 2020 were studied.[Results]The land use change in Yunnan Province was relatively stable,and the forest land area accounted for 57.2%of the total area.The landscape fragmentation index caused by artificial surface encroachment on ecological land was increased by 6.33%,and the landscape heterogeneity was enhanced to varying degrees.The mean patch area was decreased by 5.83%,the number of patches was increased by 6.29%,and the degree of fragmentation was deepened.The habitat quality in Yunnan Province showed a'high-low-high'distribution from northwest to southeast,and the overall habitat quality was above the average.It is necessary to formulate optimization strategies to improve the regional ecological environment and realize the ecological system protection and rational land use in Yunnan Province.[Conclusions]The results will provide a scientific reference for regional ecological protection construction and land use planning in Yunnan Province.Chuqiao YU Shuxian ZHU Li LI Gongsheng WU Hongyan GUO 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,10:0
