2Study of titanium nitride for low-e coating application显示文摘The paper reports our novel work on chemical vapor deposition coating of titanium nitride (TiN) thin film on glass for energy saving. TiN films were deposited on glass substrates by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD) using titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) and ammonia (NH3) as precur-sors. As a result, TiN films with a thickness of 500 nm were obtained. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), four-point probe method and optical spectroscopy were respectively employed to study the crystallization, microstructure, surface mor-phology, electrical and optical properties of the coated TiN films. The deposited TiN films are of NaCl structure with a preferred (200) orientation. The particles in the film are uniform. The reflectivity of the TiN coating in the near-infrared (NIR) band can reach over 40%, the visible transmittance is approxi-mately 60%, and the visible reflectivity is lower than 10%. The sheet electrical resistance is 34.5Ω. According to Drude theory, the lower sheet resistance of 34.5 Ω gives a high reflectivity of 71.5% around middle-far infrared band. 3ATP-responsive hollow nanocapsules for DOX/GOx delivery to enable tumor inhibition with suppressed P-glycoprotein显示文摘Multidrug resistance(MDR)restricts chemotherapy efficacy due to P-glycoprotein(P-gp)mediated drug efflux,whereas current approaches to suppressing P-gp expression suffer from intrinsic challenges,such as low transfection,high toxicity and poor specificity.Here,hollow ferric-tannic acid complex nanocapsules(HFe-TA),which can be effectively degraded by the reaction with adenosine triphosphate(ATP),are synthesized for the delivery of glucose oxidase(GOx)and doxorubicin(DOX)for tumor treatment.The findings indicate that the intracellular ATP is significantly decreased due to the combined effect of HFe-TA degradation and GOx-mediated glucose consumption.Along with this ATP down-regulation,P-gp expression of tumor cells is suppressed remarkably,which in turn promotes the intracellular accumulation and anticancer efficacy of DOX.In addition,the production of•OH by Fe ions released from HFe-TA is promoted by the by-products of the oxidation of glucose process by GOx.In consequence,HFe-TA nanocapsules loaded with DOX and GOx enable significant inhibition effect to tumors both in vitro and in vivo due to the synergistic effect of cascade reactions.This study has therefore provided an alternative therapeutic platform for effective tumor inhibition with the potential in overcoming intrinsic MDR.Huimin Zhu Guodong Cao Yike Fu Chao Fang Qiang Chu Xiang Li Yulian Wu Gaorong Han 2021Nano Research2021,14,1:0
4Metal-free directed C-H borylation of 2-(N-methylanilino)-5-fluoropyridines and 2-benzyl-5-fluoropyridines显示文摘A novel method for metal-free C-H borylation of 2-(N-methylanilino)-5-fluoropyridines and 2-benzyl-5-fluoropyridines has been reported. The 5-fluoropyridine directed borylation reaction exhibited high efficiency and site exclusivity. The useful protocol could be executed on a gram-scale easily and the borylated products showed good derivatization applications. 5Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Mung Bean Hull and Antioxidant Activity显示文摘[Objectives]The research aimed to study extraction technology of flavonoids from mung bean hull and determine their antioxidant activity.[Methods]Mung bean hull was taken as raw material,and extraction technology was freeze thaw assisted ultrasound,and ethanol aqueous solution was taken as solvent.Solid-liquid ratio,ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic power and time were taken as variables to carry out single-factor experiments,to determine scavenging abilities of flavonoids from mung bean hull to DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical.[Results]The optimal extraction process of flavonoids was as below:1∶15 of solid-liquid ratio,70%of ethanol volume fraction,120 W of ultrasonic power and 80's of ultrasonic time.At this time,extraction rate of flavonoids was 4.07 mg/g.Scavenging activities of flavonoids from mung bean hull to DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical were 57.64%and 42.19%,respectively.[Conclusions]Freeze thaw assisted ultrasound was suitable for extracting flavonoids from mung bean hull.Hongxia DU Ziheng HU Ying WANG Guanzhao WU Gaorong LIU 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,5:0
