18粗蛋白质及有效赖氨酸水平对育肥猪生产性能、氮平衡和养分消化率的影响显示文摘研究旨在探讨降低日粮粗蛋白质(cP)水平(设2个有效赖氨酸水平)对育肥猪养分消化率、氮(N)平衡和生产性能的影响。试验中10个育肥日粮处理中包含5个CP水平(分别为144、155、168、182和193g·kg^-1基础日粮)和2个水平赖氨酸(赖氨酸6.9和8.2g·kg^-1基础日粮)。选用10周龄育肥猪(n=800,大白×长白)进行试验,并于21周+5d结束。记录育肥猪的平均日增重(ADG),平均日采食量(ADFI)和饲料转化率(FCR)。此外,选择育肥猪80头于代谢笼内做氮代谢试验。测定其干物质(DM)、CP、脂肪、粗纤维和能量的消化率。氮平衡值通过尿液和粪便中的氮含量以及ADG值进行测定。猪在10和13周龄(低于40k)的生长性能较差,表明日粮中的营养不充足。随CP的增加,育肥猪第10-13周的采食量、ADG和FCR呈现二次增加,说明低水平CP不能提供足够的必需和非必需氨基酸。试验初期阶段,不同水平赖氨酸对猪的生长性能无显著影响。研究表明,日粮中添加赖氨酸8.2和6.9g·kg^-1不足以满足猪的最适生长。从13周到试验结束期间,增加有效赖氨酸水平对育肥猪的作用效果显著,而6.9g·kg^-1的赖氨酸不能满足育肥猪的需要量。猪的能量消化率随cP水平(含有效赖氨酸6.9g·kg^-1)的降低而下降,其原因可能由于日粮中纤维含量较高而CP含量较低,氮的排出量(g·d^-1)随日粮中CP含量的减少而下降,并呈现线性(P〈0.001)和二次(P〈0.001)下降。研究的氮平衡指标与北爱尔兰和英国的NitratesDirective方案(CP169g·kg^-1)进行比较,猪(断奶到育肥)日粮有效赖氨酸含量为8.2g·kg^-1时氮排泄量较低。Ball M E E Magowan E McCracken K J Beattie V E Bradford R Gordon F J Robinson M J Smyth S Henry W 2013饲料博览2013,,8:0
